多層辦公樓英文摘要

1、摘要本工程為某煤礦多層辦公樓（一）。采用框架結(jié)構(gòu)，設(shè)計(jì)基準(zhǔn)期50年，安全等級(jí)為二級(jí)， 抗震設(shè)防烈度為7度。本工程占地面積約788.4平方米，建筑面積4800多平方米。本建筑六層，總高度 222.2米，室內(nèi)外高差為0.45米，女兒墻高1.2米。建筑采用矩形，總長(zhǎng)度為43.2米， 總寬度為17.4米。建筑立面規(guī)整，女兒墻用鋼筋混凝土砌筑，隔墻采用空心混凝土砌塊 砌筑。本工程結(jié)構(gòu)形式為鋼筋混凝土現(xiàn)澆框架結(jié)構(gòu)，框架柱混凝土強(qiáng)度等級(jí)為C30 （底層 為C35 ），一層柱子截面為600 X 600mm 2，二至六層采用500 X 500 mm2，框架梁混凝土 強(qiáng)度等級(jí)為C30 （底層為C35）。建筑地點(diǎn)地
