CorrectsizeRigtongs大鉗2.SAFETYINFORMATION安全注意事項Ensurethatescaperoutes（doors,stairs,etc.）areaccessibleatalltimesandarenotobstructedbyhoses,tools,etc.隨時保證逃生路線可以使用（門，梯子等），不被管線、工具所阻擋。Specialattentionmustbepaidwhileliftingthedrillpipefromthecatwalkontotherigfloorwiththeairtuggerandloweringthetravellingblockatthesametime.當用氣動絞車把鉆桿從貓道吊到鉆臺并同時下放游車時，要特別注意。Nobodyisallowedtostandbetweenthesinglebeingbroughtin/laiddownandthejointintherotarytable.NobodyisallowedtostandwiththeirbacktotheV-door,duringtheseactivities.嚴禁站在正在提升或甩掉的鉆桿和鉆盤內單根之間，嚴禁背對井架大門。TheFloormenguidingthesingleacrosstherigfloormustkeepfeetwellclearofthepinendofthesingle.Winchoperatorsmustnotlowersinglesuntiltheyarecompletelysurethatfeetarewellclearofthepinend.鉆臺上的鉆工必須注意使雙腳離開單根公接頭的下方，氣動絞車操作者必須確認鉆工雙腳遠離公扣下放后再下放單根。Keepfeetwellclearofthedrillpipepinendwhenthedriftisstillinthepipeandthepipeisvertical.當通徑規(guī)還在鉆桿內并且鉆桿處于垂直位置時，保持雙腳遠離鉆桿公扣下方。3.STANDARDOPERATIONALCONSIDERATIONS（DO'SANDDON'TS）標準操作注意事項（1）ThisoperationrequiresaToolboxTalk,coveringequipmentuseandpositioningofpersonnel.這項操作要求召開工作前安全會，會議內容包括使用的設備和人員的位置。（2）Ensurethatallhoisting/liftingequipment,wiresandliftingcapsareinasafeconditionandconformswiththecurrentGWDCcolourcodingandhavevalidinspectioncertificates.確保提升設備，鋼絲繩和提絲工作狀態(tài)良好，符合當前GWDC的顏色識別編號和有效的檢驗證書。（3）TheairwinchOperatorshallensurethatthewinchwireismovingfreelyinthederrick（possiblyguidedbypulleys）toavoidanydamagetothesteelstructure,especiallythefingerboard.氣動絞車操作者要確認氣動絞車鋼絲繩和井架不干涉（可以用滑輪導向），以避免損傷井架的鋼結構，特別是指梁。（4）Ensurethatthecorrectgradeofpipeisbeingpickedup.確認吊起的鉆桿級別是正確的。（5）Wheninstallingtheliftingcap,ensureitistight.一定要旋緊提升提絲。（6）Beforeandafteroperation,countthedrillpipe（DP）onthepiperacktoverifytallyfigures.操作前后，數(shù)一下鉆桿架上的鉆桿數(shù)量，和鉆桿記錄表核實。（7）AnydamagedDPistobepaintedred（highlightingthedamage）andreportedtotheToolpusherforchangeofinventorystatusandtransportbacktobase/warehouse.任何損傷的鉆桿要噴上紅漆，并報告帶班隊長變換鉆具庫存記錄，運回基地或庫房（8）Whensinglingin,ensurepipetallyisupdatedasDPisbeingpickedup.NumberasperGWDCDPnumberingsystem.當逐根下入鉆具單根時，鉆桿記錄表要更新，并根據(jù)GWDC的程序進行編號。（9）Ifpipeis5"indiameterorgreater,tailthepipeusingaropeasitclearsthetopoftheV-doorandenterstherigfloor.TheuseofaropetotailinpipeofasmallerdiameterisattheToolpusher'sdiscretion.直徑是或大于5〞的鉆桿，從坡道見到鉆臺上時，要拴牽引尾繩；直徑5〞以下的鉆桿，由帶班隊長決定是否拴尾繩。（10）Whensinglingout,ensurepipetallyisadjustedtoreflectthepipebeinglaiddown.當逐根甩掉單根時，確認鉆桿記錄表經過調整并反映出被甩的鉆桿4.INSTRUCTIONS指令4.1SinglingIn吊拉單根（1）Verifythesizeandcurrentcolourcodingoftheliftingcap.核實提絲的大小和顏色編碼。（2）Cleanandexaminethethreadsandshouldersonboxandpinends,andinformtheDrillerofanydamage.