2、 send word; to send a message; To mail a notice; to write (a person) information; To give notice（預(yù)告）; To break a news to（通知壞消息）; To announce（宣布）Notice n通知是上級(jí)對(duì)下級(jí)、組織對(duì)成員或平行單位之間部署工作、傳達(dá)事情或召開會(huì)議等所使用的應(yīng)用文。通知的寫法有兩種，一種是以布告形式貼出，把事情通知有關(guān)人員，如學(xué)生、觀眾等，通常不用稱呼；另一種是以書信的形式，發(fā)給有關(guān)人員，次種通知寫作形式同普通書信，只要寫明通知的具體內(nèi)容即可。通知要求言簡(jiǎn)意賅、措辭得當(dāng)

3、、時(shí)間及時(shí)。 n通知函種類多，可分為錄用通知函、匯款通知函、會(huì)議通知函、工程通知函、調(diào)價(jià)通知函、裝船指示通知函、裝運(yùn)通知函等等。裝船通知函裝船通知函n什么是裝船通知 n裝船通知也叫裝運(yùn)通知，是發(fā)貨人在貨物裝船并取得提單后，向買方或其指定的人發(fā)出的有關(guān)貨物裝運(yùn)情況的說(shuō)明。n其目的在于讓進(jìn)口商做好籌措資金、付款和接貨的準(zhǔn)備。裝船通知的主要內(nèi)容裝船通知的主要內(nèi)容 n 1.單據(jù)名稱。主要體現(xiàn)為：Shipping/Shipment Advice, Advice of shipment等，也有人將其稱為shipping statement/declaration，如信用證有具體要求，則應(yīng)從其規(guī)定。n2.通

4、知對(duì)象。應(yīng)按信用證規(guī)定，具體講可以是開證申請(qǐng)人、申請(qǐng)人的指定人或保險(xiǎn)公司等。n3.通知內(nèi)容。主要包括所發(fā)運(yùn)貨物的合同號(hào)或信用證號(hào)、品名、數(shù)量、金額、運(yùn)輸工具名稱、開航日期、啟運(yùn)地和目的地、提運(yùn)單號(hào)碼、運(yùn)輸標(biāo)志等，并且與其它相關(guān)單據(jù)保持一致，如信用證提出具體項(xiàng)目要求，應(yīng)嚴(yán)格按規(guī)定出單。此外通知中還可能出現(xiàn)包裝說(shuō)明、ETD（船舶預(yù)離港時(shí)間。Estimated Time of Departure（ETD）預(yù)計(jì)開航時(shí)間）、ETA（船舶預(yù)抵港時(shí)間。ETA指：Expected Time of Arrival 預(yù)計(jì)到港時(shí)間）、 ETC（預(yù)計(jì)開始裝船時(shí)間Estimated Time Of Carrrying）

5、等內(nèi)容。 4. 制作和發(fā)出日期。日期不能超過(guò)信用證約定的時(shí)間，常見的有以小時(shí)為準(zhǔn)（Within 24/48 hours）和以天（within 2 days after shipment date）為準(zhǔn)兩種情形，信用證沒有規(guī)定時(shí)應(yīng)在裝船后立即發(fā)出，如信用證規(guī)定“Immediately after shipment”（裝船后立即通知），應(yīng)掌握在提單后3天之內(nèi)?？樦蒲b船通知應(yīng)注意的事項(xiàng)繕制裝船通知應(yīng)注意的事項(xiàng) n1.
