2、ccording to the Junior High SchoolEnglish Curriculum Standards that requests the students who are inGrade 8should achieve the level 4.From the aspects of language skills,the students can use the conjunctions to make the passage fluently anduse the key points to write their holiday plans. When the ho
3、liday iscoming , they should have a holiday plan by the future tense and theymay write a postcard to their friends with the past tense when they finishtheir traveling . Combined with the teaching content of this lesson, I design the teaching aims.The students in Grade 8 have stored some English lang
4、uage skills. After two- year studying, the students have formed certain self -studyabilities and they have a good sense of cooperation. But the students arelack of reading strategies and the students seldom communicate inEnglish. They are not confident. So I should help them to form a goodhabit in r
5、eading English and I should help them discover the principlesand rules by observing the language and grammar phenomena. In thisway, I can achieve my teaching aims and make this lesson effective.After learning this class, the students will be able to achieve these aims:1. Read and apply the bold word
6、s top by writing and the reading contextand they can understand and remember the meaning of the words. The students can make a plan for their vacation.2.