清洗和檢驗公、母扣的絲扣、臺肩，發(fā)現(xiàn)損傷報告司鉆（3）Verifythegradeofthedrillpipe,measurelength,recordandinformtheDriller.驗證鉆桿的等級，測量長度，記錄并報告司鉆（4）Removetheprotectorfromtheboxend,applydope（threadcompound）,andinstallthedriftandliftingcap,ensuringtheliftingcapistight.卸掉母扣護絲，抹上絲扣油，裝上通徑規(guī)和提絲，確保上緊提絲。（5）Attachtheairtuggertotheliftingcapandliftthepipeoffthecatwalk.掛上提絲把鉆桿吊離貓道。（6）TailthedrillpipewitharopeasitswingsthroughtheV-door.因為鉆桿經過井架大門坡道時來回擺動，要在鉆桿上拴上尾繩。（7）Removethepinprotectorandretrievethedrift,keepingfeetwellclear.卸掉公扣護絲，取出通徑規(guī)，保持腳下利索。（8）Lowerthedrillpipejointintothemousehole,andremoveairtuggerandliftingcap.下放單根進小鼠洞，摘掉氣動絞車和提絲。（9）Iftherigisequippedwithatopdrive,theDrilleractivatesthelinktilttowardsthejointinthemouseholeandtheFloormenlatchtheelevators.如果鉆機配備了頂驅，司鉆打前伸按鈕使吊卡靠近小鼠洞中的單根，鉆工扣上吊卡。4.2.SinglingOut甩掉單根（1）AftertheconnectionhasbeenbrokenouttheFloormenpullthesingleoverthemousehole.卸開扣后，鉆工把單根推向小鼠洞。（2）TheFloormendopethepinandinstallapinthreadprotector.鉆工給公扣抹上絲扣油，戴上護絲（3）Ifatopdriveisused,afterthesinglehasbeenbrokenout,theDrillerusesthelinktilttomovethesingletowardsandintothemousehole.如果配備了頂驅，卸開扣后，司鉆打前伸按鈕，并把單根推向、放入小鼠洞。（4）Theelevatorsareopenedwhenthejointstandsupandthenareheldbackfromswingingacrosstherigfloor.下放吊卡，單根接頭離開吊卡時，打開吊卡并后擺。（5）TheFloormendopetheboxandinstalltheliftingcap,attachtheairtuggerandliftthejointclearofthemousehole.鉆工給母扣抹上絲扣油，帶上護絲，掛上氣動絞車把單根提離小鼠洞。Note:Thedrillpipecanbecleanedanddopedafterithasbeenrolledoffthecatwalk.注意：鉆桿被滾離貓道后要清潔絲扣和涂抹絲扣油。（6）Tail/pushpipeoutoftheV-doorkeepingfeetwellclear.WinchoperatormustensurethatthelastjointlaiddownisnolongeronthecatwalkandthatthecatwalkisclearofpersonnelbeforeslowlyloweringthepipeoutoftheV-door.保持腳下利落，把鉆桿推出或用繩子牽引出大門坡道。氣動絞車操作者在慢放鉆桿出大門坡道前，要確認貓道上沒有鉆具和人員。Note:Whenrunninginorlayingdownalargeamountofdrillpipe,specialattentionmustbepaidwhileworkingaroundthemousehole.TheMouseholeshallbecoveredatalltimeswhennotinuse.注意：當?shù)趵蛩Φ舸罅裤@桿時，在小鼠洞周圍工作時要特別注意，小鼠洞不用時要一直蓋著。（7）Removetheliftingcap,installtheboxprotectorandrollthejointontothepiperack.卸掉提絲，帶上母扣護絲，把鉆桿滾到管排架上。4.3SpecialConsiderations特殊事項（1）Whenbreakingoutsingles,anyproblemconnectionmustbemarked,recordedintheTallyBookandreportedtotheToolpusher.當卸扣時，有問題的接頭要劃上記號，記錄在鉆具記錄本上，并向帶班隊長匯報。RunningInandLayingDownDrillCollars（吊拉和甩下鉆鋌單根的安全操作規(guī)程）1.SPECIALTOOLSANDEQUIPMENT特殊工具和設備SingleslingwithHook帶鉤子的單繩套 Crane吊車2.SAFETYINFORMATION安全規(guī)程（1）Neverstandorworkunderasuspendedload懸吊物下，嚴禁站人和工作。（2）DonotblocktheviewoftheDrillerortheCraneOperator.要擋住司鉆和吊車司機的視線。（3）Agreaterdegreeofcareandattentionisrequiredtoensurethesafetyofnewpersonnelworkingontherigduringthisoperation.此類操作期間，密切關注井隊新工人的安全。