Under such insurance, the indemnity must bepayable in US dollars, freely usable to replace or repair such goods. The Contractor, acting as age

35、nt for YY, shall initiate proper action and pursue settlement regarding insurance claims whenever damages and/or losses are inflicted on the goods.
