1、前言高磷鐵礦資源的利用對緩解我國鋼鐵行業(yè)鐵礦石不足有舉足輕重的作用。近幾年,國內(nèi)各高校和研究單位通過多年的選礦技術(shù)研究和攻關(guān),使我國復(fù)雜難選鐵礦石選礦技術(shù)和綜合利用技術(shù)取得了一定的進(jìn)展 ,但由于受我國鐵礦石種類復(fù)雜以及這些脫磷方法或流程 復(fù)雜、或經(jīng)濟(jì)成本較高等的影響,導(dǎo)致我國高磷鐵礦石資源的利用率很低。該次設(shè)計(jì)的目的是高效開發(fā)利用磷鐵礦資源,實(shí)現(xiàn)礦產(chǎn)資源的綜合利用。在設(shè)計(jì)過程 中盡可能地吸收了國內(nèi)外選礦廠設(shè)計(jì)的先進(jìn)方法和先進(jìn)而成熟的科技成果,并結(jié)合本科期 間的學(xué)習(xí)及生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn);設(shè)計(jì)過程注重理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際,采用三段一閉路破碎流程,實(shí)現(xiàn) 多破少磨,力圖達(dá)到節(jié)能降耗的目的;采用先浮后磁生產(chǎn)工藝流程、

2、廠區(qū)階梯型布置,循 環(huán)水高效利用及做到水自流減少能源消耗等。1選礦廠設(shè)計(jì)依據(jù)、設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)與資料來源選礦廠設(shè)計(jì)依據(jù)磷鐵礦選礦廠初步設(shè)計(jì)(1)磷鐵礦石的綜合加工利用,符合國家政策,具有節(jié)約資源,尤其是擴(kuò)大鐵礦資源量, 緩解我國鐵礦資源的短缺現(xiàn)狀,對于建設(shè)資源節(jié)約型社會有著的重大意義,有著良好的經(jīng) 濟(jì)效益和社會效益;(2)直接還原鐵生產(chǎn)工藝可靠,市場前景廣闊,國家重點(diǎn)投資對象;資料來源本初步設(shè)計(jì)基礎(chǔ)資料主要來源于以下幾個(gè)方面:(1)本次畢業(yè)實(shí)習(xí)的實(shí)習(xí)單位 一提供的可行性研究報(bào)告:25萬噸難選貧礦(低品位含 鈦磁鐵磷灰石)伴生礦選礦改造工程可行性研究報(bào)告、設(shè)計(jì)圖紙;(2)所屬區(qū)域規(guī)劃總平面圖;(3)中外

3、文書籍、手冊及各種文獻(xiàn);(4)現(xiàn)場收集、測繪、整理的資料;(5)上網(wǎng)查找的相關(guān)資料。設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)根據(jù)本次設(shè)計(jì)的選礦廠年處理的原礦量 220萬噸,可知本選礦廠的類型為中型選礦廠, 并且該選礦廠的原礦來源于多個(gè)采礦區(qū)共同供應(yīng)的。該選礦廠主要經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)指標(biāo)如下:(1)Fe精礦品位為65.5%,P精礦品位為36%,;(2)Fe精礦回收率為76.00%,精礦含水率為11%; P精礦回收率為86%,精礦含水率 為 12%;(3)一段磨礦細(xì)度為-200目占45%二段磨礦細(xì)度為-200目占80%.廠區(qū)概況礦區(qū)及礦床地質(zhì)擁有8個(gè)主體礦山,鈦磁鐵磷灰石儲量 2.4億噸,保有儲量2.1億噸。鐵礦賦存于太 古界群小塔子溝組

4、地層中,圍巖為黑云斜長角閃片麻巖,礦體與圍巖界線清楚,屬中硬度 巖石,普氏硬度系數(shù)f=78,巖石穩(wěn)固性好。黑云斜長角閃片麻巖巖石呈深灰色,鱗片粒 狀變晶結(jié)構(gòu),片麻狀構(gòu)造,礦物成份主要為磷灰石、磁鐵礦、角閃石、斜長石及石英。暗 色礦物多具綠泥石化,見有后期沿片麻理注入的長英質(zhì)脈體。鈦磁鐵磷灰石含有多種有色 金屬,其中P2O5含量為2.4%, S含量0.64%, TFe含量10.5%, TiO2含量4.00%,是東北地 區(qū)最大的低品位鈦磁鐵磷灰石礦儲藏地,具有長期大規(guī)模露天開采的條件。氣候特征縣屬北溫帶大陸季風(fēng)氣候區(qū),盡管東南部受海洋暖濕空氣影響,但由于北部蒙古高原 的干燥冷空氣經(jīng)常侵入,形成了半

5、干旱半濕潤易旱地區(qū)。全縣處于海洋性季風(fēng)氣候向大陸 性氣候過渡的區(qū)域內(nèi),屬半濕潤、半干旱季風(fēng)型大陸性氣候。雨熱同季,全年平土氣溫7.6C, 最高氣溫37C,最低氣溫-36.9C,年均日照時(shí)數(shù)28502950小時(shí)。年降水量平均614.7mm, 多集中在6-8月份,無霜期120155天。春秋兩季多風(fēng)易旱,風(fēng)力一般 23級,冬季盛 行西北風(fēng),風(fēng)力較強(qiáng)。水源供應(yīng)及排水條件根據(jù)當(dāng)?shù)厮那闆r和現(xiàn)場生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐,選礦廠生產(chǎn)中的尾礦經(jīng)處理后的水作為生產(chǎn)用水 可循環(huán)使用,該礦水源充足。礦區(qū)內(nèi)現(xiàn)有供水能力1165立方米、時(shí),新建選廠后供用水量 為2450m3h,其中2000m3h為循環(huán)利用,450m3h為補(bǔ)充新水。由于