（4）Duringdriftingofthedrillcollarsensurethatthedriftdoesnotdropoutoftheendofthejointandcausepersonalinjury.通徑鉆鋌期間，要確保通徑規(guī)不要從接頭端掉出來，以免造成人員受傷。（5）Alwaysusetaglinetoguidethedrillcollar.用牽引繩來控制鉆鋌。（6）Ensurethatallequipmentandslingsareingoodconditionwithcurrentcolourcode.確保所有的設備和繩套狀態(tài)良好并且有顏色編碼。（7）Checktheweightoftheloads.EnsurethecorrectWorkingLoadLimit（WLL）ofeachsling,hookandairwinch.檢查吊物的重量。確保繩套，鉤子和氣動絞車的額定工作載荷與之相配。3.STANDARDOPERATIONALCONSIDERATIONS（DO’SANDDON’TS）標準操作規(guī)程（1）Beforestartingthejob,holdaToolboxTalkwiththecrewandtheCraneOperator,todiscussequipment,proceduresandsafety.開始工作前，召開安全會，井隊人員及吊車司機討論設備、操作規(guī)程和安全事項。（2）Priortopickingupanydrillcollar（DC）,cleanandinspectallliftingsubpins.Damagedliftingsubswillbemarkedandsetaside.NotifytheDrillerandtheToolpusher.起吊鉆鋌前，清潔和檢查提升短節(jié)公扣，絲扣損傷的提升短節(jié)要標上記號并停用，通知司鉆和帶班隊長。（3）Checktheconditionofthewinchlineandslingsforwearandcolourcodeidentification.Reportanydamageorequipmentwithwrongcolourcode.檢查氣動絞車繩索和吊索的麼損情況及顏色編碼，及時報告受損及顏色編碼錯誤的設備。（4）Whenlifting9”collarsorlargerwiththeelevators,usethewinchtorestrainthemovementoftheDC.當用吊卡吊拉9〞以上的鉆鋌時，用氣動絞車來控制鉆鋌的擺動。（5）Afterlatchingelevatorsalwayscheckandensurethesafetylatchisengaged.扣上吊卡后，要檢查和確認安全銷。（6）PriortopickingupaDCjoint,visuallyinspectthepinandboxthreads,theshouldersandfaces.AnyproblemsanddamageobservedonthreadsorshouldersmustberecordedinthepipetallybookandreportedtotheToolpusher吊鉆鋌前，目測檢查公母扣、臺肩和表面。觀察到絲扣和臺肩有任何問題和損傷，必須記錄在鉆具本上并報告給帶班隊長。（7）MeasureandrecordDCfeatures,outsidediameter（OD）,insidediameter（ID）,length,threadtype,serialnumberandfishingneckinthepipetallybook.測量、記錄鉆鋌特征數(shù)據(jù)，內外徑，長度，絲扣類型，系列號，打撈頸尺寸。（8）PriortomakingupaliftingsubtoaDC,dopethepinofthesubandtheboxoftheDCwithproperdope（threadcompound）.連接提升短節(jié)到鉆鋌前，兩者相連的公、母扣涂上適當?shù)慕z扣油。（9）AftermakinguptheliftingsubtotheDCintheV-doorormousehole,tightenthesubwithabaroracheaterbar.在坡道上或小鼠洞內，將提升短節(jié)連接到鉆鋌上后，用撬杠或加長撬杠上緊。（10）Ensurethatallthreadedconnectionsarecleaned,properlydopedandthreadprotectorsinstalled.EnsurethatthepinprotectorODisnotlargerthanthedrillcollarOD確保所有的連接絲扣清潔，涂上合適的絲扣油，帶上護絲。確保公扣護絲外徑不大于鉆鋌外徑。（11）AllDCconnectionsaretobe“walkedin”withchaintongs.Rigtongswillbeusedforfinalmakeuptorquebeforeruninthehole.所有的鉆鋌絲扣用鏈鉗引扣或磨扣，入井前用大鉗緊扣。（12）Neverrotatetherotarytabletospininoroutadrillcollarjoint.不要用鉆盤上、卸鉆鋌扣。（13）Ensurethattheboxendprotectorisinstalledwhentheliftingsubisremoved.卸下提升短節(jié)時，要帶上母扣護絲4.INSTRUCTIONS指令4.1HandlingDrillCollarswiththeAirTugger用氣動絞車操作鉆鋌4.1.1RunningInDCwiththe（1）TheDrillerensuresthattheairtuggercapacityiswithintheWorkingWeightLimitofthedrillcollartobepickedup.司鉆要確保吊起的鉆鋌重量不超過氣動絞車的工作負荷。