好像是在一次電話采訪中，一個(gè)記者曾經(jīng)問(wèn)過(guò)我一個(gè)很好玩的問(wèn)題：李連杰，你這些年都是一帆風(fēng)順，你是怎么變得這么強(qiáng)大的呢？

這位記者，采訪我之前肯定沒(méi)做過(guò)認(rèn)真的準(zhǔn)備。首先，我從來(lái)不是一帆風(fēng)順，我在朋友中有個(gè)外號(hào)，叫”死過(guò)一百次的生還者“。從小我父親就過(guò)世了，家境實(shí)在太差，只好加入武術(shù)隊(duì)，靠每個(gè)月微薄的補(bǔ)貼養(yǎng)活全家；11歲開(kāi)始我連續(xù)5次拿到全國(guó)武術(shù)比賽冠軍，18歲拍了《少林寺》一夜成名，但立馬，第二年我就摔斷了腿，差點(diǎn)成為廢人；好不容易等到《黃飛鴻》系列電影大賣，我的經(jīng)紀(jì)人又遭黑道槍殺，事業(yè)再次陷入低谷......這些都不說(shuō)，2004年印尼海嘯時(shí)，我差點(diǎn)妻離子散命喪異地，當(dāng)洪水就在你眼前肆虐時(shí)，那種內(nèi)心的驚恐與不舍，又有多少人面對(duì)過(guò)呢？

也可以理解，問(wèn)這個(gè)問(wèn)題的人估計(jì)從來(lái)都只是在電影中了解我，覺(jué)得我就是電影中那些硬漢，身懷絕技，從精神到肉體都是天生的強(qiáng)大．事實(shí)上，我只是一個(gè)血肉做成的普通人，甚至，我比很多人還脆弱，有一段時(shí)間，我天天想著出家當(dāng)和尚。

但是，少林寺的一位高僧卻不同意我這樣做，因?yàn)槌黾也⒉荒軓母旧辖鉀Q問(wèn)題佛家還講究入世修行呢！后來(lái)，我去好萊塢發(fā)展時(shí)，他要我記住一句話：一切困難都是為了幫自已變得更強(qiáng)大！

這話聽(tīng)起來(lái)實(shí)在不像是什么祝福。果然，到了好萊塢，事情并不順利，雖然臺(tái)灣老板楊登魁花了上億元幫我打造形象，創(chuàng)造機(jī)會(huì)，但傲慢的好萊塢并不肯接納我這個(gè)身高才170CM的華人。我忍著，直到一次在片場(chǎng)，導(dǎo)演把劇本摔到我臉上，冷冷地問(wèn)我：你是不是不懂英文，所以劇本沒(méi)看懂？

那個(gè)晚上，我打電話給那位高僧。他淡淡地說(shuō)：這些年你吃了不少苦頭，但回過(guò)頭來(lái)想一想，是現(xiàn)在的你強(qiáng)大，還是過(guò)去的你強(qiáng)大？我一愣，想著自已這半生的經(jīng)歷，的確，那些困難現(xiàn)在看起來(lái)都不值一提了，可當(dāng)時(shí)，又何嘗不是逼得自已無(wú)路可逃？可見(jiàn)，困難的確在讓我變得強(qiáng)大，至少，讓我的承受能力越來(lái)越強(qiáng)！

從那以后，我不再懼怕任何困境，對(duì)困境內(nèi)外甚至抱著一種“歡迎”的態(tài)度。朋友都說(shuō)我瘋魔了，但我心里知道，這不過(guò)是在困難中修煉自已。

拍攝《英雄》的那段時(shí)間，章子怡很是受非議，甚至在劇組中也被某些人孤立。在她身上我看到了剛出道的自已：沖動(dòng)、愛(ài)憎分明，心里有什么臉上從來(lái)藏不住......于是，我把自的體驗(yàn)告訴她，慢慢地，她也從流言中脫胎換骨，開(kāi)始表現(xiàn)出一個(gè)堅(jiān)強(qiáng)的章小妹。

這兩年，我對(duì)武術(shù)之道越來(lái)越有想法，很想和觀眾分享這種想法，于是，我請(qǐng)人編寫了宣揚(yáng)和平的電影《西藏武僧在紐約》。很多片商對(duì)名字很感興趣，但一看劇本就都不肯投資，因?yàn)槔锩娴奈浯驁?chǎng)面太少了，不夠商業(yè)化。到哪里去找投資商？每晚這個(gè)問(wèn)題都折磨得我無(wú)法入睡，實(shí)在沒(méi)辦法了，我找到法國(guó)的著名導(dǎo)演呂克貝松，想自掏腰包自已拍。拍完后，我看電影前90分鐘十分精彩脫俗，但后30分鐘就落入了武打片的俗套，就要求改結(jié)尾，別人都覺(jué)得我瘋了，改結(jié)尾是自殺行為，會(huì)讓票房一落千丈。呂克貝松也十分驚奇地問(wèn)我：“你真想得罪你所有的觀眾嗎？”我笑著說(shuō)：“那就試一次吧?！?/p>

事實(shí)是，電影還沒(méi)有公開(kāi)放映，就受到了不少電影專家和媒體的關(guān)注，慢慢地，隨著《霍元甲》的再度追擊，大家也開(kāi)始知道：哦，原來(lái)李連杰并不是一個(gè)武打機(jī)器，他也是有自已的想法的；中華武術(shù)除了實(shí)用外，里面還有博大精深的東西?。?/p>

這就是我的目的。既要表達(dá)內(nèi)心、又要保證票房，的確是一件太困難的事，但我知道，困境總會(huì)過(guò)去，而經(jīng)歷困境的人，卻在這個(gè)過(guò)程中變得更樂(lè)觀、更有力量。

