“-4”meanswiredport,thegenerallengthofconnectionwiredteethis1.3cm-3cm.andthewredportconnectedshouldbeouter3~4teeth,anditcanbeconnectedwithnormalwiredfor“4”andupper.“-4”為絲口連接，一般連接絲牙長(zhǎng)度為1.3cm-3cm，而且絲口連接后絲牙應(yīng)外露3~4牙，4”以上可以用法絲連接。1.1.2Theconjunctionmaterialsareunsinteredtape,ramiesilk,thickwhitepaint,andanti-oxygensealants。連口材料為生料帶、麻絲、厚白漆、厭氧性密封劑。1.1.3Thegalvanizationpipelinemustusethegalvanizationfittings;thedamagedgalvanizationpartmustbeembalmed.鍍鋅管道還必須得用鍍鋅配件，損壞鍍鋅層部分的要加以防腐處理。1.1.4Thepipekeepsthedistanceof1.5cm~2cmawayfromthewall,andtheeverylevelofpipeclipshouldbebetween1.4cmand1.6cm,thepipeclipisplacedatthedistanceof15cmawayfromeverycross,andthestentsshouldbeusedifthepipesaremorethan25.管邊離墻1.5cm~2cm，管卡每層應(yīng)在1.4cm~1.6cm之間，每轉(zhuǎn)彎出15cm左右設(shè)管卡，大于25管要用支架。1.1.5Theverticalityoftheedgeofpotablewaterpipeshouldbeminorthan2mm.上水管邊每層垂直度不得大于2mm.1.1.6Thepipeclipisplacedatthedistanceof10~15cmawayfromeverycrossofsubpipe,Uclipshouldbeusedifthepipesaremorethan40:支管每轉(zhuǎn)彎處10~15cm設(shè)管卡，大于40以用U型卡固定：1520253240502.5m3m4.5m4m4.5m5m1.1.7Theflextieshouldbeusedwhenthewaterpipecrossthesettlementjoint.水管過沉降縫時(shí)要用伸縮接頭。1.1.8Theshockproofjointsshouldbeusedwhenthepipesarenearthewatermercuryormechanicalperipherals.水管在靠近水汞或機(jī)械周圍的全部用防震接頭1.1.9Whenthecoldwaterpipesareparallelwiththehotwaterpipes,thehotwaterpipesshouldbeabovethecoldwaterpipes;whenthecoldwaterpipesareverticlewiththehotwaterpipes,thehotwaterpipesshouldbeattherightsideofthecoldwaterpipes.水管與熱水管平行走時(shí)，熱水管在冷水上面，水管與熱水管垂直走時(shí)，熱水管在冷水右邊。1.1.10Thepressureofservicepipesisbetween0.6and0.8mp@.給水管打壓一般在0.6~~0.8mp@之間。1.2.Drainpipe：排水管：1.2.1Checkthesurfaceofthepipeandcleartheblownsandsinthepipe.檢查管道外表痕跡，清理管內(nèi)積砂。1.2.2Thebricksshouldbebuiltbehindthepipeplacedattheouterspace,andnoburiedontheloosensoilispermitted,andthereisonlyoneelbowburiedinthesoil;nomultipleelbowsarepermitted;thereshouldbe245degreeelbowsattherootofthedrainpipe;thepipeoutthewallshouldbe1~3%grade,andnoadverseslopispermitted;thebottomlevelshouldblowdownsolely;thepipeinthesoilshouldbeembalmedandthefireproofingasphaltshouldbepainted.室外埋的管子下面要砌磚頭蹲了，不許埋在松土上，埋在地下的管子最多只允許1個(gè)彎頭；不允許許多彎頭；排污管的根部宜采用2個(gè)45度彎頭；送到墻外的管邊必須有1~3%的坡度，嚴(yán)禁倒坡；底層應(yīng)單獨(dú)排污；埋地管道要做防腐處理，刷防火柏油。1.2.3Standpipe:theupperandlowerlevelofthestandpipecheckdoormust立管beset,andthereshouldbeonestandpipewhichheightis1mbetweenthemiddletwo.立管：立管裝檢查門最高層及最低層必須設(shè)置，中間每?jī)蓪釉O(shè)置1只，安裝高度為1m。1.2.4Breathablepipe:itis30cmabovetheoutlevel,anditisgreaterthan200cmwhenthereisaperson,andthereisabreathabletowelonthemouthofpipe.