6、生產(chǎn)用水為循環(huán)使用,只有少部分廢水經(jīng)尾礦排放,因無化學(xué)藥劑及過多懸浮顆粒 所以對環(huán)境無害。提高生產(chǎn)廢水的循環(huán)利用率,使廢水排放量降到最低限度,同時(shí)采取有 效廢水處理措施(過濾設(shè)施)確保廢水的達(dá)標(biāo)排放。3電源供應(yīng)總變電所容量由原來的10300KVA增容為14300KVA,市電業(yè)局已批準(zhǔn)增容方案(該 項(xiàng)投資含在新建選廠投資中)。將公司2#主變由原4000KVA更換為1臺S11-8000/66型變 壓器,新增容量為4000KVA 0相應(yīng)增加電壓互感器,安裝通訊遠(yuǎn)動屏。.入選礦石類型及工藝礦物學(xué)研究入選礦石類型設(shè)計(jì)的可行性和必要性開發(fā)利用礦石資源,不但綜合有效回收鐵礦和磷礦資源,同時(shí)也為當(dāng)?shù)貛砹己玫?/p>

7、社 會效益和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,通過對該選廠進(jìn)行初步可行性研究,該選廠的設(shè)計(jì)具有以下優(yōu)勢:(1)地質(zhì)資料齊全、資源可靠,具有開發(fā)潛力。(2)融資方式明確,建設(shè)資金有保障。(3)工藝成熟、可靠,技術(shù)有保證。礦石的工業(yè)類型礦石工業(yè)類型為磷鐵礦石。礦體礦石質(zhì)量較好,屬易采礦石。礦石礦物成份簡單,金 屬礦物以磁鐵礦為主,含少量赤鐵礦、黃鐵礦。脈石礦物主要為石英,含少量黑云母、角 閃石、方解石。磁鐵礦:呈亮灰色或呈赤鐵礦假象產(chǎn)出,磁鐵礦主要為團(tuán)塊狀、粗粒狀, 組成連續(xù)斷續(xù)條帶與石英相間分布。石英:灰白色深灰色,他形粒狀蠕蟲狀結(jié)構(gòu),形 態(tài)不規(guī)則,呈團(tuán)塊狀或斷續(xù)條帶狀與磁鐵礦相間分布。角閃石、黑云母:呈柱狀、鱗片狀

9、礦假象產(chǎn)出,磁鐵 礦主要為團(tuán)塊狀、粗粒狀,組成連續(xù)斷續(xù)條帶與石英相間分布。石英:灰白色深灰色, 他形粒狀蠕蟲狀結(jié)構(gòu),形態(tài)不規(guī)則,呈團(tuán)塊狀或斷續(xù)條帶狀與磁鐵礦相間分布。 角閃石、 黑云母:呈柱狀、鱗片狀呈斷續(xù)條帶與磁鐵礦相間分布,多具綠泥石化。方解石:屬低溫 熱產(chǎn)物,在后期沿裂隙充填交代,呈細(xì)脈狀產(chǎn)出。礦物的結(jié)構(gòu)及嵌布特征鐵礦賦存于太古界群小塔子溝組地層中,圍巖為黑云斜長角閃片麻巖,礦體與圍巖界 線清楚,屬中硬度巖石,普氏硬度系數(shù) f=78,巖石穩(wěn)固性好。黑云斜長角閃片麻巖巖石 呈深灰色,鱗片粒狀變晶結(jié)構(gòu),片麻狀構(gòu)造,礦物成份主要為磷灰石、磁鐵礦、角閃石、 斜長石及石英。暗色礦物多具綠泥石化,見

11、轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)數(shù)破碎車間36575.346600330210磨礦選別車間36590.41792033038精礦脫水36590.417920330384.2破碎篩分流程的選擇與計(jì)算計(jì)算破碎車間生產(chǎn)能力確定破碎車間與采礦工作制度一致,采用連續(xù)工作制度,全年工作365天,設(shè)備作業(yè)率取75.34%。因此,全年設(shè)備運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)330天,每天2班,每班10小時(shí),故:破碎車間生產(chǎn)能力4時(shí)=1200000 = 333.33t / ht 330 10 2計(jì)算總破碎比及分配各段破碎比破碎產(chǎn)物給入球磨機(jī),根據(jù)球磨機(jī)入料粒度要求和多碎少磨原則,確定最終破碎產(chǎn) 品粒度為10mm。總破碎比S.=吐=700 =70心 10根據(jù)總破碎比確定采

12、用三段一閉路破碎流程,如圖 4-1所示。原礦1()粗破2r )中破3T 416C5廠:細(xì)破77 7圖4-1破碎流程圖Figure 4-1 broken flow chart并初步擬定,第一段采用顆式破碎機(jī)(或旋回破碎機(jī)),第二段采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)圓錐破碎機(jī), 第三段采用短頭圓錐破碎機(jī)。各段破碎比分配如下:S、S2 0 =70Si =3.25=4.2=5.13計(jì)算各段產(chǎn)物的最大粒度d2 =Dmax/& =700/3.25 =215.4mm , 取 215mmd3 =d2/S2 =215.4/3.25 =51.3mm, 取 51mmds =d3 s =51.3 5.13=10mm計(jì)算各段破碎機(jī)的排礦口寬度計(jì)