這位記者，采訪我之前肯定沒(méi)做過(guò)認(rèn)真的準(zhǔn)備。首先，我從來(lái)不是一帆風(fēng)順，我在朋友中有個(gè)外號(hào)，叫”死過(guò)一百次的生還者“。從小我父親就過(guò)世了，家境實(shí)在太差，只好加入武術(shù)隊(duì)，靠每個(gè)月微薄的補(bǔ)貼養(yǎng)活全家；11歲開(kāi)始我連續(xù)5次拿到全國(guó)武術(shù)比賽冠軍，18歲拍了《少林寺》一夜成名，但立馬，第二年我就摔斷了腿，差點(diǎn)成為廢人；好不容易等到《黃飛鴻》系列電影大賣，我的經(jīng)紀(jì)人又遭黑道槍殺，事業(yè)再次陷入低谷......這些都不說(shuō)，2004年印尼海嘯時(shí)，我差點(diǎn)妻離子散命喪異地，當(dāng)洪水就在你眼前肆虐時(shí)，那種內(nèi)心的驚恐與不舍，又有多少人面對(duì)過(guò)呢？

也可以理解，問(wèn)這個(gè)問(wèn)題的人估計(jì)從來(lái)都只是在電影中了解我，覺(jué)得我就是電影中那些硬漢，身懷絕技，從精神到肉體都是天生的強(qiáng)大．事實(shí)上，我只是一個(gè)血肉做成的普通人，甚至，我比很多人還脆弱，有一段時(shí)間，我天天想著出家當(dāng)和尚。

但是，少林寺的一位高僧卻不同意我這樣做，因?yàn)槌黾也⒉荒軓母旧辖鉀Q問(wèn)題佛家還講究入世修行呢！后來(lái)，我去好萊塢發(fā)展時(shí)，他要我記住一句話：一切困難都是為了幫自已變得更強(qiáng)大！

這話聽(tīng)起來(lái)實(shí)在不像是什么祝福。果然，到了好萊塢，事情并不順利，雖然臺(tái)灣老板楊登魁花了上億元幫我打造形象，創(chuàng)造機(jī)會(huì)，但傲慢的好萊塢并不肯接納我這個(gè)身高才170CM的華人。我忍著，直到一次在片場(chǎng)，導(dǎo)演把劇本摔到我臉上，冷冷地問(wèn)我：你是不是不懂英文，所以劇本沒(méi)看懂？

那個(gè)晚上，我打電話給那位高僧。他淡淡地說(shuō)：這些年你吃了不少苦頭，但回過(guò)頭來(lái)想一想，是現(xiàn)在的你強(qiáng)大，還是過(guò)去的你強(qiáng)大？我一愣，想著自已這半生的經(jīng)歷，的確，那些困難現(xiàn)在看起來(lái)都不值一提了，可當(dāng)時(shí)，又何嘗不是逼得自已無(wú)路可逃？可見(jiàn)，困難的確在讓我變得強(qiáng)大，至少，讓我的承受能力越來(lái)越強(qiáng)！

從那以后，我不再懼怕任何困境，對(duì)困境內(nèi)外甚至抱著一種“歡迎”的態(tài)度。朋友都說(shuō)我瘋魔了，但我心里知道，這不過(guò)是在困難中修煉自已。

拍攝《英雄》的那段時(shí)間，章子怡很是受非議，甚至在劇組中也被某些人孤立。在她身上我看到了剛出道的自已：沖動(dòng)、愛(ài)憎分明，心里有什么臉上從來(lái)藏不住......于是，我把自的體驗(yàn)告訴她，慢慢地，她也從流言中脫胎換骨，開(kāi)始表現(xiàn)出一個(gè)堅(jiān)強(qiáng)的章小妹。

這兩年，我對(duì)武術(shù)之道越來(lái)越有想法，很想和觀眾分享這種想法，于是，我請(qǐng)人編寫了宣揚(yáng)和平的電影《西藏武僧在紐約》。很多片商對(duì)名字很感興趣，但一看劇本就都不肯投資，因?yàn)槔锩娴奈浯驁?chǎng)面太少了，不夠商業(yè)化。到哪里去找投資商？每晚這個(gè)問(wèn)題都折磨得我無(wú)法入睡，實(shí)在沒(méi)辦法了，我找到法國(guó)的著名導(dǎo)演呂克貝松，想自掏腰包自已拍。拍完后，我看電影前90分鐘十分精彩脫俗，但后30分鐘就落入了武打片的俗套，就要求改結(jié)尾，別人都覺(jué)得我瘋了，改結(jié)尾是自殺行為，會(huì)讓票房一落千丈。呂克貝松也十分驚奇地問(wèn)我：“你真想得罪你所有的觀眾嗎？”我笑著說(shuō)：“那就試一次吧?！?/p>

事實(shí)是，電影還沒(méi)有公開(kāi)放映，就受到了不少電影專家和媒體的關(guān)注，慢慢地，隨著《霍元甲》的再度追擊，大家也開(kāi)始知道：哦，原來(lái)李連杰并不是一個(gè)武打機(jī)器，他也是有自已的想法的；中華武術(shù)除了實(shí)用外，里面還有博大精深的東西?。?/p>

這就是我的目的。既要表達(dá)內(nèi)心、又要保證票房，的確是一件太困難的事，但我知道，困境總會(huì)過(guò)去，而經(jīng)歷困境的人，卻在這個(gè)過(guò)程中變得更樂(lè)觀、更有力量。
