河北省智障學(xué)生職業(yè)教育開展問題調(diào)研,職業(yè)教育論文本篇論文目錄導(dǎo)航：【題目】河北省智障學(xué)生職業(yè)教育開展問題調(diào)研【第一章】【2.12.2】【2.3】【2.42.5】【第三章】【結(jié)束語/以下為參考文獻】摘要殘疾人職業(yè)教育作為職業(yè)教育體系當中的一個重要組成部分，對促進社會和和諧教育公平發(fā)展有著重要意義。在河北省高達7.23%殘障率的人口當中，智力障礙成為這個弱勢群體當中的主要人群。這一現(xiàn)象在承當著三類殘疾兒童教育任務(wù)的各特殊教育學(xué)校在校生中尤為突出。因而，調(diào)查了解河北省智障學(xué)生職業(yè)教育情況，對促進殘疾人職業(yè)教育發(fā)展，完成河北省特殊教育提升計劃有著重要意義，不僅如此，發(fā)展智障學(xué)生職業(yè)教育的意義還在于為國家分憂，為家庭減負，通過了解省內(nèi)發(fā)展情況，探尋一條合適智障學(xué)生發(fā)展的職業(yè)教育之路，讓智障學(xué)生能夠成為自食其力的社會勞動者。由于這一特殊性，使得發(fā)展智障學(xué)生職業(yè)教育有著比普通職業(yè)教育更深的社會意義和價值。本文基于調(diào)查研究的方式方法，在對河北省智障學(xué)生職業(yè)教育現(xiàn)在狀況及存在問題分析的基礎(chǔ)上，從制度建設(shè)、師資培訓(xùn)、老師專業(yè)水平與學(xué)歷層次發(fā)展、課程設(shè)置、教學(xué)資料建設(shè)、教學(xué)方式、場所與校外基地建設(shè)、市場開拓、組織管理與理念更新等方面給河北省智障學(xué)生職業(yè)教育發(fā)展以合理建議。以期研究成果對促進河北省智障學(xué)生職業(yè)教育發(fā)展，提高智障學(xué)生實踐生活能力和生活水平，對促進社會保障體系的完好和社會家庭的健康和諧發(fā)展有著推動作用。力求在促進智障學(xué)生職業(yè)教育上能把教學(xué)與實踐嚴密結(jié)合，注重加強智障學(xué)生的職業(yè)測評和心理健康教育，讓學(xué)生能充分認識到自個氣力，進而消除自卑感和依靠性。同時努力加快社會就業(yè)保障體系的建設(shè)，使智障人群盡快成為社會勞動者中的一員。論文主要分三部分：第一部分引言，闡述了研究的原因，闡述了選擇本課題的研究意義、目的與方式方法，在對國內(nèi)外的相關(guān)文獻資料作總結(jié)綜述的基礎(chǔ)上，從比擬的角度對我們國家智障學(xué)生職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展中的缺乏及在國外相關(guān)研究中得到的啟示作了概述。對研究中牽涉的相關(guān)概念與問題做了講明。第二部分首先扼要闡述了對河北省智障學(xué)生職業(yè)教育發(fā)展調(diào)查的經(jīng)過，然后對調(diào)查當中的師資情況，學(xué)生情況，職業(yè)教育開展形式情況，課程設(shè)置與教學(xué)情況，實習(xí)基地及場所建設(shè)情況，經(jīng)費保障以及畢業(yè)生走向與就業(yè)情況等方面的調(diào)查結(jié)果作了統(tǒng)計分析，并且還就沒有能開設(shè)智障學(xué)生職業(yè)教育的學(xué)校作了原因分析。最后通過對河北省智障學(xué)生職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的詳細情況的調(diào)查，從觀念與辦學(xué)功能、政策導(dǎo)向與管理職能、師資來源與培訓(xùn)形式、合適崗位與匹配性研究等方面分析出三個較為突出的問題及成因：第一，缺乏整體規(guī)劃，職業(yè)教育理念滯后辦學(xué)功能得不到提升；第二，師資來源與培養(yǎng)、培訓(xùn)形式單一，教學(xué)手段落后，教學(xué)資料建設(shè)與基地場所設(shè)備設(shè)施落后，教育投入缺乏；第三智障學(xué)生職業(yè)教育社會保障體系不夠完好。第三部分主要針對前述的問題和成因，為加快智障學(xué)生職業(yè)教育發(fā)展和改革，結(jié)合國外的發(fā)展經(jīng)歷體驗和研究成果著重從確立發(fā)展方向，構(gòu)建合理智障學(xué)生職業(yè)教育康復(fù)體系，幫助智障學(xué)生獲得適當職業(yè)崗位，加大投資力度，加強課程改革和教學(xué)資料研發(fā)以及師資隊伍建設(shè)和社會就業(yè)保障體系等方面提出了建設(shè)性的意見。文章旨在對構(gòu)建智障學(xué)生職業(yè)評估，崗位評定，傾向測評，能力評定，職業(yè)訓(xùn)練，就業(yè)指導(dǎo)和咨詢等綜合職業(yè)康復(fù)體系起到啟示作用，以為政策法規(guī)的制定提供參考，為豐富職業(yè)教育基本理論和推進職業(yè)教育事業(yè)發(fā)展，最終為智障學(xué)生能盡早擺脫對社會和家庭的依靠，早日回歸社會主流做出奉獻。