（2）AFloormaninsertstheDCdriftintotheboxendofthedrillcollaronthecatwalk,dopestheboxandinstallsaprotectorwithaliftingeyeoraliftingsubwiththecorrectthread.鉆工把通徑規(guī)放進貓道上鉆鋌的母扣端，母扣內抹上絲扣油并安裝帶有提升孔的提絲或提升短接（扣型要正確）。（3）TheFloormenattachandsecuretheairtuggerlinetotheshacklefittedintotheholeoftheliftingsuborcap.鉆工把氣動絞車的吊繩連上提升短節(jié)或提絲上的卸扣內。（4）AFloormanattachesthecatwalkwinchtothelifteyeonthepinprotector.鉆工把貓道除的氣動絞車連到公扣護絲的提升環(huán)內。（5）TheAirtuggerOperatorengagestheairtuggerandcarefullyraisesthedrillcollarupandthroughtheV-doorastheCatwalkwinchOperatorsnubsthedrillcollar.使用貓道氣動絞車的牽引下，鉆臺上氣動絞車操作者操作氣動絞車小心的提升鉆鋌通過井架大門口。（6）Oncethedrillcollarisoverthemousehole,aFloormanremovesthecatwalkwinchfromtheeyeofthepinprotector.一旦鉆鋌到達小鼠洞上方，摘掉貓道的氣動絞車。（7）TheairtuggerOperatorlowersthedrillcollarintothemousehole.使用氣動絞車慢放鉆鋌進小鼠洞。（8）TheFloormenremovetheairtuggerlineandtheliftingeyefromthedrillcollarandinserttheliftingsub.從鉆鋌上摘掉氣動絞車繩和提絲，并裝上提升短節(jié)。（9）Usingabaroracheaterbarthroughtheholeoftheliftingsub,theFloormenscrewtheliftingsubintothedrillcollarandtighten.通過提升短節(jié)上的提升孔，鉆工們用撬杠或加長撬杠將扣上緊。（10）AttheDriller’sinstruction,theFloormenlatchtheelevatoraroundtheliftingsub.在司鉆的指導下，鉆工用吊卡扣上提升短節(jié)。（11）Ifusingatopdrive,theDrilleractivatesthelinktilttowardthejointinthemouseholeandtheFloormenlatchtheelevator.如果用頂驅，司鉆把吊卡支向小鼠洞，鉆工把吊卡扣上。Note:Ifpickinguprecesseddrillcollars,ensurethatthedrillcollarelevatoristhecorrectsizeandthesafetylatchisengaged.注意：如果鉆鋌有吊卡槽，確保鉆鋌吊卡尺寸合適，安全銷靈活好用。（12）TheDrillerengagesthedrawworksandliftsthedrillcollarupandoutofthemousehole.司鉆操作絞車提升鉆鋌出小鼠洞（13）TheFloormenremovethedrillcollarpinprotectorandrecoverthedrift.鉆工卸掉鉆鋌公扣護絲并取出通徑規(guī)Note:Keepfeetawaywhenthedriftisremovedtopreventinjury.注意：取出通徑規(guī)時，雙腳叉開以免受傷（14）Ifusingatopdrive,theDrillerretractsthelinktiltandpositionsthedrillcollarovertherotarytable.如果用頂驅，司鉆要收回伸縮臂，使鉆鋌位于轉盤正上方。Note:Ifthisisthebottomdrillcollar,thenmakeupthebit（orotherdownholetools,suchasholeopener,mudmotor,corebarrel,etc.）,andremovetherotarybushingsifnecessary.注意：如果是最后一根鉆鋌，接著要連接鉆頭（或其它井下工具，如：擴眼器、泥漿馬達、取心筒等），如果有必要，吊出鉆盤補心。（15）TheDrilleropenstheblindrams（ifBOPisinstalled）,andlowersthedrillcollarthroughtherotarytable.司鉆打開全封閘板（如果安裝了），通過轉盤下放鉆鋌。TheFloormenreinstalltherotarybushings（ifremoved）,settheDCslipsattheDriller′sinstruction,andsecuretheDCwiththesafetyclamp.鉆工在司鉆的指導下重新裝上鉆盤補心（如果取出）,坐上卡瓦，并卡上安全卡瓦Note:Theelevatorsmustneverbeopenedbeforethesafetyclamphasbeenfittedandsecured.注意：在安全卡瓦沒有卡好前，一定不要打開吊卡。（17）TheDrillerlowerstheelevatorsandtheFloormenunlatchtheelevators.司鉆下放吊卡，鉆工打開吊卡。（18）TheFloormenremovetheliftingsubandapplydopetothebox.鉆工卸掉提升短節(jié)，在鉆鋌母扣內抹上絲扣油。