1、環(huán)保(*MiTACernal: Please check with GP Team.)Environment Protection Declaration無論本文件有任何相反之規(guī)定，本文件僅係雙方初步之意向，雙方嗣後將簽訂正式之合約規(guī)範(fàn)實(shí)質(zhì)之交易。致：新華三技術(shù)To: New H3C Technologies Co.,基于雙方現(xiàn)有的供貨和/或加工制造等合作關(guān)系，清楚理解并同意向貴司提供的產(chǎn)品和/或物料及其包裝應(yīng)當(dāng)符合相應(yīng)的環(huán)保法律。除遵守雙方已經(jīng)簽署的協(xié)議和文件中的環(huán)保要求之外，特此向貴司和承諾如下：On the basis of the existing mutual cooperative

3、s as set forth in signed agreements orsvebeen in place betn us, we hereby declare and warrant to yout:一、將配合貴司的要求提供相應(yīng)的環(huán)保反饋數(shù)據(jù)。通過或電子形式（包括但不限于電子郵件及其附件、通過 H3C的 portal 數(shù)據(jù)上傳等）發(fā)送的環(huán)保數(shù)據(jù)及相關(guān)文件真實(shí)有效，對具有法律約束力。We will cooperate to provide certain environment protectioninvestigationdatauponrequestbyyou.Anyenvironmen

4、tprotection investigation data and relevants provided byus through physical or electronic form (includes without limiion,s and its attaent, uploaded data through H3C websiteportal，etc.) is verified and valid, which will legally bind upon us.二、 承諾提供給貴司的產(chǎn)品和/或物料及其包裝滿足貴司現(xiàn)行發(fā)布的HP 標(biāo)準(zhǔn) 011 環(huán)境通用規(guī)范（以下簡稱“規(guī)范”）的要
