1、第 計算機(jī)畢業(yè)論文題目論文題目又稱文題、標(biāo)題或篇名,對論文起畫龍點睛的作用,需簡明、確切、醒目。題目的字?jǐn)?shù)不多,結(jié)構(gòu)一般也不復(fù)雜,但如何寫好,如何確定,必須遵循一定的原則和技巧。 一、 題目的重要性 1.題目是論文的總綱:如果一篇文章象一張網(wǎng),則題目就是綱,綱舉目張,就是說看了論文題目,就能窺見全篇論文的實質(zhì)和精華所在,也可以說題目對論文起了畫龍點睛的作用。題目是綱,也可以從課題的完成過程中顯示出來,就是說要緊緊圍繞題目作文章,在引言中提出問題,方法中解決問題,結(jié)果中回答問題,討論中評價問題,始終圍繞論文的主題、中心,即總綱進(jìn)行,這樣的論文才能文題一致,主題突出,有較大的參考價值。 2.題目是

2、讀者判斷是否該閱讀該文的依據(jù):當(dāng)今醫(yī)學(xué)期刊種類繁多,每年公開發(fā)表的論文數(shù)十萬篇。讀者一刊在手,往往先看目錄中的題目。因題目高度概括論文主要內(nèi)容,準(zhǔn)確反映論文內(nèi)容,故看了題目就初步知道是否符合科研或臨床工作的需要,從而決定是否應(yīng)該詳細(xì)閱讀它。由此可見,題目是指引讀者閱讀的航標(biāo)。 3.題目是文獻(xiàn)檢索的依據(jù):當(dāng)前知識爆炸,文獻(xiàn)爆炸,要有效地閱讀科技文獻(xiàn),首先依賴文獻(xiàn)檢索,在手工檢索工具中,如美國的醫(yī)學(xué)索引(IndexMedicus)、現(xiàn)刊目錄(CurrentContents)和我國的中文科技目錄.醫(yī)學(xué)卷等都只標(biāo)明論文的題目,讀者只能根據(jù)題目判斷文章內(nèi)容,然后決定是否收集和閱讀原始文獻(xiàn)。此外,題目常是

3、關(guān)鍵詞的重要來源,而手工檢索和計算機(jī)檢索中都是根據(jù)關(guān)鍵詞查找文獻(xiàn)的。 二、 確定題目的原則 1.準(zhǔn)確反映論文的內(nèi)容,符合其深度和廣度:論文內(nèi)容包括引言、資料與方法、結(jié)果及討論等部分。而論文題目僅一句話,不可能反映如此多的內(nèi)容,一般僅反映主要研究對象、方法、目的或結(jié)果。例如,“血清CA125測定在卵巢內(nèi)膜異位囊腫中的診斷價值”,血清CA125測定是研究方法,卵巢內(nèi)膜異位囊腫是研究對象,診斷價值是研究目的。所謂準(zhǔn)確,就是恰如其分地描述,不能夸大或縮小,更不能名不符實。如將上述題目改為“血清CA125測定在內(nèi)膜異位癥中的診斷價值”,雖然并無錯誤,但范圍和深度明顯被夸大了,將比較局限的卵巢內(nèi)膜異位囊腫

4、,擴(kuò)大為范圍較廣的子宮內(nèi)膜異位癥。又如,“圍產(chǎn)期心肌病”一文的內(nèi)容實為12例圍產(chǎn)期心肌病的回顧性臨床分析,而題目被夸大為一本專著的名稱。顯然,這一題目沒有準(zhǔn)確反映論文的內(nèi)容、范圍、深度和廣度,亦為欠妥的題目。 2.客觀、含蓄地描述研究結(jié)果:一篇論文中結(jié)果是主要的,由結(jié)果升華到結(jié)論更是可貴的。在題目中,一般不具體提結(jié)果和結(jié)論,而只作客觀地、含蓄地描述。常以價值、意義、影響及觀察等詞進(jìn)行描述。例如,“彩色多普勒血流顯象對惡性滋養(yǎng)細(xì)胞腫瘤診斷的價值”,“妊高征患者尿酶變化的意義”,“克羅米酚對子宮內(nèi)膜雌、孕激素受體的影響”及“米非司酮用于緊急避孕的臨床觀察”,至于真實的結(jié)果和結(jié)論如何,留待讀者自己去