（19）Repeatthesteps（2）through（18）untilalldrillcollarsarepickedup.重復以上步驟直到吊完所有的鉆鋌4.1.2LayingDownDCwithAirTugger（1）TheDrillerensuresthattheairtuggercapacityiswithintheWorkingWeightLimitofthedrillcollartobepickedup.司鉆要確保吊起的鉆鋌重量不超過氣動絞車的額定工作負荷。（2）BreakouttheDCconnection,installapinprotectorwithaliftingeye,andputDCinthemousehole.卸開鉆鋌，安裝一帶吊裝孔的公扣提絲，并把鉆鋌放進小鼠洞（3）AFloormanscrewstheliftingcaporsubintotheboxendofthedrillcollarandattachestheairtuggerlinetotheshackleinsertedintheholeofcaporsub.鉆工把提絲旋進鉆鋌母扣內并用卸扣把氣動絞車繩和提絲上的吊裝孔相連。（4）TheAirtuggerOperatorraisesthedrillcollaruntilitisremovedfromthemousehole.氣動絞車操作者從小鼠洞內提出提起鉆鋌。（5）TheFloormenattachthecatwalkwinchtotheshackletothepinend.鉆工用卸扣把貓道氣動絞車和公扣護絲相連（6）TheCatwalkwinchOperatorpullsthepinendofthedrillcollarouttheV-doorastheAirtuggerOperatorlowersthedrillcollar.當鉆臺上氣動絞車操作者下放鉆鋌時，貓道上的氣動絞車把鉆鋌拉出大門口（7）TheAirtuggerOperatorcontinuesloweringastheCatwalkwinchOperatorpullsthecollaruntilthedrillcollarisrestingonthecatwalk.鉆臺上氣動絞車操作者繼續(xù)下放，同時貓道上的氣動絞車拉動鉆鋌，直到鉆鋌放在貓道上。（8）TheFloormenremovethewinchlineandtheairtuggerlinefromthepinandtheboxprotectors.鉆工卸掉鉆臺上氣動絞車和貓道上的氣動絞車繩。（9）TheFloormenexchangetheliftingprotectorswithordinaryprotectors.鉆工把提升護絲換成普通護絲。（10）Removethedrillcollarfromthecatwalkbeforethenextjointofdrillcollarislaiddown.下一個鉆鋌甩下前，把貓道上的鉆鋌移走。（11）Repeatsteps（2）through（9）untilalldrillcollarsarelaiddown.重復以上動作直到鉆鋌甩完。4.2.HandlingDrillCollarswithaCrane用吊車提升和下方鉆鋌4.2.1RunningInDCwithaCrane（1）Thecranemustbepositionedwhereitcanbewellsupportedandgiveasafeandlevellifttotherigfloor.吊車要打在能夠良好支撐的地方，能夠為鉆臺上做安全、平穩(wěn)的起吊操作。（2）AFloormaninsertstheDCdriftintotheboxendofthedrillcollaronthecatwalk,dopestheboxandinstallsaprotector.鉆工把通徑規(guī)放進貓道上鉆鋌的母扣端，母扣內抹上絲扣油并安裝上護絲。（3）TheFloormenattachandsecureonecranelinetotheslingwrappednearthepinendofthedrillcollarandattachatagline.鉆工把吊車鉤子掛到綁在公接頭附近的繩套上，并拴上尾繩。（4）TheFloormenattachandsecuretheothercranelinetotheslingwrappedneartheboxendofthedrillcollar.鉆工把吊車鉤子掛到綁在母接頭附近的繩套上。（5）UpontheDriller’sinstruction,theCraneOperatorcarefullyliftsthedrillcollarupandintotheV-door.在司鉆的指導下，吊車司機小心的吊起鉆鋌并送進大門坡道。（6）WhiletheFloormen,guidethedrillcollarontotherigfloorandtheFloormanatthecatwalkholdsthetagline,theCraneOperatorthenreststhedrillcollarsafelyontheV-door.鉆工在鉆臺上引導鉆鋌，貓道上的鉆工拉住牽引繩，同時吊車司機安全的把鉆鋌放在大門坡道。（7）TheFloormenremovetheboxprotectorandinserttheliftingsubandtighten.鉆工卸掉母扣護絲，裝上提升短節(jié)并上緊。（8）TheDrillerlowersthetravellingblockandelevatorovertheliftingsub,anduponhissignal,theFloormenlatchtheelevators.司鉆下放游車和吊卡到提升短節(jié)，發(fā)指令，鉆工扣上吊卡。（9）Ifusingatopdrive,theDrilleractivatesthelinktiltandtheFloormenwilllatchtheelevators如果用頂驅，司鉆前伸吊臂，鉆工扣上吊卡。