11、 lea dershi p constr ucti on油庫罐區(qū)內(nèi)管線工程改造方案因油庫號汽油、號柴油、工業(yè)柴油管線改造工程施工需要,需對現(xiàn)有在罐區(qū)內(nèi)管線進行切割、焊接等工序,為確保油庫施工質(zhì)量,特制定管線改造方案如下:一、主要改造的管線及區(qū)域?qū)?101 、 102 號罐和 103 、 104 號罐的發(fā)車管線合并,中間增加1 個 DN150 的閘閥,閘閥關(guān)閉時實現(xiàn)兩種油品各自的發(fā)車功能,閘閥開通時實現(xiàn)各個罐的倒罐,將 103 、 104號罐現(xiàn)有的汽油發(fā)車管線改為90號汽油(n)收油管線,需在舊發(fā)車管線上開孔駁接收油支管2 處,原有的收油管線作為 0 號柴油收油管線,這樣罐區(qū)不增加新管線即可實現(xiàn)

18、llcae"Ee-secsuc-o-cefg-g-eslaele-c-e-g l -c(二)管道周圍安全防火、防爆措施1、向油庫申請動火作業(yè)許可證。2、將周圍10米內(nèi)供輸油管道,全部用石棉布遮蓋。3、在動火地點設(shè)置多個干粉滅火器具。4、氧、乙快氣瓶擺放間距達到規(guī)范要求。5、進入施工現(xiàn)場,必須戴好安全帽,登高作業(yè)必須系好安全帶。6、現(xiàn)場動火必須有看護人。一.管道安裝工藝流程:安裝準備4 怖加工沙或管安裝飛管安裝一管通試壓 f管道沖洗+曲!防腐(保溫)一二.管道主安裝的一般要求1 .材料到貨時,須具備合格證并檢測其圓度,及其外觀是否合要求;2 .管子、管件、閥門等在安裝前必須按設(shè)計要求核

30、 管道、管件組的焊接。1、焊接工藝。為保證焊接質(zhì)量,采用焊條電弧焊的焊接方法;焊接資格:WS/D1-19或相應(yīng)資格。2、焊接技術(shù)要求及注意事項。焊工持有相應(yīng)的有效期內(nèi)的合格證。在焊接過程中,應(yīng)做好防風防雨措施。使用焊條電弧填充時,用磨光機做好層間清渣,同時各層間的焊道頭要錯開。焊完后,焊工清理焊渣等,并對焊縫進行自檢,同時在焊縫附近管線號、焊口編號旁邊應(yīng)打上自己的焊工鋼印號。焊條使用前應(yīng)按質(zhì)量證明書的規(guī)定進行烘干, 并在施工過程中使用焊條保溫筒,注意保持干燥,做到隨用隨取.3、焊接外觀檢驗要求。焊縫外觀應(yīng)成型良好,寬度以每邊蓋過坡口邊2MMi宜。角焊縫的焊腳高度應(yīng)符合設(shè)計規(guī)定,外形應(yīng)平緩過渡。

31、焊接接頭表面不允許有裂紋、未熔合,氣孔,渣,飛存在。管道焊縫咬邊深度不應(yīng)大于0.5MM連續(xù)咬邊長度不應(yīng)大于100MM且焊縫兩側(cè)咬邊總長不在于該焊全長的10%.焊縫表面不得低于管道表面。焊縫余高不大于,且不大于 3MM其中B1為焊接組對后坡口的最大寬度。焊接頭錯邊不應(yīng)大于壁厚的10%,且不大于1MM。五、管道的安裝1 管道安裝應(yīng)遵循先地下后地上,先大后小,先管帶后設(shè)備的原laylevels cadres in enterprisedevel opme ntin t he ofbackboneba ckboner ole;t o fullstre ngthe ning membersyouth w

47、,要嚴格按照施工圖紙要求的安裝坡度進行安裝;5 法蘭連接應(yīng)檢查其密封面,不得有缺陷,保持接合面的平行度和同心度0.6 毫米, 保證螺栓自由穿入,安裝雙頭螺栓兩頭對稱均勻,外露螺紋大致相同,且不在于二位螺距。6 新舊管碰口處焊接因不能參加試壓,按100%比例進行X 射線探傷或磁粉探傷。7 管路閥門的型號、規(guī)格、 數(shù)量、 安裝位置須符合圖紙要求,要求做到連接牢固、緊密,閥門啟閉靈活,朝向合理。閥門耐壓強度和嚴密性試驗必須符合設(shè)計和施工規(guī)范要求。8管道及附件安裝完畢后,如實填寫相試驗資料、質(zhì)量評定表作為竣工資料保存。6 層的漆膜應(yīng)均勻一致,天面光亮平,不能存在皺紋、淚跡、孔隙等缺陷。六、法蘭接口1
