4、范適用于華為所有的鈑金沖壓件(表面處理前),設計圖中有注明的要求以設計圖為準,圖中未注明的按此規(guī)范為準。簡 介Brief introduction:規(guī)定了鈑金沖壓件(零件級)的質量要求及檢驗規(guī)則。關鍵詞Key words:外觀、表面狀態(tài)、工藝槽口、圓角半徑、A類區(qū)域、B類區(qū)域、毛刺、毛刺高度華為技術文件優(yōu)先級說明:華為產品生產執(zhí)行的技術文件有:華為圖紙、華為企業(yè)標準規(guī)范、通信設備行業(yè)標準、中國國家標準、國際標準。這些標準的優(yōu)先級別從高到低依次為:華為圖紙-華為企業(yè)標準規(guī)范-通信設備行業(yè)標準-中國國家標準-國際標準。如果各級文件之間有不一致的地方,應按最高級別的文件執(zhí)行。在華為企業(yè)標準規(guī)范中,產
5、品專用標準優(yōu)先于通用技術標準。術語和定義Term&Definition:縮略語Abbreviations 英文全名 Full spelling中文解釋 Chinese explanationA類區(qū)域Class A Area在鈑金供應商交貨時,產品在正常工作位置手能觸膜到的邊角區(qū)域;以及設計圖中特別要求的部位。B類區(qū)域Class B Area不屬于A類的區(qū)域都為B類區(qū)域毛刺Burr指板料沖裁后留在沖裁件斷面邊緣鋒利的凸起,毛刺高度Height Of Burr指板料沖裁后留在沖裁件斷面邊緣鋒利的凸起的高度毛刺面Surface of Burr指邊緣有毛刺的沖裁件平面。對于落料,毛刺面是接觸凸模的平面
6、;對于沖孔,毛刺面是接觸凹模的平面。1級表面Class 1 Surface重要外觀表面,體現產品外觀形象,具有裝飾性,可以直接正視到的主要外觀表面。主要包括機柜、插框(包括一體化機箱和數通機箱)、無線射頻模塊、盒式結構、拉手條等的正面和正面上主要零部件的外表面、機柜前門開門后的正視面、高度小于、等于1.8米的機柜頂面(如Hert中機柜頂面)等。2級表面Class 2 Surface主要外表面,半裝飾性的經??梢姷耐庥^表面。主要包括機柜方孔條正面、機柜外部側面、機柜后面、插框(包括一體化機箱和數通機箱)、無線射頻模塊的外部側面和后面及防護網等處經常被打開的可視面等。小五金件、機柜機箱附件等均定義
7、為2級表面。3級表面Class 3 Surface次要外表面和內表面,不是以裝飾為目的,表面質量要求不高的結構表面。主要包括機柜、插框(包括一體化機箱和數通機箱)、無線射頻模塊、盒式結構、拉手條等的內表面和底面、高度大于1.8米的機柜頂面以及安裝支架、綁線架、內部框架、內部焊件的所有表面等。除1、2級表面外的表面均為3級表面。 技術要求外觀及表面狀態(tài)一般要求零件的毛刺面朝向要求毛刺面朝向零件里面,如圖1:圖 SEQ 圖 * ARABIC 1 折彎件毛刺方向示意圖特殊情況:按編碼級分析零件之間的裝配關系,零件的毛刺面應在里面或非功能面;如“L”型的零件為滑道,則毛刺面應在零件的外面,與上圖相反。

15、535(平面內少量沖裁特征)平面度0.50.81.5350.81.5357(平面內有成形、焊縫或密孔等特征)說明:上表適用于厚度不大于1.5mm板材,大于1.5mm厚度的板材其公差可酌情相應增加30%左右;上表適用于冷軋板、鍍鋅板等常用板材,彈簧板等板材其公差可酌情相應增加;沖密孔(通風孔)尺寸公差可參照相應沖裁尺寸公差放大;壓印、壓字、加強筋、線橋、凸臺、敲落孔、百葉窗等特征公差均可參照局部成形公差值;壓鉚螺母/螺柱/螺釘等位置尺寸公差值在其底孔的位置尺寸公差值基礎上加0.05;注示為的沖裁角度、折彎角度的尺寸分段分別指相應特征沖裁短邊尺寸、折彎短邊尺寸數值分段;注示為的公差數值根據工序調整
16、(先折彎后沖孔)可按沖裁孔間距標注公差;注示為的平面度尺寸分段指平面內最大對角線長度尺寸分段;直線度公差值可參照上表中的平面度公差值執(zhí)行;對于多于4折的折彎特征,其累積公差按每折加0.05的精度來處理;對于多于4折的折彎特征,可以提高其中某一折的尺寸精度,提高的精度值可參照1次折彎精度;對于上表中未列出的特征,其尺寸公差可參照相似/相近的特征公差來處理;其它說明鈑金件尺寸及公差要求是指鈑金件成品尺寸及公差,即表面處理(鈍化、氧化、電鍍、噴涂等)后的尺寸及公差;檢驗規(guī)則檢驗類別一般檢驗一般檢驗是指根據設計圖樣和工藝文件的規(guī)定,對鈑金沖壓件進行的外觀檢驗、尺寸及公差配合檢驗及常規(guī)性能檢驗。外觀檢驗
17、是依靠手摸、目測、光照反射、光照投影等方法對鈑金沖壓件的外觀進行檢驗;尺寸及公差配合檢驗是采用工具、夾具、量具,以檢驗鈑金沖壓件的尺寸、形狀、位置公差;一般檢驗可按工藝文件要求或采用標準樣件作為對照判定的依據。補充檢驗補充檢驗是指一般檢驗以外的檢驗。它包括硬度檢驗、磁性檢驗、彈性檢驗、滲透檢驗、無損探傷檢驗等。檢驗原則鈑金沖壓件必須進行首件檢驗、巡回檢驗和驗收檢驗;鈑金沖壓件原則上只進行一般檢驗;當設計圖樣或其它技術文件有具體要求時,應進行補充檢驗;批量生產的鈑金沖壓件,按需要可進行抽檢或全檢,抽檢的方法一般按GB 2828和GB 2829的規(guī)進行;全檢一般僅檢驗主要部分(包括特定的外觀要求)
