1、從RMxprt到Maxwell一鍵有限元分析過程佟文明Ansoft軟件包括三個模塊:AnsoftRMxprt丄“路的方法計算模塊AnsoftMaxwell2D二維場計算模塊AnsoftMaxwell3D3三維場計算模塊路”的方法計算模塊?;陔姍C等效電路和磁路的設(shè)計理念來計算、仿真各種電機模型。優(yōu)點:建立模型簡單快捷,可以利用該軟件通過輸入?yún)?shù)直接建立電機的二維或者三維電磁場計算模型,并且得到的二維場或者三維場有限元模型的材料屬性、邊界條件、激勵源、永磁體充磁、繞組分相均已完成,從而可以實現(xiàn)一鍵有限元操作。參數(shù)調(diào)整方便缺點:庫中模型類型有限設(shè)計精度相對于有限元分析偏低AnsoftRMxprt包

6、須封閉。物體之間可以完全包含,不可以交叉。物體邊的分段數(shù)不可太低。盡量避免過尖銳的物體,必要時要做鈍化處理另外,提到第三種建模方式,就是利用CAD軟件建好電機的定轉(zhuǎn)子模型,然后導(dǎo)入AnsoftMaxwell。該方法也是非常常用的建模方式,建模周期大大縮短。下面詳細分析利用RMxpt建立Maxwell2D有限元分析模型與靜態(tài)場、瞬態(tài)場計算過程:一、在Rmxprt中建立電磁場計算所需電機模型AnsoftMaxwell-Project2FileEditViewProjectToolsWindowHelpProject險閭詐件RRbcprtD囲gn單擊RMxprt快捷創(chuàng)建一個項目日1Froject2*
