Summary:

Whenastructurereachesultimatelimitstate,itmayleadtolossoflifeandmajorfinanciallosses,thedamageisserious.Inpracticaldesign,suchalimitstateshouldhaveaverylowprobabilityofoccurrence.Whenastructurereachesserviceabilitylimitstate,itmay

disrupt

thefunctionaluse
