designdrawingandthere’snoneedtomakeslopeinthepipeways14tructuralconcrete.6.2管溝墊層混凝土采用C25砼，對于超挖部位需采用替代混凝土澆筑，替代混凝土較厚的部位需分層澆筑，分層厚度為40cm。6.2TheC25concreteshallbeappliedtothepipewaybeddingconcrete.Thepartwhichisover-excavatedshallplacedwithconstituteconcrete.Iftheconstituteconcreteisthick,itshallbeplacedlayerbylayerandeachlayeris40cminthickness.6.3墊層及替代混凝土根據(jù)現(xiàn)場情況可采用泵車或地泵由一端向另一端逐漸推進(jìn)澆筑。6.3Accordingtothesitecondition,thebeddingandconstituteconcreteshallbeplacedgraduallybypumptruckorfloortypepumpfromoneendtoanother.6.4混凝土振搗參見《砼振搗》工作程序。6.4RefertoWorkProcedureofConcreteVibrationforvibrationmethod.6.5墊層及替代混凝土澆筑后應(yīng)進(jìn)行澆水養(yǎng)護(hù)。6.5Afterplacing,thebeddingconcreteandconstituteconcreteshallbesprayedwithwaterforcuring.7、腳手架工程7、ScaffoldWork7.1腳手架的搭設(shè)7.1InstallationofScaffold7.1.1HGU48×3.50.9m，縱距1.5m300mm,其它步距為1800mm4塊20015寬木跳板，內(nèi)立桿離廊道邊距離400mm。7.1.1Outsidethepipeway,thedouble-rowscaffoldiscoupler-styleandmadeofF48x3.5steeltubes.Thetransversalspacingofverticalpolesis0.9m,thelongitudinalspacingis1.5m.Thedistancebetweenbottompoleandfloorshallbe300mmandspacingofotherhorizontalpolesshallbe1800mm.Theworkingplatformshallbecoveredwith4woodenputlogswhichis200inwidth.Thedistancebetweeninternalverticalpoleandtrenchedgeshallbe400mm.7.1.2HGU人員及小型機(jī)具、材料的運(yùn)送。7.1.2SincetheHGUpipewayisconstructedsectionbysection,constructionpassageshallbesetatthetopforconstructioncrew,smallequipment&machineryandtransportationofmaterialsduringtheconstructionofeachsection.7.1.3根據(jù)側(cè)壁高度，外架在頂端和其他相應(yīng)位置應(yīng)挑出水平桿用于固定側(cè)壁豎筋。7.1.3Accordingtotheheightofthesidewall,horizontalpolesofexternalscaffoldshallbeusedtofixthesidewallverticalrebarsatthetopandothercorrespondingpositions.7.1.4立桿的接長均采用對接扣件，立桿的對接扣件應(yīng)交錯布置，兩根相鄰立桿16的接頭不應(yīng)設(shè)置在同步內(nèi)。7.1.4Couplersshallbeappliedtoconnectuprightpipes.Couplerslayoutofdifferentverticalpolesshallbestaggered.Thecouplersoftwoneighboringuprightpolesshallnotbearrangedinthesamehorizentalspan.7.1.5同步內(nèi)隔一根立桿的兩個相隔接頭在高度方向錯開的距不宜小于500mm，各接頭中心至主節(jié)點的距離不宜大于步距的1/3，嚴(yán)禁采用搭接。7.1.5Thedistancebetweenthetwoapartedcouplersoftheverticalpoleandthenext2neighboringpolesshallbelongerthan500mm.Thedistancebetweenthecenterofeachjointandnearestmajorjointshallnotbelongerthan1/3ofthedrawingpace.Overlappingisforbidden.7.1.624設(shè)置一道剪刀撐，并應(yīng)由底部至頂端連續(xù)設(shè)置，兩組間隔距離不得大于15米，每道剪刀撐寬度不應(yīng)小于4跨，斜桿與地面的傾角宜在45°~60°之間。