Thepropertyandtasksofthecourse

Theprogressofmedicalbioengineeringisoneoftheelectivecoursesofmedicalspecialtyinuniversities.Thiscourseisaspecializedelectivecoursethatstartsonthebasisofadvancedmathematics,generalphysics,microbiology,andgenetics.

Thiscoursefocusesonthecutting-edgeadvancesincontemporarymedicalbioengineeringresearch,enablingstudentstounderstandcurrentresearchprogressinthefieldoflifesciences,masteringrelevantconceptsandprinciples,andcultivatingstudents’interestinlifesciences.

Thiscourseisintegratedinthelifesciencesandisaninterdisciplinarydisciplineofmedicine,lifesciences,andengineering.Itfocusesontheapplicationandresearchprogressofcontemporarybiotechnologyinthefieldofmedicine.

Thespecificcontentsareasfollows:

1IntroductiontoLifeScience

Itmainlyincludestheconcept,characteristics,mainresearchscope,developmenthistoryandresearchprogressoflifesciences.Sectionoftheresearchprogressismainlyincluded:Theintroductionofthehumangenomeprojectanditssignificance,theapplicationsandethicalissuesofgeneticengineeringtechnologyinmodernagricultureandmedicine,thediscoveryofpluripotentstemcellsandtheirsignificance,thesignificanceofsinglecellsequencingtechnologyandgeneeditingtechnology,etc.

1.Grasptheconcept,characteristicsandresearchscopeofMedicalBioengineering;2.Understandingthehistoryoflifescience;

3.Understandthecurrentprogressoflifescienceresearch,andfocusonunderstandingthesignificanceofiPScell,singlecellsequencingtechnologyandgeneeditingtechnology;

3MicroscopyImagingandAutophagy

Thedevelopmenthistoryofmicroscope,thecharacteristicsandexistencesignificanceofdifferenttypesofmicroscope,andtheapplicationofcryo-electronmicroscopyintoday'slifesciencesarereviewed,Theworkingprincipleandapplicationvalueofthe14yearNobelchemicalextendedresolutionfluorescencemicroscopy,theexistingproblemsinthesuper-resolutionfluorescencemicroscopeandthefuturedevelopmentdirection.Theconceptionofcellautophagy,thedistinctionandassociationbetweenapoptosis,necrosisandautophagy,themolecularmechanismandestablishmentprocessofautophagosomes,andthemethodsandcriteriaforthedetectionofautophagyinmodernbiology.

Stemcellconcept,originandapplicationinmedicine,thedistinctbetweendifferenttypesofstemcells;Methods,existingsignificanceandethicalissuesofpluripotentinductionofstemcellculture;Theconceptanddevelopmentbackgroundofcellularimmunotherapy,theactionprincipleofimmunotherapyandthestatusquoathomeandabroad,thepracticalproblemsandsolutionsintheprocessofimmunotherapy.Theconceptofprecisionmedicaltreatmentanditsbackground,genomics,metabonomicsandtheconceptofmetagenomicsanditsapplicationinprecisionmedicine,thedevelopmentofprecisionmedicineathomeandabroad.
