1、Unit 2 The Olympic Games-An Interview教學案例一、學生分析:學習本節(jié)課前,學生基本上在平常的生活中已認識“奧運會”,但對具體有關(guān)“奧運會”的起源、歷史等知識不是很了解,特別是對“古代奧運會”。二、教材分析:這是Unit2 The Olympic Games的第一課時,是一節(jié)閱讀課。教材要求學生具備一定聽說讀寫能力,通過閱讀課文,讓學生通過了解奧運會的起源、宗旨以及比賽項目,知道現(xiàn)代奧運會和古代奧運會的知識和異同點,學習奧運會精神。Teaching aims:1. To learn some new words.2. To make the students

3、cedures and ways:.Free talk. 放一段北京奧運比賽錄像,再以提問的方式問學生剛剛展示的是什么內(nèi)容?接著向?qū)W生提問:Do you like sports? And do you like watching the Olympic Games? Which event do you like best? Who is your favorite athlete?How many things do you know about the Olympic Games? .Warming up:設(shè)計思路:根據(jù)本班的學生水平,同時也為了增強教材的趣味性,教師在此環(huán)節(jié)做了改動,把w

4、arming up原問答形式改為選擇題,題目也適當?shù)剡M行刪減,增加一些學生感興趣的題目,同時還給每道題加上分數(shù),讓學生進行搶答或比賽,最后還有一個自我評價表。通過比賽,增強學生的集體合作精神和集體榮譽感,加強學生對奧運會的認識,讓課堂氣氛繼續(xù)上升,這是對Pre-reading和Reading 做準備。when and where did the ancient Olympic Games start?
