環(huán)境污染會(huì)給生態(tài)系統(tǒng)造成直接的破壞和影響，如沙漠化、森林破壞、也會(huì)給生態(tài)系統(tǒng)和人類社會(huì)造成間接的危害，有時(shí)這種間接的環(huán)境效應(yīng)的危害比當(dāng)時(shí)造成的直接危害更大，也更難消釋。例如，溫室效應(yīng)、酸雨、和臭氧層破壞就是由大氣污染衍生出的環(huán)境效應(yīng)。這種由環(huán)境污染衍生的環(huán)境效應(yīng)具有滯后性，往往在污染發(fā)生的當(dāng)時(shí)不易被覺察或預(yù)料到，然而一旦發(fā)生就表示環(huán)境污染已經(jīng)進(jìn)展到相當(dāng)嚴(yán)重的地步。當(dāng)然，環(huán)境污染的最直接、最輕易被人所感受的后果是使人類環(huán)境的質(zhì)量下降，影響人類的生活質(zhì)量、身體健康和生產(chǎn)活動(dòng)。例如城市的空氣污染造成空氣污濁，人們的發(fā)病率上升等等;水污染使水環(huán)境質(zhì)量惡化，飲用水源的質(zhì)量普遍下降，要挾人的身體健康等。嚴(yán)重的污染事情不僅帶來健康問題，也造成社會(huì)問題。隨著污染的加劇和人們環(huán)境意識(shí)的提高，由于污染引起的人群糾紛和沖突逐年增加。

Wemustfacethesituationthatexistsandtakeactionstosolveourenvironmentalproblems.Forinstance,newlawsmustbepassedtoplacestrictcontroloverindustrialpollution,thepublicmustreceivetheeducationaboutthehazardofpollutionandsoon.Wehopethatallthesemeasureswillbeeffectiveandbringbackahealthfulenvironment.

全世界的環(huán)境問題在變得越來越嚴(yán)重。隨著工農(nóng)業(yè)的進(jìn)展，汽車制造噪音、排放毒氣，山上的樹木被砍伐，污水不斷被排入河里。另外，無論我們走到哪里，四處可見肆意丟棄的垃圾。整個(gè)地球生態(tài)平衡正在變更，環(huán)境的巨大破壞已帶來負(fù)面影響，甚至對(duì)人類生存帶來巨大要挾。

我們務(wù)必面對(duì)現(xiàn)實(shí)，采取行動(dòng)解決環(huán)境問題。例如務(wù)必通過新的法律嚴(yán)格操縱工業(yè)污染問題，群眾務(wù)必采納污染危害的教導(dǎo)等。我們夢(mèng)想這些措施的有效實(shí)施能帶給我們一個(gè)健康的環(huán)境。

人生活在地球上，要生存，要進(jìn)展，首先就得靠地球，靠有山有水，有森林有草原的大自然。可是有人誤以為大自然是取之不盡，用之不竭的寶庫，于是毀林而種，竭澤而漁，連連受到自然的處治而不自知。年復(fù)一年，森林變成了荒丘，綠洲淪為沙漠，致使世界上每年有20xx公頃農(nóng)田被沙漠吞噬。這樣下去經(jīng)過若干年，地球上的綠地將全部被沙漠侵占，我們的子孫將無法生存!前些年，農(nóng)村包產(chǎn)到戶后，哄砍山林成風(fēng)，我國務(wù)川縣一個(gè)鄉(xiāng)的近20xx畝杉木林，在一周之內(nèi)被砍為平地。聽到這個(gè)消息，我頭疼，我憤怒，這樣做的農(nóng)人太愚昧，太自私。還有好多正在干著類似務(wù)川的貽害子孫的事情：任滾滾濃煙迷漫天空，讓高分貝的噪音刺激人的神經(jīng)。

對(duì)此，我們理應(yīng)深思?，F(xiàn)代化社會(huì)使我們生活得更美好，現(xiàn)代科學(xué)也已充分透露了環(huán)境養(yǎng)護(hù)的重要性。每個(gè)正直的公民，都應(yīng)具備這樣的歷史眼光和憂患意識(shí)：要把我國建成一個(gè)夢(mèng)想的現(xiàn)代化強(qiáng)國，務(wù)必做到進(jìn)展經(jīng)濟(jì)與養(yǎng)護(hù)環(huán)境同步，實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)展效益與社會(huì)效益的統(tǒng)一。

事實(shí)也是這樣，幾年前，大連污染嚴(yán)重，經(jīng)過一系列的養(yǎng)護(hù)措施后，不僅使市容面目美觀了，還帶來了良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益，外商投資，中外合作等等，因此讓大連成為現(xiàn)代化的大都市。