（10）TheFloormenremovethecraneslingandthetaglinefromtheboxend.鉆工去掉母扣端的吊車繩套和牽引繩。Note:Donotremovethecraneslingfromthepinend.LeaveitonforaddedsafetyandsnubbingwhenDCisliftedwiththetravellingblock.注意：當游車吊起鉆鋌時，不要去掉綁在公扣末端的繩套，留下作為安全繩。（11）TheDrillerengagesthedrawworksandcarefullyraisesthedrillcollarup,astheCraneOperatorsnubsthepinendofthedrillcollar司鉆操作絞車仔細的上提鉆鋌，同時吊車司機拉住鉆鋌的公扣端。Note:Ifpickinguprecesseddrillcollars,ensurethatthedrillcollarelevatoristhecorrectsizeandthesafetylatchisengaged.注意：如果吊起有吊卡槽的鉆鋌，確保鉆鋌吊卡尺寸合適，安全銷靈活好用。（12）Afterthedrillcollarhasbeenraisedtoaverticalposition,theFloormenremovethepinprotector,recoverthedriftandreinstalltheprotector.當司鉆把鉆鋌提到垂直位置時，鉆工卸掉公扣護絲，取出通徑規(guī)并重新上好護絲。Note:Keepfeetawaywhenthedriftisremovedtopreventinjury.注意：當通徑規(guī)取出時兩腳叉開，防止砸傷雙腳。（13）TheFloormenremovetheslingfromthepinendofthedrillcollar.鉆工從鉆鋌公扣端取下繩套。（14）TheDrillerlowersthedrillcollarintothemouseholewheretheliftingsubistightenedusingtherigtongs.司鉆下放鉆鋌進鼠洞，用雙鉗上緊提升短節(jié)。（15）TheDrillerthenraisesthedrillcollaroutofthemouseholeandovertotherotarytable.司鉆從小鼠洞提出鉆鋌到鉆盤上方。（16）Ifusingatopdrive,theDrillerretractsthelinktiltandpositionsthedrillcollarovertherotarytable.如果使用頂驅，司鉆回放吊卡并使鉆鋌位于鉆盤上方。Note:Ifthisisthebottomdrillcollar,thenmakeupthebit（orotherdownholetools,suchasholeopener,mudmotor,corebarrel,etc.）,andremovetherotarybushingsifnecessary.注意：如果是最后一根鉆鋌，接著要連接鉆頭（或其它井下工具，如：擴眼器、泥漿馬達、取心筒等），如果有必要，吊出鉆盤補心。（17）TheDrilleropenstheblindrams（ifBOPisinstalled）,andlowersthedrillcollarthroughtherotarytable.司鉆打開全封閘板（如果安裝了），通過鉆盤下放鉆鋌。（18）TheFloormenreinstalltherotarybushings（ifremoved）,settheDCslipsattheDriller′sinstruction,andsecuretheDCwiththesafetyclamp鉆工在司鉆的指導下重新放入鉆盤補心（如果取出）,坐上卡瓦，并卡上安全卡瓦。Note:Theelevatorsmustneverbeopenedbeforethesafetyclamphasbeenfittedandsecured.注意：在安全卡瓦沒有卡好前，一定不要打開吊卡。（19）TheDrillerlowerstheelevatorsandtheFloormenunlatchtheelevators.司鉆下放吊卡，鉆工打開吊卡。（20）TheFloormenremovetheliftingsubandapplydopetothebox.鉆工卸掉提升短節(jié)，在母扣內抹上絲扣油。（21）Repeatthesteps（2）through（20）untilalldrillcollarsarepickedup.重復以上步驟直到吊完所有的鉆鋌。4.2.2LayingDownDCwithCrane（1）Thecraneispositionedwhereitcanbewellsupportedandgiveasafeandlevelliftfromtherigfloor.車要打在能夠良好支撐的地方，能夠為鉆臺上做安全、平穩(wěn)的起吊操作。（2）BreakouttheDCconnection.WhileDCishangingfromtheelevators,installapinprotectoranddoublewrapaslingnearthepinendofthedrillcollar.卸開鉆鋌絲扣，鉆鋌在吊卡上懸吊時，戴上一公扣護絲并在靠近鉆鋌公扣附近栓一雙結繩套。（3）TheFloormenattachthecranelinetotheslingandattachataglinetothedrillcollar.鉆工把吊車鉤子掛到綁在公接頭附近的繩套上并拴上尾繩。（4）AFloorman,attheV-door,giveshandsignalstoboththeCraneOperatorandtheDriller.一鉆工站在大門口給吊車司機和司鉆打手勢。