確定孔位并打孔;It’s

thefirststepfortheTomoanavalidation.EnsurethatweldingfixtureisOKandthereisnotpotentialvariationrelatedtofixtures.Makesurethatallholesdefinedareabletoidentifyanyvariationonsubassemblyprocessand:這是Tomoana驗(yàn)證的第一步。確保焊接夾具沒(méi)問(wèn)題,并且沒(méi)有涉及到夾具的潛在變化。確保所有確定的孔都能夠在分部裝配過(guò)程中鑒定任何變化并且:?analyzeallthevariationtobestudied(x,yandzaxles)betweentwoormoreparts;

焊接夾具鉗位的重復(fù)性(第一階段)Oncemadetheholestherepeatabilityprocessonweldingfixturesclampingisinitiated(phaseI).IftheClampingdoesnotabletoproviderepeatabilitytheweldingfixturehastobeadjustedor/andre-definenewholespositions.Thepreviousstepredone.一旦打孔了,焊接夾具鉗位的重復(fù)性程序就啟動(dòng)了(第一階段)。如果鉗位不能提供重復(fù)性,必須調(diào)整焊接夾具或者重新確定孔位。然后重復(fù)前面的步驟。2.2.1–PerformClampingProcess;

執(zhí)行夾緊步驟Repeat10timesthefollowingsequence;重復(fù)10次以下序列;a)removepiecesandrelocatethem;移動(dòng)并重新安置零件;b)clampthefixture;夾緊夾具;c)measurethediameteroftheholesandregister(appendixB).測(cè)量孔的直徑并記錄下來(lái)(附件B)。

2.4.2AssessWeldingProcess;IfweldingprocessisacceptableunderValidationcriteriathephaseisoverandthedocumentscanbearchived.Ifnot,understandweldingfixturevariationandeliminateit.Thenstartthevalidationprocessagain(phaseI).如果焊接工藝在驗(yàn)證標(biāo)準(zhǔn)下是可以接受的,此階段結(jié)束并且文件可以歸檔。如果不是,了解焊接夾具變化并消除。然后再次開(kāi)始驗(yàn)證程序(第一階段)。焊鉗點(diǎn)焊見(jiàn)附件B2.4Studyinweldedsubassembl192-ValidationProcess;驗(yàn)證程序2.5-Re-Validationprocess;再驗(yàn)證程序TheTOMOANAprocessmustbere-validatedalwaysthat:

TOMOANA程序必須再次驗(yàn)證:-Changethestandardpartsfor:改變標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件為:-Productchanges;產(chǎn)品改變-Weldingfixtureintervention/change;焊接夾具介入/改變-Anytransferweldfixtures:焊接夾具轉(zhuǎn)移:-Movementbetweenareas;區(qū)域之間移動(dòng)-PlanttoPlant公廠之間移動(dòng)Whenthestandardpartsarechangeddue:當(dāng)更改標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件由于:-Prematureabrasionoftheholes;孔的前期磨損-Damaged;損壞-Corrosionpoints;銹蝕點(diǎn)Thereisnoneedtore-validatedtheTOMOANA,onlychangetheparts.沒(méi)有必要再驗(yàn)證TOMOANA,只是改變零件即可。2-ValidationProcess;驗(yàn)證程序203-Dailycontrol:日常管理ProductionteamisaccountableforexecutetheTOMOANAdailycontrolandmaintainStandardPartincapablecondition.

生產(chǎn)小組在允許條件下負(fù)責(zé)允許TOMOANA日常管理并威脅標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件。3.1.StandardPart;標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件AfterTOMOANAprocessapprovedanewsubassemblypartshallbecreatedandavailableasStandardPart.

在TOMOANA程序通過(guò)后,應(yīng)造新的組件并且可以作為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件使用。StandardParthastofollowthecharacteristicsbelow:

標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件必須符合以下特點(diǎn):□keepthesamefigureastheholesandpositionsthatusedduringthevalidationprocess(step2offlow);

保證在驗(yàn)證程序中使用的孔和位置一致(步驟2的流程);

□RecommendedtosubmitinElpoProcess;IfthedecisionissubmitinElpothepartshavetobeprocessedpriortoholesperforated.IfthedecisionisnotElpo

processthepartshavetobeappliedwithprotectiveoilinordertoavoidprematurecorrosion;

建議在電泳工藝中提交;如果在電泳過(guò)程中提交決定,在打孔之前必須加工零件。如果不在電泳過(guò)程中做決定,在零件上必須涂上防護(hù)油以避免前期銹蝕。3-Dailycontrol:日常管理213.1.StandardPart;(continuation)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件(繼續(xù)部分)□Allthemeasurablepointsidentified;確定所有測(cè)量點(diǎn)□Partidentification;確認(rèn)零件□allocateinproperlyarea;在適當(dāng)區(qū)域分配□validatedate&exchangepartdefinition(without:damages,corrosionpoints,prematureabrasionoftheholes).

檢驗(yàn)日期&交換零件明確(沒(méi)有:損壞、銹蝕點(diǎn)、孔的前期磨損)見(jiàn)附件E3.1.StandardPart;(continua223-Dailycontrol:日常管理3.2Execution;執(zhí)行TheTOMOANAmustbeexecuteinbeginningoftheeachshift.

TOMOANA必須在每輪開(kāi)始執(zhí)行。ToinitiatetheTOMOANAthestandardpartsmustbeaccording,withnodamagesandtheholesmustnotbewiderorclosed.OtherwisecalltheTeamLeaderandwaitforhisdecision.

啟動(dòng)TOMOANA時(shí),標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件必須符合要求,沒(méi)有損壞,孔不能過(guò)大或者關(guān)閉。否則通知小組領(lǐng)導(dǎo)等待他的決定。TheTomoanadailycontrolconsistinallocatethestandardpartsintheweldingfixtureandclosetheclampsandthenmeasuretheholesspecified.(phaseIofvalidationprocess)

TOMOANA日常管理包括在焊接夾具中分配標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件,關(guān)閉夾鉗然后測(cè)量具體的孔(驗(yàn)證程序的第一階段)。Theweldingfixturewillbeevaluateundercriteriabelowtobereleaseforproduction

焊接夾具將按照下面生產(chǎn)中發(fā)放的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)來(lái)評(píng)估。IftheresultisOK,recorditonTOMOANAregisterandreleasetheproduction.OntheotherhandiftheresultisNOK,recorditandinitiatethereactionplanaccordingtoAlarm&Escalationprocess.

如果結(jié)果是合格的,將它記錄在TOMOANA登記簿上并且發(fā)放生產(chǎn)。另一方面如果結(jié)果是不合格的,將它記錄下來(lái)并且根據(jù)警報(bào)和升級(jí)程序啟動(dòng)反應(yīng)計(jì)劃。見(jiàn)附件C開(kāi)始標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件合格嗎?為焊接夾具分配標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件打電話給小組組長(zhǎng),等待他的授權(quán)來(lái)開(kāi)始生產(chǎn)關(guān)閉焊接夾具夾鉗測(cè)量并登記每個(gè)指定的孔結(jié)果合格嗎?根據(jù)警告&升級(jí)流程啟動(dòng)反應(yīng)計(jì)劃準(zhǔn)備生產(chǎn)開(kāi)始3-Dailycontrol:日常管理If234-WeeklyMonitoring:QualityteamisaccountableforTOMOANAmonitoring.Itmeansperform

weeklythefollowingrequirements;

質(zhì)量小組負(fù)責(zé)TOMOANA監(jiān)督。這意味著每周按照以下要求執(zhí)行:1-mustensuredocumentationisinplace(STS/TIS);