透氣管：一般在出層面30cm左右，有人上去必須大于200cm，管口上面有透氣毛巾。1.2.5Stent:thebigendofouterstentmustbefixedup,andthereisonestandpipeintheroomanditsheightis1.8m,thestentinthesameroomshouldbeatthesameheightandtheirbigendsarefixedbyhorizontalpipe.支架：室外支架必須固定管子大頭，室內(nèi)立管每層1只，一般1.8m左右，同室管子支架高低保持都一致，橫管固定大頭。1.2.6Distancefromthewall:thebigendis2cmawayfromwall.離墻距離：光墻離大頭一般2cm.1.2.7Interfacematerial:anesthesiawire,asbestosandcement,theweightratiois1:6.接口材料：麻絲、石棉、水泥、1:6重量比。1.2.8Thedepthofthetapingofthejointis2.5cm,anditshouldbekeeped2days.每接口打沉口為2.5cm以上深度，并保養(yǎng)2天。1.2.9Containingwaterexperiment,試驗(yàn)、layerexperiment,closethelowerend,andexperimentbystages,keepthewater60minatthehighestanditisuptogradeifthewaterlevelnotchangedandthereisnoleckage,anddotheballpassingtesttomakesurethepassstatusofthepipe.盛水試驗(yàn)、可分層試驗(yàn)、下端用悶頭悶死、分階段試驗(yàn)，水管到最高處保持60分鐘，確定水位無降低、無滲漏為合格，同時(shí)并做好通球試驗(yàn)，確定管內(nèi)沒堵住。1.3.Sanitarywareinstallation:衛(wèi)生器具安裝：1.3.1Toiletbout:抽水馬桶：Fillingappliancecement:paperstripmixedlimemortarratiois3:7,orputty.填料應(yīng)用水泥；紙筋灰3:7配比，或油灰Usetheironscrewandleathercushiontofixup固定要用鐵螺絲帶皮墊固定Nobigendpermittedattheoutlet,andtheoutletshouldupperthanground2cm.出口出不允許用大頭，出口出應(yīng)高出地坪2cm左右。Notrapispermittedatthenosquattingpotpipeoftheclosestool,andthe90degreegatebending馬桶不蹲坑管不允許用存水彎，用90度門彎Aftertheinstallationoftheclosestool,reviseandaddsilicagel馬桶安裝完備，校正、四周打硅膠trianglecliqueisupperthanground25cm，andkeepthedistanceof11.5cmawayfromthecenter三角閥離地坪25cm，離開中心位置11.5cm鑄鐵管Castironpipe2”--13.5kg3”--24.5kg4”--32.5kg6”--52kg1.4.Facepotinstallation:面盆安裝：1.4.1Theheightis80CM高度一般在80CM1.4.2Theheightofhydrantis100cm,andtheheightofhydrantofwashermachineis120cm.水龍頭高度在100cm,洗衣機(jī)水龍頭120cm.1.4.3Theheightofmalkinpotis65cm,andtheheightofhydrantis100cm.拖布池高度在65cm,水龍頭是100cm.1.4.4Thecheckportbehindthefacepotisnotlowerthan15cm.面盆下檢查口不得低于15cm1.4.5Thereiswateroverflowportofthefacepot.面盆要有溢水口。1.4.6Theheightofinletvalvebehindthefacepotisaround45cm.面盆下進(jìn)水閥高度在45cm左右。2.4.7Thehydrantofhotwaterisontheleftofthecoldwater冷熱水龍頭時(shí)熱水閥在左邊，冷水閥門在右邊1.5．Sanitarywarechecking衛(wèi)生器具檢驗(yàn)Theexperimentoffilingwatershouldbedonein24hoursaftersanitarywareinstallation,thewatershouldbefull;thewaterlevelinthelavationpot,facepot,andassaypotshouldbeequaltothewateroverflowport;thewaterlevelinthewaterpot,malkinpot,washingvegetablepoolarenotlowerthanthe2/3heightofpotand1/3ofpool,dotheballpassingtesttotheblowdownpipeandrecordit,whentheprojectfinished,nofilingwater,ballpassingexperiments,noqualitycl
