13、500009-220011(20006年版)1.2滑移移軌道布布置與設(shè)設(shè)計(jì)在布置滑移移軌道時(shí)時(shí),充分分利用原原有建筑筑結(jié)構(gòu)的的混凝土土梁作為為軌道支支撐,盡盡量避免免對(duì)原有有建筑結(jié)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行行加固,減減少臨時(shí)時(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)費(fèi)費(fèi)用支出出。選取原混凝凝土框架架第三層層結(jié)構(gòu)梁梁鋪設(shè)八八條滑移移軌道,網(wǎng)網(wǎng)架的滑滑移分塊塊下弦焊焊接球節(jié)節(jié)點(diǎn)支承承在滑移移胎架上上,通過(guò)過(guò)液壓牽牽引器牽牽引胎架架沿著軌軌道滑動(dòng)動(dòng)?;埔铺ゼ苤刂貜?fù)利用用,每次次滑到位位后用臨臨時(shí)支撐撐換撐,滑滑走胎架架,根據(jù)據(jù)原建筑筑結(jié)構(gòu),滑滑移分區(qū)區(qū)及軌道道布置如如下圖所所示。1.2.11 滑移分分塊圖1.2.22 軌道布布置圖滑移分塊總總共分為為
14、10塊,以6#彩帶所所在的12軸對(duì)稱(chēng)稱(chēng)分兩區(qū)區(qū),每區(qū)區(qū)各分5塊,編編號(hào)為A1、A2、A3、A4、A5、A6、A7、A8、A9、A10。滑移移軌道共共8條,分分別位于于3、4、7、8、11、13、15、18/5、軸上上。其中中滑移分分塊A5、A10所在位位置為安安裝區(qū)域域,即在在該處對(duì)對(duì)各個(gè)滑滑移分塊塊進(jìn)行拼拼裝,然然后沿著著滑移軌軌道滑到到鋼屋架架結(jié)構(gòu)的的設(shè)計(jì)位位置,AA9分塊直直接吊裝裝,A5、A10分塊在在其設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)位置進(jìn)進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)場(chǎng)拼裝即即可。特別注意的的是,滑滑移分塊塊A1A5跨過(guò)5#彩帶,滑滑移分塊塊A6A10跨過(guò)7#彩帶帶,故而而在設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)滑移軌軌道時(shí)需需綜合考考慮施工工的可行行性、以以
15、保證各各滑移分分塊可以以順利通通過(guò)彩帶帶。為降降低各分分塊的卸卸載高度度,02軸到12軸的滑滑移軌道道G1G5需在拼拼裝區(qū)同同時(shí)抬高高25550mmm,在13軸到188軸的滑滑移軌道道G6G8需在拼拼裝區(qū)同同時(shí)抬高高32000mmm。與5#彩帶和7#彩帶對(duì)對(duì)應(yīng)的軌軌道布置置立面圖圖如下圖圖所示。1.2.335#彩帶處處屋架立立面位置置圖1.2.447#彩帶處處屋架立立面位置置圖1.3荷載載工況1)恒恒載(ddeadd):滑移胎架和和網(wǎng)架自自重。2) 風(fēng)荷荷載:考考慮X向和Y向風(fēng)荷荷載,具具體的風(fēng)風(fēng)荷載計(jì)計(jì)算如下下:基本風(fēng)壓壓按8級(jí)風(fēng),0.2224kkN/mm2進(jìn)行計(jì)計(jì)算;z高度處處的風(fēng)壓壓高度
