22、素外，賣方遲于合同規(guī)定的期限交貨，如買方同意遲延交貨，賣方應(yīng)同意對(duì)信用證有關(guān)條款進(jìn)行個(gè)性和同意銀行在議付貨款時(shí)扣除本條規(guī)定的違約金。違約金總值不超過貨物總價(jià)值的 5%，差率按 7 天 0.5%計(jì)算，不滿 7 天仍按 7 天計(jì)算。在未采用信用證支付的情況下， 賣方應(yīng)將前述方法計(jì)算的違約金即付買方。if the sellers fail to make delivery on time asstipulatedin the contract， withexceptionof forcemajeure ，the buyers shall agree to postpone the delivery
