Generaldescription印尼PLTU1INDRAMAYU3×330MW燃煤電站項目鍋爐為北京巴布科克·威爾科克斯有限公司生產(chǎn)的B&WB-1050/18.44-M型亞臨界壓力、一次中間再熱、自然循環(huán)、單爐膛、平衡通風(fēng)、前后墻對沖燃燒、固態(tài)排渣、露天布置、全鋼架全懸吊結(jié)構(gòu)的燃煤鍋爐。設(shè)計用煤為印尼褐煤,點(diǎn)火、助燃用油為HSD油。TheB&WB-1050/18.44-Mcoal-firedboiler,whichisprovidedbyBabcock&WilcoxCompany,isdesignedinthisway:itisofsub-criticalpressure,primaryintermediatereheating,naturalcirculation,singlefurnace,balancedventilation,crossfiringbetweenthefrontandrearwall,solidslagdischarge,outdoorlayoutcoal-firedboiler,withawholesteelframework.ThedesignedcoalisligniteandHSDoilisusedforignitionandcombustionsupport.鍋爐采用美國B&W公司RBC自然循環(huán)燃煤鍋爐的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)布置。系單爐膛、平衡通風(fēng),固態(tài)排渣全懸吊結(jié)構(gòu),尾部分煙道倒L型布置。汽包中心線標(biāo)高68.6m,水冷壁下聯(lián)箱標(biāo)高6.5m。爐膛由膜式水冷壁構(gòu)成,爐膛斷面尺寸為15600×12900mm,高58000mm(由前后水冷壁下集箱到頂棚)。爐膛上部布置屏式過熱器,爐膛折焰角上方有二級高溫過熱器,在水平煙道處布置了垂直再熱器,尾部豎井由隔墻分成前后兩個煙道,前部布置水平再熱器,后部為一級過熱器和省煤器。在分煙道底部設(shè)置了煙氣調(diào)節(jié)擋板裝置,用來分流煙氣量,以保持控制負(fù)荷范圍內(nèi)的再熱蒸汽出口溫度。煙氣通過調(diào)節(jié)擋板后又匯集在一起經(jīng)兩個尾部煙道引入左右各一的回轉(zhuǎn)式空氣預(yù)熱器。TheboileradoptsthestandardarrangementofRBCnaturalcirculationcoal-firedboilerfromB&WCompany.Thearrangementgoesinwayofsinglefurnace,balancedventilation,suspendedstructureforsolidslagdischargingandГ-shapedbackpass.Thecentrallineofthesteamdrumhasanelevationof6.5m.Inaddition,thefurnaceiscomposedofdiaphragmwaterwallwithacrosssectionof15600×12900mmandaheightof58000mm(fromthelowerheadersoffrontandrearwaterwallstotheceiling).OntopofthefurnaceisaplatensuperheaterandthesecondaryHTsuperheaterisinstalledrightabovethefurnacearchnose.Averticalreheaterisinstalledinthehorizontalbackpasswhiletheverticalbypassisdividedbyanisolativewallintothefrontbackpasswhereaverticalreheaterisavailableandtherearbackpasswheretheprimaryreheaterandeconomizerareinstalled.Afluegasdamperisavailableatthebottomofthebackpasstoshuntthefluegassoastomaintaintheoutlettemperatureofthereheatedsteaminthecontrolledscope.Finally,thefluegasmergesthroughtheregulativedamperandisintroducedvia2backpassesintotheleftrotaryairpreheaterandtherightone.為了使鍋爐運(yùn)行時能按預(yù)定的三向膨脹位移運(yùn)動,設(shè)有固定的膨脹中心,其位置是左右方向處于對稱中心上,前后位置為后水冷壁中心線向前1987.5mm,其軸線與頂護(hù)板下沿交合處即為膨脹中心,標(biāo)高69.909m,設(shè)定的膨脹中心是通過整個吊桿和剛性梁以及止晃裝置等結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計來實現(xiàn)的。Afixedexpansioncenterissettoensuretheboilercanexpandalongthepreset3-directionexpansiondisplacementduringoperationbutthepositionisthatitisatthesymmetriccenteralongtheleftandrightbutthelocationalongthefrontandrearis1987.5mminfrontofthewaterwallcentralline.Theaxiallinecrossesthetopprotectiveplatetoformtheexpansioncenterwithanelevationof69.909m.Thisexpansioncenterisactualizedbythestructuresdesignofthewholesuspendingrod,therigidbeamaswellastheshakepreventingdevice.過熱蒸汽主要采用二級噴水減溫方式調(diào)溫,燃燒調(diào)節(jié)為輔。正常工況下以一級減溫器作為主調(diào),二級減溫器作為微調(diào)或調(diào)左右側(cè)汽溫偏差。再熱蒸汽主要采用煙道分隔煙道擋板進(jìn)行調(diào)溫,并設(shè)有事故噴水減溫。