1、體能課 好玩的椅子班級：草莓班執(zhí)教者：Ada活動地點(diǎn)：操場活動目標(biāo)：1.大膽的探索椅子的多種玩法，提高動作的協(xié)調(diào)性和靈活性。2.在各種玩法中掌握平衡、助跑跨跳的基本動作。 3.學(xué)習(xí)與同伴合作游戲，有挑戰(zhàn)困難的勇氣，體驗(yàn)游戲的快樂。活動準(zhǔn)備：每人一張椅子 彩色雪糕筒活動過程：一、開始部分:熱身運(yùn)動幼兒進(jìn)場慢跑活動熱身，將椅子排列整齊和做椅子健身操。(頭部運(yùn)動、體側(cè)運(yùn)動、腰背伸張運(yùn)動、腰部扭轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動、股四頭肌運(yùn)動、大腿后側(cè)伸展運(yùn)動等)二、基本部分:探索椅子的玩法剛才我們和椅子做了健身操，非常的開心。其實(shí)椅子除了可以讓我們坐以外，還可以有很多的玩法，只要我們開動腦筋，它就會變成我們鍛煉身體的玩具，今天

2、我們使用椅子來進(jìn)行一個椅子比賽運(yùn)動會，現(xiàn)在我們就去練習(xí)比賽項目gogogo！1. 幼兒分紅、黃、綠三組自由探索椅子的玩法。教師觀察:誰訓(xùn)練椅子比賽項目的時候動作不規(guī)范?從旁引導(dǎo)正確的動作項目一：走獨(dú)木橋。引導(dǎo)幼兒自由組合將椅子橫向并排當(dāng)作獨(dú)木橋，進(jìn)行“走獨(dú)木橋”的練習(xí)。項目二：馬術(shù)。鼓勵幼兒模仿馬術(shù)動作，引導(dǎo)幼兒分腿越過椅子項目三：爬山。引導(dǎo)幼兒將椅子縱向并排放置成“小山”進(jìn)行“爬山”練習(xí)，即踏上椅面跨過椅背踏上另一椅面跳下。2.椅子比賽運(yùn)動會教師講解并演示游戲比賽方法，游戲以兩列小組形式進(jìn)行循環(huán)賽將幼兒分兩組進(jìn)行比賽，先助跑跨跳3個椅子(馬術(shù))走過平衡木（椅子搭成）爬山快速跑返回。三、結(jié)束部
