1、主要統(tǒng)計(jì)指標(biāo)解釋公路里程 指在一定時(shí)期內(nèi)實(shí)際達(dá)到公路工程WTBZ技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)JTJ01-88規(guī)定的等級(jí)公路,并經(jīng)公路主管部門正式驗(yàn)收交付使用的公路里程數(shù)。包括大中城市的郊區(qū)公路以及通過小城鎮(zhèn)街道部分的公路里程和橋梁、渡口的長(zhǎng)度,不包括大中城市的街道、廠礦、林區(qū)生產(chǎn)用道和農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)用道的里程。兩條或多條公路共同經(jīng)由同一路段,只計(jì)算一次,不得重復(fù)計(jì)算里程長(zhǎng)度。它是反映公路建設(shè)發(fā)展規(guī)模的重要指標(biāo),也是計(jì)算網(wǎng)密度等指標(biāo)的基礎(chǔ)資料。貨(客)運(yùn)量指在一定時(shí)期內(nèi),各種工具實(shí)際運(yùn)送的貨物(旅客)數(shù)量。它是反映業(yè)為國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)和人民生活服務(wù)的數(shù)量指標(biāo),也是制定和檢查生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃、研究發(fā)展規(guī)模和速度的重要指標(biāo)。貨運(yùn)按噸計(jì)算,客
2、運(yùn)按人計(jì)算。貨物不論距離長(zhǎng)短、貨物類別,均按實(shí)際重量統(tǒng)計(jì)。旅客不論行程遠(yuǎn)近或票價(jià)多少,均按一人一次客運(yùn)量統(tǒng)計(jì); 半價(jià)票、小孩票也按一人統(tǒng)計(jì)。貨物(旅客)周轉(zhuǎn)量指在一定時(shí)期內(nèi),由各種工具運(yùn)送的貨物(旅客)數(shù)量與其相應(yīng)距離的乘積之總和。它是反映業(yè)生產(chǎn)總成果的重要指標(biāo),也是編制和檢查生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃,計(jì)算效率、勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率以及核算成本的主要基礎(chǔ)資料。計(jì)算貨物周轉(zhuǎn)量通常按發(fā)出站與到達(dá)站之間的最短距離,也就是計(jì)費(fèi)距離計(jì)算。計(jì)算公式為:貨物(旅客)周轉(zhuǎn)量貨物(旅客)量距離民用汽車擁有量 指期末,在交通管理部門按照機(jī)動(dòng)車登記工作規(guī)范,已登記領(lǐng)有民用車輛牌照的全部汽車數(shù)量。汽車擁有量統(tǒng)計(jì)的主要分類:根據(jù)汽車結(jié)構(gòu)分為載客
3、汽車、載貨汽車以及其他汽車;根據(jù)汽車所有者的不同分為個(gè)人(私人)汽車、汽車;根據(jù)汽車的使用性質(zhì)分為營(yíng)運(yùn)汽車、非營(yíng)運(yùn)汽車和特種汽車;根據(jù)汽車大小規(guī)格不同載客汽車分為大型、中型、小型和微型,載客汽車分為重型、中型、輕型和微型。郵電業(yè)務(wù)總量 指以價(jià)值量形式表現(xiàn)的郵電通信企業(yè)為社會(huì)提供各類郵電通信服務(wù)的總數(shù)量。郵電業(yè)務(wù)量按專業(yè)分類包括函件、包件、匯票、報(bào)刊、郵政快件、特快專遞、郵政儲(chǔ)蓄、集郵、公眾電報(bào)、用戶電報(bào)、傳真、長(zhǎng)途、出租電路、無線尋呼、移動(dòng)、分組交換數(shù)據(jù)通信、出租等。計(jì)算方法為各類產(chǎn)品乘以相應(yīng)的平均單價(jià)(不變價(jià))之和,再加上出租電路和設(shè)備、代用戶交換機(jī)和線路等的服務(wù)收入。它綜合反映了一定時(shí)期郵
4、電業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的總成果,是研究郵電業(yè)務(wù)量和發(fā)展趨勢(shì)的重要指標(biāo)。計(jì)算公式為:郵電業(yè)務(wù)總量(各類郵電業(yè)務(wù)量不變單價(jià))+ 出租及其他業(yè)務(wù)收入移動(dòng)用戶 是指通過移動(dòng)交換機(jī)進(jìn)入移動(dòng)網(wǎng)、占用移動(dòng)號(hào)碼的用戶。用戶數(shù)量以期末在移動(dòng)營(yíng)業(yè)部門實(shí)際辦理登記手續(xù)進(jìn)入移動(dòng)網(wǎng)的戶數(shù)進(jìn)行計(jì)算,一部移動(dòng)統(tǒng)計(jì)為一戶。本地用戶 指接入本地電信運(yùn)營(yíng)商固定網(wǎng)上的用戶。包括:住宅用戶、用戶、公用用戶等。按電話用戶位置又分為市內(nèi)用戶和農(nóng)村用戶。1997年以前,“市內(nèi)用戶”是指接入縣城及縣以上城市的網(wǎng)上的縣、鄉(xiāng)(鎮(zhèn))、用戶”,用戶;“農(nóng)村用戶”是指接入縣郵電局農(nóng)話臺(tái)及縣以下農(nóng)村交換點(diǎn),以縣城為中心(除市話用戶外)行政村、村民小組的用戶。從19
5、97年起,用戶數(shù)分組調(diào)整為以用戶所在區(qū)域劃分為“城市用戶”和“鄉(xiāng)村與過去的按市內(nèi)和農(nóng)村劃分方法不同。而用戶總數(shù)、機(jī)總部數(shù)統(tǒng)計(jì)范圍不變。城市用戶指直轄市、省轄市、地級(jí)市、縣級(jí)市的市區(qū)、市郊區(qū)及縣城(包括縣人民所在地的縣城關(guān)區(qū)或行政建制相當(dāng)于縣人民等接入局用交換機(jī)的所在地的鎮(zhèn))范圍內(nèi)接入局用交換機(jī)的用戶數(shù)。用戶數(shù),包括分布在農(nóng)村地區(qū)的獨(dú)立工礦區(qū)、林區(qū)、駐軍鄉(xiāng)村住宅用戶 指縣城關(guān)區(qū)以下的集鎮(zhèn)和農(nóng)村接入局用交換機(jī)的用戶 是指安裝在居民住宅或農(nóng)民家里并按照住宅用戶數(shù)。用戶登記和的用戶。包括私人、和按規(guī)定免費(fèi)安裝的住宅用戶。Explanatory Notes on Main Sistical Indica
