6、造，安裝在山東孔府制藥股份凍干制劑車間灌裝間，用于生產(chǎn)過程中的無菌藥品生產(chǎn)所用的瓶子滅菌去熱源和枯燥。瓶子由洗瓶機(jī)送進(jìn)隧道烘箱由烘箱的鏈條網(wǎng)帶輸送至烘箱的預(yù)熱區(qū)，高溫滅菌區(qū)、冷卻區(qū)。最后滅菌、去熱源的瓶子送出烘箱到灌裝加塞機(jī)。高溫滅菌區(qū)由耐高溫風(fēng)機(jī)、加熱器、高溫高效過濾器組成一個(gè)熱風(fēng)循環(huán)系統(tǒng)。干凈的熱空氣通過網(wǎng)帶上的瓶子不斷的循環(huán)送風(fēng)。即到達(dá)對(duì)瓶加熱滅菌和去熱源要求又到達(dá)層流百級(jí)的保護(hù)。預(yù)熱段由風(fēng)機(jī)、高效過濾器和抽濕風(fēng)機(jī)組成。冷卻段由風(fēng)機(jī)、高效過濾器和排風(fēng)機(jī)組成一個(gè)冷卻系統(tǒng)到達(dá)冷卻瓶子和層流百級(jí)的保護(hù)。本機(jī)各部的功能采用PLC控制調(diào)整，操作采用觸摸屏顯示的操作。本機(jī)具備新風(fēng)不斷補(bǔ)充的裝置、風(fēng)壓
