16、s to complete the whole project smoothly.散件出廠現(xiàn)場組裝機組的安裝和交付Site Assembly & Delivery of Parts Delivered in Bulks對于較大規(guī)格、不帶底板的MAC系列空調(diào)機組，榮泉公司采取將材料、設(shè)備發(fā) 到施工方現(xiàn)場，進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場安裝施工，具體組織實施由榮泉公司專業(yè)安裝施工隊伍進(jìn) 行，機組安裝工藝和規(guī)范，執(zhí)行榮泉公司相關(guān)操作規(guī)程，現(xiàn)場安裝完成，按照相關(guān)程 序向業(yè)主交付。For ZKW serial AC units with big specifications and without bottom plate,

17、 Ronquan company would choose the mode of delivering the materials and devices first and then installing and assembling at site, which could be done by the professional technicians of Ronquan Company. All the engineering should abide by the related regulations of Ronquan Company. The Machine would b

18、e delivered to the owner after completing the site installation.3.整機出廠機組的現(xiàn)場吊裝和就位Site Hoisting & Locating of Parts Delivered in Whole SetA、機組的吊裝Site Hoisting(1)在機組到達(dá)最終安裝點之前，請勿打開機組的外包裝。到達(dá)最終安裝起點 后，先開箱檢查機組是否有運輸過程中的損壞，如有損壞應(yīng)及時確認(rèn)并向運輸者提出 索賠，并且按照產(chǎn)品裝箱單檢查附件數(shù)量是否正確。Please do not open the package of the units bef

19、ore arriving at the final assembling site. When its arrived finally, please open the package and check whether theres any damage on transportation first. Please claim on the carrier for compensation if yes. Then, please check the quantities of parts and accessories referring to “the Packing List”.(2

20、)為了防止在起吊安裝過程中損傷機組箱體，在用繩索進(jìn)行吊裝時，應(yīng)將繩索 放在機組底座上。確保機組外殼不承受任何外力，以免機組發(fā)生變形。(見圖1-機組 吊裝示意圖)In order to any damage to the units on hoisting, please put the rope on the base of the units for hoisting so that the shell would not undertake any external force. Then, the units would not transform accordingly. (refer

22、than the width of the units.(5)吊裝、搬運過程中必須小心輕放，注意安全。Please be careful and cautious on hoisting and carrying.B、機組的就位Site Locating(1)機組安裝的好壞，對于設(shè)備的運行和維護(hù)保養(yǎng)均有很大的影響。The installation quality of the units would influence the operation and maintenance of the units greatly.(2)機組應(yīng)安置在合適的基礎(chǔ)上，安裝基礎(chǔ)建議采用以下兩種形式，基礎(chǔ)應(yīng)調(diào)整

The s

27、pace should be big enough for fan, motor, cooler, heater, valves and other devices moving in and out the units.圖3-維修空間示意圖Drawing 3: Repairing Space Schematic接風(fēng)管的空間 Space for Connecting Air Duct機組寬Unit Width維修空間 Repairing Space(4)機組安裝應(yīng)根據(jù)圖紙將所有功能段箱體按順序放置于基礎(chǔ)上，對于防震要求 較高的場合，應(yīng)在機組與基礎(chǔ)之間放置減震墊，減震墊一般為天然橡膠板，厚度為

28、10mm以上。For the units installation, please refer to the drawing and place all the bodys in order on the foundation. Its necessary to place the cushion blocking (generally the natural rubber sheet, with the thickness over 10mm) between the units and the foundation where the anti-shock requirement is s

29、trict.(5)若機組采用天花板內(nèi)吊裝，必須設(shè)備吊裝平臺，平臺尺寸必須大于機組并考 慮維修空間，平臺調(diào)整好水平度，機組安裝平穩(wěn)，并且不得承受外裝水管和風(fēng)管的重 量。If the units is hoisted indoors, it would be necessary to prepare the hoisting platform, with the sizes more than the units (considering the repairing space). Adjust the flatness of the platform properly and install t

30、he units stably. In addition, the platform should not undertake any exterior pipes and ducts.(6)若需在機組頂部安裝或操作時，必須站在框架上，不可站在面板上。If its required to install or operate the units on the top, please stand on the frame instead of on the panel.(7)干蒸汽加濕器用角鐵支架和法蘭分別將加濕器本體和噴管固定在加濕段面板 上，其安裝見圖7-蒸汽加濕器安裝示意圖所示，加濕器的噴

31、汽方向為逆氣流，并在出 汽處加裝疏水器。For the humidifier, the humidifier body and the nozzle are fixed on the panel of humidifying section by angle iron frame and flange separately (referring to Drawing 7: Steam Humidifier Installing Schematic). The spraying steam of humidifier is reverse flow. And the trap is instal

The duct specifications, materials and thermal insulation are on the responsibilities of the duct contracting unit.注意：出風(fēng)管從機組出風(fēng)口到連接彎曲管之前，應(yīng)保持至少二倍出風(fēng)口長邊尺寸 的直管，否則會造成額

