1、清華大學(xué)英語(yǔ)系測(cè)試：為中小學(xué)生英語(yǔ)量身定做.官方網(wǎng)站：清華大學(xué)英語(yǔ)教授50年研究成果2009 學(xué)年度第一學(xué)期大良實(shí)驗(yàn)小學(xué)英語(yǔ)科工作計(jì)劃一、工作目標(biāo)講究教學(xué)實(shí)效，提高課堂教學(xué)效率，提高科組的教研水平，促進(jìn)教師的專(zhuān)業(yè)化發(fā)展，增強(qiáng)科組的凝聚力，提高我校英語(yǔ)的教學(xué)質(zhì)量。二、重點(diǎn)工作。1、加強(qiáng)組內(nèi)教研，學(xué)習(xí)新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，深入研究教材，把新課標(biāo)要求貫徹到平時(shí)教育教學(xué)中，每位教師都能熟悉各年級(jí)教材、教法，做到通讀一六年級(jí)教材，心中有綱，做好各年級(jí)、班教學(xué)的銜接。 2、開(kāi)展有效教學(xué)，提高質(zhì)量。本學(xué)期，我們科組的的老師要以高度負(fù)責(zé)的精神抓好教學(xué)質(zhì)量。一、二年級(jí)口語(yǔ)教學(xué)以激發(fā)學(xué)生英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)興趣為主，讓學(xué)生在愉快的學(xué)習(xí)

2、氣氛中學(xué)習(xí)簡(jiǎn)單的英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)，學(xué)會(huì)一些旋律動(dòng)聽(tīng)的英語(yǔ)兒歌，辦好特色外教課程，恰當(dāng)監(jiān)控教學(xué)進(jìn)度及內(nèi)容。三、四年級(jí)仍然注重培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的聽(tīng)說(shuō)能力，要抓好單詞、句子的書(shū)寫(xiě)，養(yǎng)成良好的書(shū)寫(xiě)習(xí)慣，四年級(jí)可適當(dāng)滲透五年級(jí)的單詞。五、六年級(jí)的學(xué)生側(cè)重培養(yǎng)學(xué)生讀、寫(xiě)的能力，根據(jù)新課標(biāo)的要求，在高年段要有意識(shí)地培養(yǎng)學(xué)生閱讀能力，掌握語(yǔ)言知識(shí)和語(yǔ)言技能，形成良好的情感態(tài)度，掌握學(xué)習(xí)策略，培養(yǎng)跨文化意識(shí)。 3、做好培優(yōu)輔差工作，掌握有效的英語(yǔ)教育教學(xué)方法，團(tuán)結(jié)協(xié)助，互相學(xué)習(xí)，鞏固提高教學(xué)成績(jī)。繼續(xù)保持五年級(jí)全國(guó)奧林匹克大賽英語(yǔ)前列的勢(shì)頭，五年級(jí)奧英班本學(xué)期開(kāi)始組隊(duì)，循序漸進(jìn)地開(kāi)始訓(xùn)練。 4、做好師徒結(jié)對(duì)工作，發(fā)揮師傅的引領(lǐng)

13、ourage the children to say the words四 Writing blackboard五、課后反思在這節(jié)課上，學(xué)生初次接觸英語(yǔ)，我以為孩子會(huì)認(rèn)為英語(yǔ)難學(xué)而對(duì)英語(yǔ)不感興趣，但是學(xué)生在見(jiàn)到Mocky 時(shí)卻是非常興奮，對(duì)英語(yǔ)的興趣極高。所以我決定在以后繼續(xù)運(yùn)用Mocky 布偶來(lái)吸引學(xué)生，調(diào)動(dòng)課堂氣氛。二課時(shí)一Teaching aims1 能聽(tīng)懂stand up and sit down 的指令2 能唱本課的英文歌并編一些簡(jiǎn)單的動(dòng)作 3 能試著用stand up and sit down 做口令二 Teaching important1能唱本課的英文歌并編一些簡(jiǎn)單的動(dòng)作 2

15、imes 6 四名同學(xué)到前面分別拿著Ann Kan Mocky Uncle Booky 的頭飾,當(dāng)歌曲中唱到誰(shuí)的名字的時(shí)候哪位同學(xué)就高高舉起自己的頭飾，其他同學(xué)在下面邊跟著唱邊作動(dòng)作。 課后反思：學(xué)生這節(jié)課非常高興，因?yàn)橛帜芤?jiàn)到mocky了，學(xué)生對(duì)上次學(xué)習(xí)的歌謠也積極深刻，大多數(shù)都能跟唱，而且學(xué)生非常善于表演，學(xué)生也能通過(guò)老師的形體語(yǔ)言理解atand up 和sit down 的意思，有些學(xué)生已經(jīng)能 模仿老師的語(yǔ)音語(yǔ)調(diào)來(lái)說(shuō)這兩個(gè)詞組了，當(dāng)老師給與及時(shí)地鼓勵(lì)時(shí)學(xué)生非常高興。 三課時(shí)一teaching aims 1 能初步認(rèn)讀apple and banana 2 能唱有關(guān)apple 和 banan

