1、5.1. Freeze-drying Operation操作用戶操作設備進行凍干程序操作Logging in control system is needed before operating the equipment. In the control system, freeze-drying process can be done through 2 methods. 操作用戶若需要對設備進行操作需要先登入控制系統(tǒng)。在控制系統(tǒng)中對于凍干可通過2種方式來完成l Automatic Control自動控制l Manual Control手動控制5.1.1 Operator runs autom

2、atic control to do freeze-drying operation操作用戶運行自動控制進行凍干流程操作In automatic control, switch all the control components to automatic control status at first and then set the recipe parameters. After that, “START AUTO.” will appear. User clicks the “START AUTO.” button to start automatic program. 在自動控制中需

3、要先切換把所有的控制部件切換到自動控制狀態(tài),然后設置配方參數(shù),當設置好配方參數(shù)后“開始自動”按鈕會顯示,用戶點擊“開始自動”按鈕啟動自動程序。Control components open and close automatically according to automatic program. At the meanwhile, status of “AUTO” on the right upper corner will become green and the interface switch button “FREEZE_DRYING” on the left lower corn

4、er will also has small green frame. 自動程序運行后控制部件按程序自動運行開啟和關閉,同時在界面右上角的”自動狀態(tài)會顯示綠色、左下角的“凍干”界面切換按鈕也會有綠的小方框顯示。The operation status of automatic program can be displayed by clicking the “Program” button on right lower part and switching to program operational status. 自動程序的運行狀況可點擊界面右下部分的“程序”按鈕切換到程序運行狀態(tài)顯示。5

5、.1.2 Control Components Switch to Automatic Control Status控制部件切換到自動控制狀態(tài)Click any control components on the interface and digital signature of components control will pop up. After entering the user name and password, component control picture will appear. Click “ALL THE COMPONENTS CHANGE TO AUTO MOD

6、E” button and all the components control turn to automatic model. Users can find out status switch from the status icon beside components picture on the interface.點擊界面的任何控制部件會彈出部件控制的電子簽名,輸入操作用戶和密碼后顯示部件的控制畫面,點擊”全部切換為自動”按鈕后所有的控制部件切換為自動模式,用戶可從界面部件畫面旁的狀態(tài)圖標可看出狀態(tài)的切換。5.1.3 Recipe Parameters Setting設置配方參數(shù)Be

7、fore running the automatic programs, recipe parameters should be set and downloaded to the PLC in order to run the program according to designed process. If above operation will not be done, “START AUTO.” button will not display and automatic program will not start. 在運行自動程序前需要設定配方參數(shù)并且下載到可編程控制器里(PLC)

8、以讓程序按設好的工藝進行運行,若不進行上述操作則“自動”按鈕不會顯示,自動程序也將無法啟動。1. . Operation Buttons操作按鈕No.Button Name 按鈕名稱Button Instructions按鈕說明1View查看View the recipe配方的查看2Modify修改Modify the recipe配方的修改3New新建Build new recipe, new recipe name should be entered before building. 配方的新建,在新建配方前需要輸入新配方名4Save保存Save the recipe. Relevant

9、recipes should be saved in the computer after modification for freeze-drying operation at next time. 配方的保存,在修改配方后需要對相應的配方進行保存操作,保存到電腦系統(tǒng)中以供下次凍干操作使用5Download下載Recipe downloading. Download the recipe to PLC in order to provide parameters for automatic program running of freeze-drying.配方的下載,使配方數(shù)據(jù)下載到可編程控

10、制器里供凍干自動程序運行提供參數(shù)。6Print打印Printing the recipe through printer output配方的打印,通過打印機輸出7Delete刪除Delete the recipe. This operation is not advised even unreasonable recipe exists. 配方的刪除,此操作不建議使用,即使有不合理的配方也不建議刪除操作2. Parameters Instruction參數(shù)說明Control process of freeze-drying is divided into 4 parts including F

