The meridian-collaterals is a general term for the meridians (J

3、ing Mai) and the collaterals (Luo Mai).Meridians and CollateralsJing means “ go through ” or “ a path ”. They are the main trunks of the system, thick and large.They run longitudinally and are deep-level distributed within the body. Meridians and Collaterals Luo means “ something that connects ” or

4、“ a net ”. They are branches of the meridians, thin and small. 7、 organs, orifices, muscles, skin and bones in the human body into an organic whole. Physiologically the meridians serve as the pathways for Qi and blood to flow and circulate in the body. Pathologically the meridians transmit pathogenic factors into the body. WHAT OCCASION?When meridian Qi becomes w

8、eak or fails to protect the body due to certain factors, exogenous pathogenic factors may invade the body and pathogenic factors will be transmitted into the viscera through the meridians. They start and terminate at certain sites, run along the fixed routes, link in accordance with certain order, d

9、istribute along the limbs with certain rules and are directly connected with certain viscera. Diagnose according to changes of the meridians.How can we know what happened? 肺部脹滿，膨膨氣喘、咳嗽，鎖骨上窩“缺盆”內(nèi)（包括喉嚨部分）疼痛；嚴(yán)重的則交捧著兩手，感到胸部煩悶，視覺模糊。還可發(fā)生前臂部的氣血阻逆如厥冷、麻木、疼痛等癥。 CASE lung distention chest pain pain in the supr

10、aclavicular fossa 缺盆中痛缺盆中痛 .ETC十二經(jīng)病證十二經(jīng)病證 （一）手太陰肺經(jīng)病證： 【臨床表現(xiàn)】肺脹、咳喘、胸部滿悶；缺盒中痛；肩背痛，或肩背寒，少氣，灑淅寒熱，自汗出，濡或臂內(nèi)前廉痛，常中熱，小便頻數(shù)或色變等。（二）手陽(yáng)明大腸經(jīng)病證【臨床表現(xiàn)】齒痛、頸腫；咽喉腫痛，鼻衄，目黃口干；肩臂前側(cè)疼痛；拇、食指疼痛、活動(dòng)障礙。（三）足陽(yáng)明胃經(jīng)【臨床表現(xiàn)】壯熱、汗出、頭痛、頸腫、咽喉腫痛、齒痛，或口角歪斜，鼻流濁涕；或鼻衄；驚惕狂躁；或消谷善饑，脘腹脹滿；或膝腹腫痛，胸乳部、腹股部、下肢外側(cè)、足背、足中趾等多處疼痛，足中肢活動(dòng)受限。 （四）足太陰脾經(jīng)病證 【臨床表現(xiàn)】舌本強(qiáng)、食

11、則嘔、胃脘痛、腹脹善噫，得后與氣則快然如衰，身體皆重。舌本痛，體不能動(dòng)搖，食不下，煩心，心下急痛、溏瀉、癥瘕、泄、水團(tuán)、黃疸，不能臥，股膝內(nèi)腫厥，足大趾不用。 （五）手少陰心經(jīng)病證【臨床表現(xiàn)】心胸?zé)炋弁础⒀矢?、渴而欲飲、目黃、脅痛、撓臂內(nèi)側(cè)后緣痛厥，掌中熱。 （六）手太陽(yáng)小腸經(jīng)病證【臨床表現(xiàn)】耳聾、目黃、咽痛；肩似拔、撓似折。頸項(xiàng)肩撓肘臂外后廉痛。 （七）足太陽(yáng)膀胱經(jīng)病證 【臨床表現(xiàn)】發(fā)熱，惡風(fēng)寒，鼻寒流涕，頭痛，項(xiàng)背強(qiáng)痛；目似脫項(xiàng)如拔，腰似折，（月國(guó)）如結(jié)，踹如裂；癲癇、狂證、瘧疾、痔瘡；腰脊、（月國(guó)）窩，腓腸肌、足跟和小趾等處疼痛，活動(dòng)障礙。（八）足少陰腎經(jīng)病證 【臨床表現(xiàn)】面黑如漆柴，

12、頭暈?zāi)垦?；氣短喘促，咳嗽咯血；饑不欲食，心胸痛，腰脊下肢無(wú)力或痿厥，足下熱痛；心煩、易驚、善恐、口熱舌干，咽腫。（九）手厥陰心包經(jīng)病證【臨床表現(xiàn)】手心熱，臂肘攣急，腋腫，甚則胸脅支滿，心煩、心悸、心痛、喜笑不休面赤目黃等。（十）手少陽(yáng)三焦經(jīng)病證【臨床表現(xiàn)】耳聾、心脅痛，目銳眥痛，頰部耳后疼痛，咽喉腫痛，汗出，肩肘、前臂痛，小指、食指活動(dòng)障礙。（十一）足少陽(yáng)膽經(jīng)病證 【臨床表現(xiàn)】口苦、善太息，心脅痛不能轉(zhuǎn)側(cè)，甚則面微有塵，體無(wú)膏澤，足外反熱。頭痛頷痛，缺盆中腫痛，腋下腫，馬刀俠癭，汗出振寒為瘧，胸、脅、肋髀、膝外至脛，絕骨外踝前及諸節(jié)皆痛，足小趾、次趾不用。（十二）足厥陰肝經(jīng)病證【臨床表現(xiàn)】腰痛不可俯仰，面色晦暗，咽干，胸滿、腹瀉、嘔吐、遺尿或癃閉，疝氣或婦女少腹痛。 The e