Thesuperheatedsteamisattemperatedbymeansoftwo-stagespraywaterasthemainwayandcombustionregulationasassistance.Theprimaryattemperatorisusedasthemaindeviceandthesecondaryattemperatorisusedtoslightlyregulateornormallyregulatethedifferentialtemperatureontheleftandrightside.Thereheatedsteamisattemperatedbythefluegasdamperasthemainmethodandaccidentalspraywaterattemperationisavailable.汽水流程見圖1-1所示。來自高加的給水首先進(jìn)入省煤器進(jìn)口集箱,然后經(jīng)過省煤器管組和懸吊管進(jìn)入省煤器出口集箱。水從省煤器出口集箱經(jīng)兩根給水管被引入鍋筒,再由四根下降管引入位于爐膛下部的水冷壁下集箱,然后沿爐膛向上在水冷壁中吸熱變成汽水混合物進(jìn)入水冷壁上集箱。進(jìn)入水冷壁上集箱的汽水混合物由水冷壁引出管再引入鍋筒,被鍋筒內(nèi)的分離器分離出的水與給水混合后經(jīng)下降管再進(jìn)入爐膛水冷壁形成水循環(huán)。而被分離出的飽和蒸汽則被引入鍋爐頂棚管及尾部包墻,然后依次流經(jīng)一級過熱器、屏式過熱器、二級過熱器進(jìn)口及出口管組進(jìn)入二過出口集箱,最后由主汽管道引出進(jìn)入汽機(jī)高壓缸。各級過熱器之間共設(shè)兩級減溫器來保證在所有負(fù)荷變化范圍內(nèi)對過熱汽溫的嚴(yán)格控制。Thesteam-waterflowisshowninFigure1-1.ThefeedwaterfromtheHPheaterenterstheeconomizerinletheaderbeforeitflowsviatheeconomizerpipeunitandthesuspendingpipeintotheeconomizeroutletheader.Next,waterisbroughtintotheboilercylinderthrough2feedwaterpipesfromtheoutletheader.Then,thewaterisledintothelowerheaderofthewaterwallthrough4downcomers.Waterabsorbsheatfromthefurnacetoturnintosteam-watermixturewhichwillsubsequentlyentertheupperheaderofwaterwall.Then,themixtureintheupperheaderwillbeintroducedintotheboilercylinderbythewaterwalloutletpipe.Thewaterseparatedoutofthemixtureintheboilercylinder,togetherwiththefeedwater,willthenenterthewaterwallviathedowncomers.Thus,watercirculationisformed.Andthesteamseparatedoutisledintotheboilerceilingpipesandtheenclosureonthetail.Next,thesteamwillflowsequentiallythroughtheprimarysuperheater,theplatensuperheater,secondarysuperheateraswellastheoutletpipesunittoeventuallygetintotheoutletheaderofsecondarysuperheater.Finally,thesteamtakesitsentranceintotheHPcasingofthesteamturbinethroughthemainsteampipe.Twostagesofattemperatorsaredesignedbetweensuperheaterstoguaranteestrictcontrolupontemperatureofsuperheatersteamwithintheloadvariationscope.來自汽機(jī)高壓缸的排汽經(jīng)低溫再熱器水平管組進(jìn)入高溫再熱器管組,最后經(jīng)連接管道進(jìn)入汽機(jī)中壓缸。TheexhaustedsteamfromtheHPcasingenterstheHTreheaterpipesunitviathehorizontalreheaterpipesunitandgoesintotheIPcasingviatheconnectivepipe. SINOMACH–CNEEC–PENTAJOINTOPERATION SINOMACH–CNEEC–PENTAJOINTOPERATION來自送風(fēng)機(jī)的二次風(fēng)被送入三分倉式回轉(zhuǎn)式空氣預(yù)熱器,加熱后經(jīng)風(fēng)道進(jìn)入設(shè)置在爐膛前后墻的分隔風(fēng)箱內(nèi),通過燃燒器送入爐膛。來自一次風(fēng)機(jī)的氣流被分為兩部分,一部分經(jīng)空氣預(yù)熱器加熱后成為熱一次風(fēng),另一部分作為調(diào)溫風(fēng)(調(diào)溫風(fēng)用于控制磨煤機(jī)的出口溫度)與熱一次風(fēng)混合后進(jìn)入磨煤機(jī),從磨煤機(jī)出來的風(fēng)粉混合氣流經(jīng)煤粉管道和燃燒器噴入爐膛,煤粉在爐膛內(nèi)燃燒放熱并形成熱煙氣。從爐膛出來的熱煙氣依次流經(jīng)屏式過熱器和布置在水平煙道內(nèi)的高溫過熱器和高溫再熱器,之后,煙氣轉(zhuǎn)而向下進(jìn)入尾部豎井的前后兩個平行煙道,分別流經(jīng)低溫再熱器和一級過熱器與省煤器,最后經(jīng)兩個尾部煙道引入左右各一的回轉(zhuǎn)式空氣預(yù)熱器后離開鍋爐。煙風(fēng)流程見圖1-2所示。