7.1.6Accordingtothescaffoldinstallationregulation,forthescaffoldwhichislowerthan24m,astruttingshallbesetatbothendsofthefa?aderespectively.Thestruttingshallbesetcontinuouslyfrombottomtotopandthedistancebetweeneachgrouppfstruttingsshallnotbelongerthan15m.Thewidthofeachstruttingshallnotbelessthan4spans.Theanglebetweenobliquepoleandthefloorshallbetween45°to60°.7.1.71m2個旋轉(zhuǎn)扣件固定，端部扣件蓋板的邊緣至桿端不應(yīng)小于100mm。7.1.7Overlapconnectionshallbeappliedintheextensionofstruttingandtheov17erlaplengthshallbelongerthanorequalto1m.Atleasttworotatingcouplersshallbeapllied.Thedistancebetweencoverofthetoppestcouplertothetopofofthepoleshallnotbeshorterthan100mm.7.1.8腳手架搭設(shè)規(guī)范規(guī)定，當(dāng)架高≤20m時，不小于40m2一個連墻點，且連墻點的豎向間距應(yīng)≤6m。7.1.8Accordingtothescaffoldinstallationregulation,whenthescaffoldisnothigherthan20m,atleastoneconnectionpointtothewallshallbearrangedevery40m2andthespacingbetweentheverticalpointstothewallshallnotbelongerthan6m.7.2腳手架的使用7.2UtilizationofScaffold7.2.1腳手架應(yīng)在安全部門驗收合格后才可投入使用或繼續(xù)使用。7.2.1Thescaffoldonlyshallbeputintouseorreuseafterpassesthequalityacceptanceofsafetydepartment.7.2.2作業(yè)人員在架上的最大作業(yè)高度應(yīng)以可進(jìn)行正常操作為度，禁止在架板上加墊器物或單塊腳手板以增加操作高度。7.2.2Themaximumoperationheightfortheoperatorsonthescaffoldisdefinedundernormaloperation.Itisforbiddentoputriserblockorsinglescaffoldboardonthewoodenputlogtoincreaseoperationheight.7.2.3在作業(yè)中，禁止隨意拆除腳手架的基本構(gòu)架桿件、整體性桿件、連接緊固18件和連墻件。確因操作要求需要臨時拆除時，必須經(jīng)主管人員同意，采取相應(yīng)彌補(bǔ)措施，并在作業(yè)完畢后，及時予以恢復(fù)。7.2.3Itisforbiddentoremoveverticalpoles,horizontalpoles,couplersandpolesconnectingthewallatrandom.Ifitisnecessarytoremovethosepolestemporarily,itshallbepermittedbypeopleinchargeandcorrespondingremedialmeasuresshallbetaken.Afterrelevantoperation,itshallberestored.7.2.4工人在架上作業(yè)中，應(yīng)注意自我安全保護(hù)和他人的安全，避免發(fā)生碰撞、閃失和落物。嚴(yán)禁在架上戲鬧和坐在欄桿上等不安全處休息。7.2.4Workersoperatingonthescaffoldshallpaygreatattentiontothesafetyoftheirownaswellasotherpeopletopreventcollisionandfallingobject.Itisforbiddentoplayorrestonthescaffold.7.2.5人員上下腳手架必須走設(shè)安全防護(hù)的出入通道，嚴(yán)禁攀援腳手架上下。7.2.5Workersshallgettothescaffoldthroughsafe-guardedpassages.Itisforbiddentoclimbthescaffold.7.2.6在施工過程中應(yīng)避免損壞，污染架管、扣件等，若有損壞應(yīng)及時回收，更換。7.2.6Duringtheconstructionprocess,itshallbeavoidedtodamageorcontamina19tethesteeltubesandcouplers.Ifthere’sanydamage,theyshallberecycledandchanged.7.3腳手架的拆除7.3RemovalofScaffold7.3.1先從鋼管腳手架頂端拆起。7.3.1Itshallberemovedfromthetopofsteel-tubescaffold.7.3.2拆除時一層為一個流水段，周圍設(shè)置護(hù)欄或警戒標(biāo)志，設(shè)專人指揮，嚴(yán)禁原則依次進(jìn)行，嚴(yán)禁上下同時作業(yè)。7.3.2Thescaffoldshallberemovedlayerbylayer.Theremovalshallbedirectedbyspecialpersonanda
