《企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理》學習指南

1、企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理課程學習指南工商管理本科教育培養(yǎng)的目標是培養(yǎng)兩種類型的人才：（1）為培養(yǎng)研究型人才打基礎，為更高一級的研究生教育輸送人才；（2）為工業(yè)企業(yè)和服務業(yè)輸送具有培養(yǎng)潛力的具備較好管理知識和能力的專業(yè)人才。企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理是以研究企業(yè)如何建立和發(fā)揮競爭優(yōu)勢所采取的一系列長期、重大和根本性行為為研究對象的學科，是工商管理知識體系和工商管理本科專業(yè)培養(yǎng)計劃中的重要組成部分。根據(jù)學校的辦學定位和本科培養(yǎng)目標，企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理課程教學應該達到：1、通過課堂和實驗教學使學生理解環(huán)境、優(yōu)勢和企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略之間的關系；2、理解企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理的概念、過程和模型；基本掌握戰(zhàn)略思維方式和方法。在工商管理教育中，企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理是

2、工商管理類專業(yè)的必修課，通常會被安排在本科教學計劃的最后階段，因此，企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理被認為是“最后和最重要的課程”。這種課程教學安排既是工商管理知識體系內(nèi)在規(guī)律的反映，也是因為這門課程的教學還承擔了另外兩個特殊的目的：1、通過企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理的教學，學生們可以對以前所學習的各種管理知識和能力進行整合，初步形成戰(zhàn)略意識、整體觀念和綜合解決問題的能力；2、通過企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理的教學，學生們可以樹立權變的思維方式，并且初步掌握因應環(huán)境、對象和任務靈活運用各種管理理論和方法的能力。基于以上的要求，建議本科學生在學習的時候能做到以下幾點：1、認真學習本課程提供的教材和參考資料，掌握好課堂上所學的知識、理論、方法和工

3、具；2、積極參加案例討論和課程研究項目工作，按照案例討論和課程研究項目所給出的學習指南開展案例討論和課程研究項目，培養(yǎng)自己發(fā)現(xiàn)問題、分析問題和解決問題的能力；3、認真閱讀老師要求的相關文獻，寫出深刻的讀書筆記；4、平時要多看一些工商企業(yè)的新聞報道和相關研究的資料，并從戰(zhàn)略的角度進行理解，鍛煉自己將理論知識結合于分析實際問題的能力；5、運用戰(zhàn)略管理課程中學到的相關的工具、方法和思維模式，規(guī)劃自己的人生道路，安排好自己的行動；6、盡量多到企業(yè)進行實地參觀和學習，多向企業(yè)人士請教問題，最好是能利用假期時間到企業(yè)進行實習。Strategic Management of Enterprise Cours
