General臺(tái)山核電站一期工程HGU管溝是連接循環(huán)水虹吸井（HCA）與重要廠用水泵房（HPA/C）專設(shè)的重要冷卻水

11、管溝。采用核島反應(yīng)堆坐標(biāo)系（坐標(biāo)以1980西安坐標(biāo)系為準(zhǔn)），反應(yīng)堆廠房標(biāo)高0.00相對(duì)于8.7m(國(guó)家85高程系)，所有標(biāo)高都以反應(yīng)堆廠房的相對(duì)標(biāo)高為準(zhǔn)；HGU管溝外截面大部分為3.5m3.5m，內(nèi)孔大部分截面為2.5m2.5m的方孔，側(cè)壁及底板、頂板均為500mm厚的現(xiàn)澆鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)；結(jié)構(gòu)需進(jìn)行找坡，找坡坡度分別為0.3%、0.34%與0.38%。HGU管溝替代砼及墊層采用C25砼，主體結(jié)構(gòu)采用歐標(biāo)C35/45砼；管溝共計(jì)10段(060069段)。In Taishan Nuclear Power Station project(Phase 1), HGU is essential cool

12、ing water pipeway which is dedicated to link the recycled water siphon well(HCA) and essential service pump station(HPA/C). Coordinate system of NuclearIsland reactor is applied(XI AN Coordinate System 1980). Level 0.00 of reactor building corresponds to 8.7m of National Elevation Datum 1985. All le

13、vels relate to the reference level of reactor building. The outside section of HGU is largely square hole of 3.5m3.5m and inside section is largely square hole of 2.5m2.5m. The side wall, base slab and top slab of the pipeway are reinforcement concrete structure of 500mm thick which shall be cast in

14、 situ.The slop shall be made in structure and the slope varies from 0.3%, 0.34% to 0.38%. The C25 concrete shall be applied to the HGU Pipeway constitute concrete and bedding concrete, while EN C35/45 concrete shall be applied to the main structure. The pipeway has 10 sections in total(from 060 to 0

Division of Construction Joints按照施工圖紙，HGU管溝驗(yàn)槽后應(yīng)立即澆筑墊層，逐段施工。主體隊(duì)需按照工程部編制的進(jìn)度計(jì)劃完成每個(gè)控制點(diǎn)的施工。每段在底板頂面以上500mm的位置設(shè)一水平施工縫，每段砼分為上下兩次澆筑。Acco
