所有的《糾正措施要求》必須采用8D報告形式(除非客戶要求采用不同的方法MustuseCorporateformat.

圍堵相似于病人隔離。隔離雖不能醫(yī)好疾病,但可以防止疾病的傳播FindandsegregatenonconformingproductstopreventshipmenttoCustomer.

根本原因是產(chǎn)生問題或問題群的原因和影響開始發(fā)作的病因(發(fā)作點(diǎn))BewaryofselectingsymptomsinsteadofrootcausesIfyoufixasymptomyouwon’tsolvetheproblem.
