Design分區(qū)和分分城市村建議方案尋求整合周邊區(qū)域,并且強化CBD總體規(guī)劃中的既定目標。寫字樓、酒店和服務(wù)公寓沿路分布,并構(gòu)成為“東方舞龍”群的進一步延伸。零售和公共設(shè)施面向路、地鐵站和地鐵通道定位。對住宅區(qū)進行整合,使其形成總體規(guī)劃中的“四個住宅拐角”的其中之一。通過零售與住宅的適宜而合理的交疊,構(gòu)建真正的綜合性環(huán)境。分本項目目前被劃分為兩個分期一期工程為3年-搬遷現(xiàn)有居民和零售租戶,并重新建設(shè)其設(shè)施二期工程為2年-完成附加的零售建筑共計5將住宅區(qū)和垂直型商廈統(tǒng)合起來,允許其在一期工程中建設(shè)ZoningandPhasingTheproposedurbanvillageseekstointegratewiththesurroundingareasandreinforcetheernmentobjectivesestablishedintheShenzhenCBDMasterPlan.Office,hoandserviceapartmentsarelocatedalongJinTianLutoextendthelineoftowersknownastheEasternDancingDragon.RetailandpublicfacilitiesareorientedtoFuHuaLu,themetrostationsandthesubwaylink.Residentialareasareconsolidatedtocompleteoneofthe“fourresidentialcorners”ofthemasterplan.Appropriatelandusessuchasretailandresidentialoverlap,wherecomplimentary,toproduceatruemixeduseenvironment.Theprojectiscurrentlydividedintotwo3yearsforPhase1-relocateexistingresidentsandretailtenantsandreplacetheirfacilities.2yearsforPhase2-completetheadditionalretaildevelopment5yearsintotalResidentialareasandtheverticalmallareconsolidatedtopermitconstructionduringPhase1.Functionssuchastheoffice,hoandservicedapartmentsareondiscreteparcelsofland,ensuring