34、外的風(fēng)壓損失。Note: For air outlet duct, the distance between the air outlet and the bent pipe connection should be at least 2 times of the longer side of the air outlet. 35、。The air flow control valves are installed on the inlet and outlet ducts so as to be convenient for system commission to achieve the proper air flow and pressure. The connection between the inlet & outlet and the inlet duct & outlet duct should be the soft connect.(2)機組不得承擔(dān)外接管道的重量，所有進(jìn)、出風(fēng)管應(yīng)設(shè)法支承和固定。Th

36、e units should not undertake the weight of exterior pipes. All the inlet and outlet ducts should be supported and fixed accordingly.(3)安裝管路時必須考慮機組維修時風(fēng)機、電機、表冷器、加熱器、風(fēng)閥等設(shè)備 進(jìn)出機組所需的空間。For pipeline installation, its necessary to take into account the space for repairing fan, motor, cooler, heater, valves

37、and other devices.組與水汽管路系統(tǒng)的安裝與連接Installation & Connection of Units and Water-and-Steam System所有管道系統(tǒng)的安裝與連接必須遵守所在地的地方法規(guī)。The installation and connection of all pipelines system should abide by the local laws and rules.(3)表冷器(通熱水時為加熱器)的最高使用壓力應(yīng)不超過1.6MPa,其進(jìn)出水 管間采用管螺紋或法蘭連接，管螺紋上應(yīng)纏繞生料帶，其水管連接形式為“下進(jìn)上出二 (見圖5-盤管

Installation & Connection of Units & Electric Control System(1)所有電線的敷設(shè)必須遵守地方電力法規(guī)的規(guī)定，電線敷設(shè)前請根據(jù)機組銘牌 上參數(shù)檢查所用電源及電線是否符合要求。The wire laying should abide the

45、 local rules and regulations on power. Please check the power supply and the wire with the parameters on the nameplate before wire laying.(2)風(fēng)機電機的電源接線盒位于風(fēng)機段檢修門一側(cè)，接線時將來自現(xiàn)場并經(jīng)開關(guān) 隔離的電源線連接到機組的電機接線盒內(nèi)。The power strip of the fan motor is at the side same as the repairing door. Then connect the site power wi

46、re with switch insulation into the power strip.(3)水泵電機的電源接線盒位于水泵外側(cè)，便于檢修。接線時將來自現(xiàn)場并經(jīng)開 關(guān)隔離的電源線連接到水泵電機的接線盒內(nèi)。The power strip of the water pump motor is at the out side of the water pump, easy for checking and repairing. Then connect the site power wire with switch insulation into the power strip.(4)所有通過機

47、組內(nèi)部的電線的敷設(shè)必須通過穿線管，穿線管必須與空調(diào)基礎(chǔ)、 機組殼體等相對穩(wěn)定的設(shè)備固定。All the inside wire laying should pass through the conduit, which should be fixed with the foundation, the unit body or other relatively stable devices.(5)電加熱盤管的電線連接Wiring of Electric Heating Coila.根據(jù)機組電加熱接線圖與原理圖進(jìn)行配置電器和電線，并正確接線。電加 熱盤管的金屬外殼接地必須良好。Please arr

48、ange the electric appliances and the wires referring to the electric heater wiring diagram and schematic for proper wiring. The metal shell of the electric heating coil should be with reliable grounding.b.電加熱控制器中必須接入機組中的溫度傳感器信號，以保證機組內(nèi)空氣溫 度過高時自動切斷電加熱電源。The electric heater controller should be integra

49、ted with the temperature sensor signal of the units, so that the units could cut down the heating power supply when the air temperature inside the units is too high.c.電加熱控制器應(yīng)對風(fēng)機和電加熱進(jìn)行聯(lián)鎖控制，保證在風(fēng)機停機時，不能 接通電加熱器的電源。The electric heater control should have the interlocking on the fan and electric heater, s

50、o that the heater power supply could not be connected when the fan stops running.三、調(diào)試Commission4.調(diào)試前的準(zhǔn)備Preparation before Commission在機組運行調(diào)試以前應(yīng)檢查以下內(nèi)容：Please check the following before commission:A、風(fēng)機狀況Fan Status1)風(fēng)機及電機軸承座內(nèi)的潤滑脂應(yīng)加得適當(dāng)，潤滑脂為鋰基潤滑脂或與風(fēng)機上所 標(biāo)注的牌號相同。The grease inside the bearing bases of fan an

The grease should be lithium one or have the same brand & number marked on the fan.2)風(fēng)機“V”帶的松緊度要適中，風(fēng)機皮帶輪和電機皮帶輪的直線度應(yīng)按規(guī)定調(diào)節(jié) 對正(調(diào)整方法及要求見圖7-皮帶輪校準(zhǔn)及皮帶張緊示意圖)。V tape of the fan should be with right tension. The straightness of fan belt pulley and motor belt pulley should be adjusted

54、ightness of Fan Belt Pulley and Motor Belt Pulley: Place a ruler at the same side of two belt pulley to check the linearity. The straightness is 2mm.