（5）UpontheDriller’s“ready”signal,theCraneOperatorpullsthepinendofthedrillcollarouttheV-doorastheDrillerlowerstheelevators.當司鉆發(fā)出準備好的手勢，吊車司機在司鉆下放吊卡的同時把鉆鋌的公扣端拉出大門口。（6）TheDrillercontinuestolowertheelevatorsuntiltheboxendofthedrillcollarrestsattheV-door.司鉆繼續(xù)下放吊卡直到鉆鋌的母扣端靠在坡道上。（7）TheFloormenwraptheslingneartheboxendofthedrillcollarandattachtheothercraneline.鉆工在鉆鋌的母扣端拴上繩套并且掛在吊車鉤子上。（8）TheDrillerlowerstheelevatorsandupontheDriller’ssignal,theFloormenunlatchtheelevators.司鉆繼續(xù)下放吊卡，鉆工在司鉆的示意下打開吊卡。（9）TheDrillerraisesthetravellingblockandtheelevatorsoutoftheway.司鉆上提游車到足夠的高度，吊卡不妨礙下步作業(yè)。（10）TheFloormenthenremovetheliftingsubandinstallaboxprotector.鉆工卸掉提升短節(jié)，裝上母扣護絲。（11）UpontheDriller’sinstructions,theCraneOperatorliftsandmovesthedrillcollarouttheV-doorandofftherigfloor.在司鉆的指導下，吊車司機把鉆鋌吊出大門坡道。（12）TheCraneOperatorsetsthedrillcollaronthepiperackoratasuitableplacetobecleanedandinspected.吊車司機把鉆鋌放在鉆桿架上或者其他合適的位置，然后清洗，檢查。（13）Repeatthesteps（2）through（12）untilallthedrillcollarsarelaiddown.重復以上步驟直到甩完所有的鉆鋌。Make-UpandBreak-OutProceduresUsingRigTongs（使用吊鉗進行鉆具上扣和卸扣的安全操作規(guī)程）1.SPECIALTOOLSANDEQUIPMENT特殊工具和設備Tongjaws 適當尺寸的大鉗Tongpins大鉗銷子Safetylatchsprings安全鎖定彈簧Splitpins開口銷Grease黃油Greasegun黃油槍2.SAFETYINFORMATION安全事項（1）TheDrillermustensurethattheFloormenareoutsidetheareaofthetongsbeforepullingonthetongs,ifanabnormalamountoftorqueistobeappliedduringmakeuporbreakout.當上、卸扣扭距異常時，司鉆拉大鉗前必須確認鉆工站在大鉗區(qū)域之外。（2）Snublinesfortherigtongsmustbeinspectedandbeingoodworkingorder.鉗尾繩必須檢查并狀態(tài)良好。（3）Hanginglinesfortherigtongsmustbeinspectedandbeingoodworkingorder吊繩必須檢查并狀態(tài)良好。（4）TheFloormenmustbeinstructedonproperplacementofhandswhileoperatingtherigtongs.操作大鉗時，必須教導鉆工把手放在正確位置。3.STANDARDOPERATIONALCONSIDERATIONS（DO’SANDDON’TS）標準操作注意事項（1）Alwaysusetwosetsofrigtongsofthepropersizetobreakoutormakeupconnections.要使用合乎標準尺寸的雙鉗上、卸扣。（2）TheFloormenmustlubricaterigtongsatregularintervals,andalwaysbeforeandaftereachtrip鉆工必須定期保養(yǎng)大鉗，如起鉆前和下鉆后。（3）Theslackintherigtongsafetylinemustbesufficientforthetongtoobtainfullbenefitfromthepullofthecathead,butshortenoughtopreventhalfrotationoftherigtong鉗尾繩的長度長短合適，足夠長以滿足大鉗施加足夠的拉力，足夠短以避免大鉗的旋轉角度不夠。（4）Endsofthebraidedsafetylinesshouldbesecuredbythimbleswhichareproperlycast,splicedortalurit-clampedtopreventunravelling.安全繩的末端使用心環(huán)，心環(huán)要正確的鑄造，壓制或者用卡子以避免散開。（5）Rigtongsmustbekeptcleantoensureproperoperation.大鉗必須保持清潔確保正確操作。（6）Rigtongdiesmustbeinspectregularlyandmustbereplacedwhenwornordamaged.Ensurethatthetongdiesaresecuredwithsafetypins.鉗牙必須定期檢查，磨損和損壞的鉗牙一定要更換，要使用鉗牙安全銷。（7）Rigtonglinepulleysandcounterbalancesmustbeinspectedatregularintervals.