5、閱讀和評論。 3.簡明醒目,引人入勝:確定論文題目,還應(yīng)該力求簡明、醒目,引人入勝。所謂簡明,就是文字簡煉、易懂。一般中文題目,以不超過20個漢字為宜;而英文題目的詞數(shù)尚無統(tǒng)一規(guī)定,部分雜志規(guī)定以1415個詞或84個印刷符號,或一般不超過兩行為妥。一般不設(shè)副標(biāo)題,但在不可能簡短的情況下,為了補(bǔ)充主標(biāo)題內(nèi)容或強(qiáng)調(diào)某一重點,可考慮加副標(biāo)題。例如,“幾種矯治臀位方法的比較:附168例臀位分析”。所謂醒目,是指引人注目,能吸引讀者產(chǎn)生非讀不可的興趣。要達(dá)到醒目,必須要靠內(nèi)容的新穎。例如,“氨甲喋呤單次肌內(nèi)注射治療異位妊娠”,題目中單次肌內(nèi)注射比以往分次肌內(nèi)注射簡單而新穎,能吸引讀者閱讀,如將題目改為“

6、氨甲喋呤肌內(nèi)注射治療異位妊娠27例報告”,雖無錯誤,但未突出“單次”的新穎性,且例數(shù)也不多,就不能達(dá)到醒目和引人入勝的效果。此外,論文的樣本數(shù)大者,也可在題目中突出病例數(shù)以吸引讀者。例如,“2022例圍產(chǎn)兒心電圖監(jiān)測分析”。當(dāng)然,題目不宜與其他文獻(xiàn)雷同,使用大號、異體或黑體字排版,亦為達(dá)到醒目和引人注目的手段之一,但吸引讀者主要靠創(chuàng)新性。 4.正確用詞:論文題目由精心選擇的詞匯組成,一般僅為一個短語、詞組或一個完整的句子。確定題目時應(yīng)注意用詞恰當(dāng),使用正確的專業(yè)術(shù)語,并盡可能流暢易懂,避免使用空泛和華麗的詞藻,避免錯別字、俚語和已淘汰的術(shù)語。如:將囊腫寫成“腫”,預(yù)防寫成“予防”,闌尾炎寫成“

7、蘭尾炎”,剖宮產(chǎn)寫成“剖腹產(chǎn)”,妊娠高血壓綜合征寫成“妊娠毒血癥”。題目中應(yīng)盡可能少用非公認(rèn)的中文縮略詞,如人工流產(chǎn)寫成“人流”,功能失調(diào)性子宮出血寫成“功血”,金屬單環(huán)寫成“金單”,一些容易被誤解的英文縮略語也不宜用,如“CHD”(冠心病)易被誤解為先天性心臟病。特別應(yīng)防止題目中羅列一連串的外文縮略語,只用幾個詞加以連接。題目中偶爾出現(xiàn)的中、西文姓氏,有習(xí)用的中文譯名者寫中文譯名,否則寫原文,姓后不加“氏”或“S”,如“阿狄森病合并妊娠6例分析”,“Turner綜合征合并常染色體平衡易位一例”。此外,尚應(yīng)注意題目內(nèi)一般不加標(biāo)點,10以下數(shù)字均用漢字,10以上數(shù)字則用阿拉伯?dāng)?shù)字。如為英文題目,

8、常省略冠詞,除第一個詞或?qū)Ｓ忻~的第一個字母大寫外,其他均小寫,也可除虛詞外,每個詞的第一個字母均大寫。 三、 確定題目的方法與技巧 1.從論文設(shè)計的三大要素中確定題目:科研設(shè)計的三大要素為對象、處理和效應(yīng),即研究對象、研究方法和研究結(jié)果。一般而言,論文題目也由此三部分或其中兩部分構(gòu)成。例如,有人以免疫組化法測定卵巢上皮性癌、交界性腫瘤、良性上皮性腫瘤及正常卵巢組織中癌基因P21及抑癌基因p53的表達(dá)率,發(fā)現(xiàn)癌組織中的表達(dá)率明顯高于其他組織,并與癌癥病人的生存期有一定關(guān)系。該項研究課題的主要研究對象為卵巢上皮性腫瘤,研究方法為免疫組化法測定P21及p53,結(jié)果為表達(dá)率,故題目可確定為“癌基因P

9、21及抑癌基因p53在卵巢上皮性腫瘤組織中的表達(dá)”,如考慮題目太長,超過20個字,也可改為“P21及p53在卵巢上皮性腫瘤組織的表達(dá)”。 2.借鑒參考文獻(xiàn)確定題目:寫論文前,作者都閱讀了大量參考文獻(xiàn),每篇文獻(xiàn)都有不完全相同的題目,作者可選擇與自己研究內(nèi)容相近的論文,借鑒其題目特點,確定自己不與之雷同的新題目。 3.將重要的關(guān)鍵詞組合即成題目:關(guān)鍵詞最能直接反映文章的內(nèi)容,如能恰當(dāng)組合,往往就是文章的題目。例如,“應(yīng)用原位雜交法檢測宮頸鱗癌中乳頭狀瘤病毒”,就是將3個關(guān)鍵詞組合起來的,其研究對象為宮頸鱗癌,方法為原位雜交,目的是觀察組織中乳頭狀瘤病毒。4.反復(fù)推敲:文章寫完初稿后,還要對題目進(jìn)行
