1、售后服務(wù)條款樣本 安裝及調(diào)試：產(chǎn)品出廠后由公司指派專業(yè)人員免費(fèi)進(jìn)行指導(dǎo)安裝，同時(shí)可免費(fèi)協(xié)助安裝單位進(jìn)行設(shè)備調(diào)試。 考察及培訓(xùn)：用戶可隨時(shí)到工廠進(jìn)行實(shí)地考察，公司免費(fèi)對(duì)用戶操作人員進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)培訓(xùn)（包括設(shè)備原理，構(gòu)造，設(shè)備的使用，設(shè)備的維護(hù)，設(shè)備的養(yǎng)護(hù)，設(shè)備的修理修繕等）。 修理修繕：公司在各地設(shè)立專業(yè)修理修繕中心，在接到用戶修理修繕電話 24 小時(shí)內(nèi)到達(dá)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)。公司備有用戶所需各類型號(hào)的配件及產(chǎn)品，可及時(shí)提供給用戶。公司及代理店的修理修繕人員均由經(jīng)過嚴(yán)格培訓(xùn)的人員組建，具有良好的修理修繕?biāo)刭|(zhì)和專業(yè)技能，可完全滿足用戶修理修繕需要。產(chǎn)品保修期為產(chǎn)品出廠后 18 個(gè)月，產(chǎn)品出廠后發(fā)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品自身質(zhì)量問題，公

2、司對(duì)產(chǎn)品實(shí)行三包：保修、包退、包換。保修期內(nèi)發(fā)生的修理修繕免收人工費(fèi)及xx費(fèi)，保修期外的維收取少量的人工費(fèi)及xx費(fèi)。屬產(chǎn)品自身的質(zhì)量問題，免費(fèi)提供配件，必要時(shí)給予調(diào)換。如屬用戶使 用不當(dāng)或安裝原因造成的問題，只收取配件的成本費(fèi)。產(chǎn)品更新?lián)Q代，原配件保留 10 年供應(yīng)權(quán)。公司定時(shí)走訪用戶，為用戶解決實(shí)際問題，保證用戶的使用。 保養(yǎng)：公司可與用戶簽訂維護(hù)保養(yǎng)協(xié)議，由公司派關(guān)于人員對(duì)設(shè)備進(jìn)行定時(shí)維護(hù)保養(yǎng)。 Installation and Adjustment: After the product has been sold, we will send specialist to guide the

They are able to arrive at the site for maintenance within 24 hours after receiving a receiving a request from the user

5、. We have spare parts and products of all models needed, able to be provided to the users at any time. All the maintenance and repair personnel of company and its agents have been strictly trained, They have acquired the professional skills and are qualified for maintenance, fully capable of satisfy

6、ing the users maintenance needs. The warranty period of our products is 18 months form purchase. If a defective is found due to qualified problems of the product, we will perform three commitments: repair, replace and refund. During warranty period the labor and transportation costs for maintenance

7、are free of charge; out of this period we charge only a little of the labor and transportation costs. If a problem is due to the quality issue of the product itself, we will provide the spare parts needed free of charge, if necessary, replace the product. If a problem occurred is due to the users im

8、proper operation or installation reasons, we will collect the spare parts only. When any product has been updated, its original spare parts are guaranteed to be provided for 10 years.
