He couldnt have gone abroad , as I saw him just now. could /can +have done 也可以表示“本來(lái)過(guò)去可以做到，但實(shí)際并沒(méi)有做到之意eg .You could have passed the exam.Ex. 我們本來(lái)可以把錢(qián)借給他，但他沒(méi)有告訴我們他需要錢(qián)。