11、reezing Control (Program Section 16), Condenser Freezing (Program Section7, 8), Primary Drying (Program Section 919), and Drying Analysis (Program Section 2023). The 9th step section in Primary Drying is pre-vacuumizing phase and in this phase warming-up control will not be done. The temperature to

12、be set should be consistent with the temperature setting value in the 6th step section. Each step section can include temperature setting, vacuum setting, and vacuum control choice and pressure-up control choice according to control requirements. 冷凍干燥控制流程分為4部分包括預冷(程序段16段)、后箱冷卻(程序段7、8段)、第一次升華干燥(程序段91

13、9段)、解析干燥 (程序段2023段),升華干燥中的第9步段是預抽真空的階段,此階段不進行升溫控制,設置的溫度需要和第6步段的溫度設定值一致,每個步段按控制需求可包括溫度設置、真空設置、真空控制選擇和壓力升控制選擇。Freezing Control part does not include vacuum setting, vacuum control choice and pressure-up control choice. The 7th step section in Condenser Freezing part is condenser temperature setting an

14、d the 8th step section is maintaining time after condenser temperature is reached(at least set 20min). 預冷部分不包含真空設置、真空控制選擇和壓力升控制選擇。后箱冷卻部分第7步段是后箱溫度設置,第8步段是達到后箱溫度后維持的時間(至少設置20分鐘)。The 9th step section in Primary Drying is pre-vacuumizing phase and in this phase warming-up control will not be done. The t

15、emperature to be set should be consistent with the temperature setting value in the 6th step section. If choose pressure-up control button in the 19th step section, the pressure-up control will starts after the 19th step section and this control includes 2 parameter test time and pressure-up setting

16、 value.升華干燥中的第9步段是預抽真空的階段,此階段不進行升溫控制,設置的溫度需要和第6步段的溫度設定值一致,若在第19步段行若選擇壓力升控制選擇按鈕,則在19步段結束后進行壓力升控制,壓力升控制包括2個參數(shù):測試時間和壓力升設定值。As the same with Primary Drying, if choose pressure-up control in the 23th step section in Drying Analysis part, the control will starts after the 23th step section and that contro

17、l includes 2 parameter test time and pressure-up setting value. 解析干燥部分和升華干燥一樣若在第23步段行若選擇壓力升控制選擇按鈕,則在23步段結束后進行壓力升控制,壓力升控制包括2個參數(shù): 測試時間和壓力升設定值。5.1.4 Automatic Program Start 自動程序啟動After setting the recipe parameters, “START AUTO.” button will appears. User clicks the “START AUTO.” button to start automa

18、tic program.當設置好配方參數(shù)后“開始自動”按鈕會顯示,用戶點擊“開始自動”按鈕啟動自動程序。5.1.5 Process Status Inquiry、Parameter Modification and Forced Component ControlControl Parameter控制參數(shù)Recipe Parameter配方參數(shù)過程狀態(tài)的查詢、參數(shù)修改和部件強制控制Operation Parameter運行參數(shù)Running status during automatic program operation can be displayed by clicking the “P

19、rogram” button at right lower part of interface and switching to program running status as the above picture. 自動程序運行時的運行狀況可點擊界面右下部分的“程序”按鈕切換到程序運行狀態(tài)顯示,如上圖。Interface parameter mainly consists of recipe parameter, control parameter and operation parameter. 界面參數(shù)主要分3部分組成,配方參數(shù)、控制參數(shù)和運行參數(shù)。5.1.6 Recipe Param

20、eter配方參數(shù)Recipe Parameter is the main technical parameter of freeze-drying operation. If only want to modify the technical data of current batch during operation, user can do some settings at this interface. Except the data of first step section cannot be modified after automatic program starting, ot