21、nt and balloon 3 do exercise (read and match) 4 listen and say 5 find and color四 writing blackboard課后反思：學(xué)生非常愿意聽(tīng)這首兒歌而且百聽(tīng)不厭，而且學(xué)的很快，由于是第一次接觸這首兒歌，所以學(xué)生對(duì)兒歌的旋律很熟，只是有些新單詞的發(fā)音不是很熟悉，尤其是 up in the tree 這句話，很多學(xué)生都不能很準(zhǔn)確的發(fā)音，但是我覺(jué)得只要學(xué)生樂(lè)于開(kāi)口說(shuō)就是一個(gè)很好的開(kāi)頭，必定是第一次接觸的新單詞所以有些不熟悉是必然現(xiàn)象，如果在今后的課堂中能夠經(jīng)常鞏固，經(jīng)常聽(tīng)的話，學(xué)會(huì)自然就能讀準(zhǔn)確了。六課時(shí)Revisio

58、年秋學(xué)期小學(xué)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)工作總結(jié) 響水雙語(yǔ)實(shí)驗(yàn)學(xué)校 胥紅燕本學(xué)期，我擔(dān)任小學(xué)五年級(jí)（1）班和（4）班的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)工作。由于五年級(jí)教學(xué)內(nèi)容結(jié)構(gòu)比較貼近生活，所以組織活動(dòng)教學(xué)的機(jī)會(huì)較多，這樣很大一部分學(xué)生也表現(xiàn)出對(duì)英語(yǔ)有較大的興趣，學(xué)習(xí)積極，對(duì)老師布置的各項(xiàng)任務(wù)都能較好的完成。在教學(xué)工作中我一直堅(jiān)持踏踏實(shí)實(shí)工作的原則，認(rèn)真教育好每一個(gè)學(xué)生，作為一名老師不僅要把知識(shí)傳授給學(xué)生，更重要的是在對(duì)學(xué)生做好情感教育，下面就我的各項(xiàng)工作小結(jié)如下：一、英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)情況分析1、 本學(xué)期課本內(nèi)容為10個(gè)單元，包括學(xué)校、西方節(jié)日、食物、家務(wù)勞動(dòng)、露營(yíng)旅行和形狀等幾個(gè)話題，學(xué)會(huì)吟唱8首歌謠，簡(jiǎn)單了解中西方文化知識(shí)。通過(guò)學(xué)習(xí)，學(xué)生

59、能掌握每一單元的單詞，詞組和基本會(huì)話，在聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)方面都有了較大的提高。2、 教學(xué)上的一些問(wèn)題：生詞量大，部分學(xué)生對(duì)單詞，短語(yǔ)識(shí)記較差；教學(xué)內(nèi)容的重心由對(duì)話轉(zhuǎn)為小短文閱讀，強(qiáng)調(diào)語(yǔ)言的運(yùn)用，與現(xiàn)實(shí)生活聯(lián)系緊密，只有參與和表演才能把知識(shí)融會(huì)貫通，而課堂時(shí)間有限，部分學(xué)生不能參與到表演中去，這一點(diǎn)是教學(xué)上的缺失。二、抓好學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言知識(shí)，注重培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的語(yǔ)言技能。在設(shè)計(jì)教案時(shí)，根據(jù)學(xué)情設(shè)計(jì)好每一個(gè)課時(shí)，抓住兩條主線：語(yǔ)言知識(shí)和語(yǔ)言技能，結(jié)合學(xué)校教學(xué)案的特色運(yùn)用，安排活動(dòng)讓學(xué)生運(yùn)用所學(xué)知識(shí)進(jìn)行交際，提高語(yǔ)言的綜合運(yùn)用能力。在學(xué)校舉行的小學(xué)英語(yǔ)課堂教學(xué)競(jìng)賽課中，聽(tīng)了學(xué)校其他老師的精彩課堂，及同行老師對(duì)我的

60、課的指點(diǎn)與評(píng)價(jià)，還有幸參加江蘇省在南京的活動(dòng)，使我更清楚地了解到怎么樣才是一節(jié)好課。在平時(shí)的教學(xué)中，我采取了以下教學(xué)策略提高學(xué)生的聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)能力：1、每天保證學(xué)生有20分鐘的聽(tīng)讀時(shí)間，如課文錄音或一些英語(yǔ)角中的英語(yǔ)小故事，聽(tīng)讀訓(xùn)練的聽(tīng)力練習(xí)，英語(yǔ)卡通片等。絕大部分學(xué)生都執(zhí)行得較好，但還是有部分學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)自覺(jué)性較差；堅(jiān)持課前五分鐘的單詞，短語(yǔ)及句型的聽(tīng)寫(xiě)，每天要聽(tīng)寫(xiě)的單詞都在課前一天布置，讓學(xué)生有足夠的時(shí)間去復(fù)習(xí)準(zhǔn)備，對(duì)于沒(méi)過(guò)關(guān)的單詞則在課后小組互助或到老師處背過(guò)關(guān)。經(jīng)過(guò)一個(gè)學(xué)期的攻關(guān)，絕大部分學(xué)生的單詞掌握得較好。只有小部分學(xué)生不能認(rèn)真完成以上任務(wù)，因而英語(yǔ)成績(jī)不合格。在課堂上，我注重學(xué)生連續(xù)說(shuō)英