大鉗的懸掛滑輪和平衡配重必須定期檢查（8）Rigtongpinsandhingesmustbeinspectedregularlyforwearandreplacedifanywearisobserved.大鉗銷子和鉸鏈必須定期檢查磨損情況，如果磨損嚴重要更換。（9）Rigtongpins,shacklepinsandboltsmustbesecuredwiththepropersizesplitpins.大鉗銷子，卸扣的銷子和螺栓必須配有合適尺寸的開口銷。4.INSTRUCTIONS指令4.1BreakingOutConnectionswiththeRigTongs用大鉗卸扣（1）TheFloormenremovethesafetylatchspringsandthetongpinsandchangethetongjawstomatchthesizeofthepipeortubulartobebrokenout.鉆工打開安全彈簧和取下大鉗銷子，換上合適尺寸的鉗頭以匹配鉆桿或管子的尺寸（2）TheDrillerensuresthatthesafetylatchspringsarereplacedonthetongpins.司鉆要確保大鉗銷子上的安全鎖定彈簧被放到原位。（3）TheFloormensettheslips,orwhereapplicable,theDrillersetstheautomaticslips.鉆工卡上卡瓦（如果有的話，司鉆卡上自動卡瓦）。（4）TheFloormenengagetherigtongsonthedrillpipeortubulartooljoint.（Thebreakouttongisplacedonthetoptooljointandthemakeuptongisplacedonthebottomtooljoint）.鉆工在鉆桿或管子接頭上上打上大鉗（內鉗打在上方接頭上，外鉗打在下方接頭上）。Note:Specialattentionmustbemadetoensuretherigtongsareplacedabovethehardfacingonthetooljoint.注意：大鉗必須打在接頭耐麼層之上。（5）TheFloormenmaketherigtongsbitebypullingonthetongjawandpushingonthetongarm.鉆工通過拉鉗頭、推鉗柄使鉗子咬緊。Note:TheFloormanmustproperlyplacetheirhandsontherigtongstopreventinjury.注意：鉆工必須正確放置手的位置以免受到傷害（6）TheDrillerengagesthebreakoutcatheadandpullsonthebreakouttong.Thiswillcausethebreakouttongtobiteontheuppertooljoint.Atthesametime,themakeuptongbitesonthebottomtooljoint.Theconnectionisthenbroken.司鉆操作卸扣貓頭拉動卸扣大鉗，這會使卸扣大鉗咬緊上部接頭，同時上扣大鉗咬緊下方接頭扣被卸開。Note:TheDrillermustensurethatthecatheadlineisatrightangle（90degrees）tothetongarm.TheDrillermustnotethebreakouttorqueandmarkthejointsforfurtherinspectionifthebreakouttorqueisnotequaltoorwithinlessthan10%ofthemakeuptorque.注意：司鉆必須確認貓頭繩與鉗柄之間的角度垂直（90·），如果卸扣扭距不等于或小于上扣扭距的10％，司鉆必須留意卸扣扭距并作好記號以便進一步檢查。（7）TheFloormenspinouttheconnectionusingtheairspinner,orifapplicable,theDrillerutilisesthetopdrivetospinouttheconnection.鉆工使用氣動旋扣器卸開扣，或者如果可能，司鉆用頂驅卸開扣。（8）TheFloormenapplyproperpipedopeintothethreadboxofthepipejoint.鉆工用合適的絲扣油涂抹接頭母扣。（9）TheFloormenremovetherigtongsandtiethembacksafelyoutoftheway.鉆工打開大鉗，放置到安全位置并拴牢。4.2MakingUpConnectionswiththeRigTongs用大鉗上扣（1）TheFloormenremovethesafetylatchspringsandthetongpinsandchangethetongjawstomatchthesizeofthepipeortubulartobemadeup.鉆工取下安全彈簧和大鉗銷子換上合適尺寸的鉗頭以匹配鉆桿或管子的尺寸。（2）TheDrillerensuresthatthesafetylatchspringsarereplacedonthetongpins.司鉆要確保鉗銷上的安全鎖定彈簧被放到原位。（3）TheFloormensettheslipsandtheDrillerpicksupajointorastandofpipe.鉆工卡上卡瓦，司鉆提起一單根或一立柱。（4）TheFloormenapplypipedopetotheboxandpinendoftheconnectionthoroughly.鉆工均勻地在公、母扣上抹上鉛油。（5）TheFloormenstabthepinendofthejointintotheboxofthejointintherotarytable.鉆工把公扣接頭放進轉盤上單根母扣接頭內。（6）TheFloormenrotatethepipeintotheboxutilisingtheairspinnerorwhereapplica
