1、餐廳用語(yǔ):點(diǎn)餐常用語(yǔ)及對(duì)話(huà)舉例Have you got a table for two , please ?請(qǐng)問(wèn)您有兩個(gè)人的桌子嗎?Have you booked a table ?您預(yù)定餐桌了嗎?Have you made a reservation ?您預(yù)定了嗎?smoking or non-smoking ?吸煙區(qū)還是非吸煙區(qū)?Would you like something to drink ?您想喝什么?Would you like to see the menu ?您需要看菜單嗎?點(diǎn)菜就餐的典型次序是:找一張桌子坐下 看菜單一點(diǎn)菜一一就餐一付錢(qián)一離開(kāi)。英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言的表達(dá)基本上也是依照次
2、順序。訂餐”在英文中有兩種說(shuō)法, 即to book a table 和make a reservation。在英國(guó)以及其它很多國(guó)家,餐廳一般劃分為吸煙 區(qū)和非吸煙區(qū)。一進(jìn)餐廳,服務(wù)員會(huì)主動(dòng)征詢(xún)客人的意見(jiàn),然后 引領(lǐng)客人前往所選擇的區(qū)域就餐。Expression 表達(dá)Excuse me , could I see the menu , please ?打攪一下,我能看看菜單嗎?Are you ready to order ?您現(xiàn)在可以點(diǎn)餐嗎?first course第一道菜main course主菜dessert甜食Could I have the bill , please ?請(qǐng)拿賬單來(lái),好嗎

I prefer something light.我想來(lái)點(diǎn)清淡些的,你有什么推薦的嗎?I will leave it to you.你來(lái)點(diǎn)菜吧。I will have the same as that one.我要一份和那個(gè)一樣的。Could I have a few more minutes ?我能等會(huì)兒再點(diǎn)嗎?在西餐廳就餐,菜單一般由三類(lèi)不同的菜別組成。the firstcourse或者starters是指第一道菜,往往是湯、一小碟色拉或 其它小吃。第二道菜是主菜,fish and chips 是
