5、e conference proceedings and the development of the discussions. Simulating real life challenges faced during the interaction between media personnel and diplomatsWhat does MPC do?Print: AIMUN DailyAIMUN DAILY includes preferential news reviews, conference progress and interesting sidelights of the

6、previous day. Printed edition and electronic edition will be released. Other printed materials, such as AIMUN supplement, will also be in charged by MPC.Video: Live report of conference.MPC journalists are required to present on-the-spot report of the conference in the form of video news. They will

7、be completed and shown prior to each session.Press conferenceThe AIMUN press conference, which aims to provide delegates with the chance to state their opinions and standpoints directly to the media. Two press conference will be held per session proceeding (excluding first session), directors of the

8、 committee involved will be informed and briefed beforehand.Pre-Conference News Update:Providing monthly relevant current affair updates to issues being discussed (Aimonthly). Also to provide news about UN, so that directors delegates can also have a better understanding of real life work and develo

9、pment of UN and its committee. National Broadcaster systemJournalist can also have a “MUN Experience” by representing national broadcasters of specific countries and working with the delegates of their countries, in defending their countries stance in various issues using words and the power of medi

Journalists are encourage to liaise with the ambassadors of the country and the delegates of the various committee with regards to the stance of the country which they are representing, and the progress of their discussion. News FlashFor AIMUN 2014, we will be trying out the News Flash system. 2