21、her data can all be modified during the operation. Please see the chapter of setting recipe parameters for detail information. 配方參數(shù)是冷凍干燥運行的主要工藝參數(shù),在運行過程中若只希望修改本批次運行的工藝數(shù)據(jù)可在此界面進行設置。除第1步段的數(shù)據(jù)在自動程序運行后不能修改,其他的數(shù)據(jù)在運行 過程中均可修改。詳細說明請見設置配方參數(shù)章節(jié)。5.1.7 Control Paramete控制參數(shù)Control Parameter is accessory parameter of

22、 automatic program operation besides the technical recipe parameter. Its instruction is as follow: 控制參數(shù)是除工藝配方參數(shù)以外自動程序運行的輔助參數(shù),說明如下表。NO. User clicks “STOP AUTO.” button to stop automatic program.自動程序按順序運行結束,電氣柜的指示燈會亮綠燈指示,用戶點擊“停止自動”按鈕停止自動程序。5.1.9 User runs manual control to do freeze-drying operation操作用戶運行手動控制進行凍干流程操作Users can manually control compon

30、ents in the system during manual control (automatic control does not run). For the same component, there are 3 kinds of buttons for operation control. 在手動過程中(自動控制沒有運行)用戶可對系統(tǒng)中的部件進行手動控制。對同一個部件有3種按鈕進行操作控制。Manual: this operation can forcedly start the control components; 手動:操作可強制開啟控制部件Automatic: this op

31、eration can make control components join in automatic logical control during automatic operation; 自動:在自動運行過程中使控制部件參與自動邏輯控制Stop: this operation can stop the open control components. 停止:操作可停止開啟的控制部件Automatic Control Will be displayed beside control component after operation部件自動控制操作結束在控制部件旁顯示 Manual Co

33、件旁顯示 Note:In manual control , open vacuum pump more than 20min before opening the small butterfly valve. 注:在手動控制下,開啟小蝶閥前先要開啟真空泵20分鐘以上。Except the manual component control, other functional controls are needed to meet the normal technical requirements of automatic program. They are as follow: 除手動部件控制外

Cold doping valve will open.加熱器進行PID溫度控制并且進行偏差報警處理,溫度升的太高,導熱油進口溫度 加熱設定溫度()+偏差溫度則摻冷閥打開。CONTROL DEVIATION, cold doping valve will open and chamb

36、er temperature goes down. When OIL INLET TEMP HEATING TEMP. (), cold doping valve will close. 控制偏差則摻冷閥打開,此時前箱隔板溫度降低,當導熱油進口溫度 加熱設定溫度(),摻冷閥關閉。If OIL INLET TEMP HEATING TEMP.() before temperature control starts, cooling control will be done and heater and cold doping valve will not attend the control.溫

37、度控制啟動前若導熱油進口溫度 HEATING TEMP.()+ TEMP.CONTROL DEVIATION, plate cooling valve opens and condensation valve closes, temperature of chamber isolating plate goes down. 導熱油進口溫度加熱設定溫度()+溫度控制偏差,則板冷閥打開冷凝閥關閉,此時前箱隔板溫度降低。When OIL INLET TEMP HEATING TEMP.(), condensation valve opens and plate cooling valve close

38、s. 當導熱油進口溫度 加熱設定溫度() 則冷凝閥打開板冷閥關閉。2VAC.CONTROL真空控制The same as temperature deviation control, when CHAMBER VACUUM VACUUM CONTROL SELECT (Pa ) +VAC CONT DEVIATION (L), the aerification valve will close.和溫度的偏差控制一樣,冷凍干燥運行過程中箱內真空值 真空控制設定值(Pa)+真空偏差值,則摻氣閥關閉。3VAC.ALARM真空報警CHAMBER VACUUM VAC.ALARM CONTROL, he

39、ating control closes and alarming starts. CHAMBER VACUUM報警真空設定值,則加熱控制關閉,同時報警提示,箱內真空度 疏散控制設定值(Pa),則報警解除。5TAMPONADE CONTROL壓塞控制After freeze-drying program, TAMPONADE CONTROL can be started. Tamponade control of hydraulic pressure decline will start automatically. When SHELF PRES SWITCH signal is judge
