2、在半年或一學(xué)年以上的受聘方提供的住房，須配有廚房。(2) 提供公費(fèi)醫(yī)療或醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)。若提供全部或部分公費(fèi)醫(yī)療費(fèi)用，可規(guī)定受聘方須在聘方指定的涉外醫(yī)院就醫(yī)，在非指定醫(yī)院就醫(yī)費(fèi)用自理，受聘方的掛號、就醫(yī)交通、鑲牙、整容、保健按摩、配眼鏡、住院用餐和服用非醫(yī)療性的滋補(bǔ)藥品以及醫(yī)生出診等費(fèi)用自理; 若提供醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)，可由雙方協(xié)商各自承擔(dān)的比例。(3) 為工作地點(diǎn)和住所相距較遠(yuǎn)的受聘方提供上下班交通，或給予適當(dāng)?shù)慕煌ㄑa(bǔ)貼。(4) 國際機(jī)票 ( 中國至受聘方國最近距離經(jīng)濟(jì)艙國際機(jī)票)。(5) 行李運(yùn)輸費(fèi) ( 如果空運(yùn)，應(yīng)以 24 公斤行李分離運(yùn)輸價(jià)格計(jì)價(jià)，不要以隨機(jī)運(yùn)輸價(jià)格計(jì)價(jià)，而應(yīng)按國際機(jī)票費(fèi)人民幣價(jià)值的

3、1/5 計(jì)算 ( 大致等于 24 公斤行李分離運(yùn)輸費(fèi)支付受聘方。因中美航線規(guī)定可免費(fèi)承運(yùn)兩大件64 公斤，所以，對來自美國的受聘方可不負(fù)擔(dān)其行李運(yùn)輸費(fèi)) 。二、工作時(shí)間和休息休假1. 受聘方每日工作時(shí)間為八小時(shí)，每周工作時(shí)間為五天。2. 聘方安排受聘方延長工作時(shí)間，將依據(jù)法定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)支付高于正常工作時(shí)間的工資報(bào)酬。3. 受聘方享受中國下列節(jié)日休假：元旦、春節(jié)、國際勞動節(jié)、國慶節(jié)以及法律、法規(guī)規(guī)定的其他節(jié)假日。4. 受聘方可按其國籍和信仰相應(yīng)享受下列節(jié)日休假：圣誕節(jié)兩天 ; 屠牲節(jié) ( 古爾邦節(jié) ) 三天 ; 開齋節(jié)一天 ;潑水節(jié)一天。5. 受聘方可享受帶薪年休假，受聘方合同期為一年的，享受帶薪休假

4、四周。受聘方在教育機(jī)構(gòu)工作，合同期為一學(xué)年的，享受所在教育機(jī)構(gòu)的一個(gè)假期 ( 寒假或暑假 ) 帶薪休假。6. 受聘方連續(xù)在華工作一般不得超過五年，再次應(yīng)聘來華工作須在兩年以后。三、病假和事假1. 受聘方請病假，須憑聘方指定的涉外醫(yī)院醫(yī)生證明。受聘方在一個(gè)合同期 ( 一年或一學(xué)年 ) 內(nèi)，累計(jì)病假不滿三十天，工資按照 100%發(fā)給 ; 超過三十天后，聘方有權(quán)解除聘用合同 ; 若未解除合同， 工資將按 70%發(fā)給，直至恢復(fù)正常工作為止。在合同期內(nèi)，受聘方因公在中國境內(nèi)出差，在當(dāng)?shù)卣付ǖ纳嫱忉t(yī)院診的醫(yī)療費(fèi)用，由聘方支付 ; 因私外出就診的醫(yī)療費(fèi)用自理。在合同期內(nèi)，聘方在臺灣、香港、澳門地區(qū)和中國

5、境外就診的醫(yī)療費(fèi)用自理。2. 受聘方請假須經(jīng)聘方同意，聘方將按日扣發(fā)工資，在合同期 ( 一年或一學(xué)年 ) 事假累計(jì)不得超過十天。未經(jīng)聘方同意而擅離職守的，曠職一天，扣發(fā)三天工資。情節(jié)嚴(yán)重的，聘方有權(quán)解除合同，并追究受聘方的違約責(zé)任。四、合同試用期和信譽(yù)保證金1、受聘方的試用期為60 天。在試用期內(nèi)，聘方如發(fā)現(xiàn)受聘方健康狀況或?qū)I(yè)水平等不能勝任本聘用合同規(guī)定的工作任務(wù)，有權(quán)解除合同。2、或他人介紹而應(yīng)聘的，應(yīng)由受聘方自購機(jī)票( 以證明自己確有誠意應(yīng)聘) ，在試用期滿后予以報(bào)銷。五、 ( 當(dāng)事人雙方認(rèn)為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)聘用合同中沒有涵蓋的其他事項(xiàng) ) 。六、聘用合同附件各項(xiàng)條款的確定和變更均須由當(dāng)事人雙方協(xié)商

12、e Contract1. Both parties should abide by the contractand should refrain from revising, canceling, or terminating the contract without mutual consent.2. The contract can be revised, canceled, orterminated with mutual consent. Before both partieshavereachedanagreement,thecontractshouldbestrictly obse

If either of the two parties asks for a new contract, it should forward its requestto another party 90 days prior to the expiration of the contract, and sign the new contract with mutual consent.