本文關(guān)鍵詞語：智障學(xué)生職業(yè)教育發(fā)展現(xiàn)在狀況河北省AbstractAsanimportantcomponentofvocationaleducationsystem,vocationaleducationforpeoplewithdisabilitiesplaysanimportantroleinpromotingsocialharmonyandfairaccesstoeducation.ThedisabledinHebeiprovincecomposedmainlyofpeoplewithmentalretardation.Itisverycommoninspecialeducationschoolforchildrenwithhearingdisability,visualdisabilityandintellectualdisabilities.Therefore,thestudyofvocationaleducationforthementallyretardedstudentsinHebeiProvinceplaysanimportantroleinpromotingthehealthydevelopmentofvocationaleducationforthedisabled.Inaddition,promotingvocationaleducationformentallyretardedstudentscanreduceburdenuponcountryandalleviatetheburdenoffarmers.ThroughthedetailedanalysisoftheeducationofstudentswithdisabilitiesinHebei,thispaperattemptstofindakindofvocationaleducationthatsuitsthestudentswithwithmentalretardationwhichhelpthemlivebytheirownlabour.Therefore,promotingvocationaleducationforthedisabledisofgreatinsignificance.OnthebasisofthesurveyandstudyonpresentsituationandexistingproblemsinthevocationaleducationofstudentswithmentalretardationinHebeiProvince,theauthortriestoofferssomereasonablesuggestionsonteacherstraining,syllabusdesigning,educationalreformandmanagement.ItishopedthattheresearchresultswillpromotethedevelopmentofvocationaleducationofstudentswithmentalretardationinHebei,helpthemraiselivingstandard,strengthensocialsecurityandpromotesocialharmony.Thisthesiscontainsthreeparts.ThefirstpartistheIntroduction,whichservesasanintroductiontothegeneralideas.Itillustratesthebackground.methods,purposes,andsignificanceofthestudy,providingfoundationforthetopicofthispaper.ThesecondpartfirstlyintroducestheinvestigationprocessinthedevelopmentofvocationaleducationforstudentswithintellectualdisabilitiesinHebeiProvince.Secondly,wemakeanin-depthanalysesoftheranksofteachers,students,educationmodel,teaching,syllabusdesigning,placeofworkfortrainingstudentsinpracticalskills,budgetforeducation,careermoveandemployment.Lastly,inthelightofguidingprinciplesforrunningaschool,theguidanceofpolicy,thefunctionsofmanagementandthequalityofstaff,theauthorfindsthreeproblemsindevelopmentofvocationaleducationforstudentswithmentalretardationinHebeiandreasonsbehindthem:first,thereisnotanoverallplanandtheideaofeducationislaggingbehind;second,themethodsofteachertrainingandteachingequipmentareoutdatedandsimplistic,andeducationalexpenditureisinsufficient;third,thereisnotasoundsocialsecurity.Thethirdpartoffersconstructivesuggestionsinacceleratingthedevelopmentofvocationaleducationforstudentswithmentalretardation,buildingamodernrehabilitationsystem,helpingthestudentsfindasuitablework,increasinginvestmentandsupportforcoursereformandteachingmaterialdevelopment.Inthetheconclusion,theauthorsummarizeswhatisadvisableandwhatisdeficientinthestudy,andmanagestopointoutchallengesanddirectionsoffuturestudyofvocat