ThesecondaryairfromtheFDfanisintroducedintothetri-sectionrotaryairpreheaterwheretheairisheatedandflowstotheseparationbellowsandfinallyledintothefurnaceviatheburner.Thedraughtfromtheprimaryairfansisdividedinto2parts.Onebecomesthehotprimaryairafterbeingheatedbytheairpreheater.Theotherisusedastheattemperatingair(usedtocontroltheoutlettemperatureofcoalpulverizer)whichismixedwiththehotprimaryairbeforeenteringthecoalpulverizer.Then,themixeddraughtofairandpulverizedcoalfromthepulverizerissprayedintothefurnacethroughthepulverizedcoalpipeandtheburner.Therefore,thecoalcanbeburnedinthefurnacetoradiateheatandproducehotfluegaswhichflowsinturnthroughtheplatensuperheateraswellastheHTsuperheaterandHTreheaterwhichareplacedinthehorizontalfluegasduct.Afterthis,thefluegasturnsintothe2parallelsectionsofthebackpasstorespectivelyflowthroughtheLTreheater,primarysuperheaterandeconomizer.Atlast,thegaswillflowoutoftheboilerafteritisintroducedintotheleftrotarytypeairpreheaterandtherightoneviatwobackpasssections.ThefluegasflowisshowninFigure1-2. SINOMACH–CNEEC–PENTAJOINTOPERATION SINOMACH–CNEEC–PENTAJOINTOPERATION燃燒器采用前后墻對沖布置帶有隔倉式大風(fēng)箱的DRB-XCL(DualRegisterBurner-AxialControlLowNox)型燃燒器。共24只燃燒器,前后墻各12只,分三層對稱布置在鍋爐的前后墻,前、后墻每層各4只燃燒器,每層4只燃燒器配一臺磨煤機(jī)。每只燃燒器均配備一套高能點(diǎn)火裝置,可對各燃燒器實現(xiàn)自動點(diǎn)火。每套高能點(diǎn)火裝置上均裝有一支點(diǎn)火油槍,可用來點(diǎn)火、暖爐、升壓及引燃和穩(wěn)燃所屬的煤粉燃燒器。油燃燒器的總輸入熱量為20%B—MCR,油噴嘴采用簡單機(jī)械霧化方式。TheboileradoptstheDRB-XCL(DualRegisterBurner-AxialControlLowNOx)cross-firingburnerwithsectionalbigbellows.Totally24burnersareavailablehalfofwhichareinstalledonthefrontwallandtheotherhalfontherearwallas3pairsofrowseachofwhichinclude4burnersforonepulverizer.Eachburnerisequippedwithonesetofhigh-energyignitiondevicewhichcanautomaticallyigniteeachburner.Eachignitiondeviceisinstalledwithoneoilgunthatcanbeusedforignition,boilerwarmingup,pressureraising,combustiontriggeringandstabilizethehostburner.Thetotalheatinputfortheoilburneris20%B—MCRandtheoilnozzleisofthestructureofsimplemechanicalatomization.吹灰裝置采用蒸汽吹灰器,布置在爐膛內(nèi)及對流受熱面區(qū)域(包括空預(yù)器),共146臺。吹灰采用程序控制。Totally146steamsootblowersareadoptedwhichareinstalledinthefurnaceandintheconvectiveheatingsurfacearea(involvingtheairpreheater).Moreover,thesootblowingprocedureiscontrolledbyprogram.制粉系統(tǒng)采用中速磨冷一次風(fēng)正壓直吹式系統(tǒng),每臺鍋爐配有六臺ZGM113N型磨煤機(jī),MCR工況下5套運(yùn)行,1套備用。Coalpulverizationsystemadoptsmedium-speedpositive-pressuredirect-blowingwithprimarycoolairfan.Eachboilerisequippedwith6ZG113Ncoalpulverizersand5ofthenareinoperationwithoneasspareunderMCRworkingcondition.除渣裝置采用風(fēng)冷除渣機(jī)、碎渣機(jī)及斗式提升機(jī)等設(shè)備送至渣庫,渣庫中的干渣經(jīng)拌濕或干排由汽車運(yùn)走。Theslagsaretransportedwiththeair-coolingslagremover,slagcrusherandbucketelevatortotheslagbunkerwherethedryslagsarehumidifiedwhileblendingandtransportedawaywithtrucksorjustthedryslagsaretransportedbytrucks.除灰系統(tǒng)設(shè)置兩臺雙室四電場干式靜電除塵器,采用濃相微正壓氣力輸送的自動控制系統(tǒng)。Theashhandlingsystemhas2setsofdual-chamber4-fielddry-typeESPswhichusethedenseregionmarginal-pressurepneumatic-conveyingautomaticcontrolsystem.三臺鍋爐共設(shè)一個高度為215m的煙囪。The3boilersshareonechimneyof215m.1.1.3.2
