Abstract:BlackDragonRiverProvinceinnorthernChinaisatypicaliceandsnowregionwithrichiceandsnowresourcesandethnicculturalheritage.However,duetotheimpactofmodernwinterentertainmentprojectsandpopularculture,traditionalethniciceandsnowsportshavebeenforgottenandneglected.ThepurposeofthisstudyistoexcavateandinheritthetraditionalethniciceandsnowsportsinBlackDragonRiverProvincetoprotectandinheritethnicculturalheritage,whileexploringtheirpotentialeconomicandtourismvalue.Throughfieldresearch,interviews,andcollectingliteraturematerials,thisstudyfoundthattraditionalethniciceandsnowsportsinBlackDragonRiverProvincehaveuniqueculturalsignificanceandtraditionalskills,suchasskiing,skating,sledding,icehockey,icegrinding,andhorse-drawnsleighs.Theseprojectsplayanimportantroleinethniccultureandlife,includingentertainmentandsocialization.Therefore,thisstudybelievesthatitisnecessarytostrengthentheprotectionandinheritanceoftraditionalethniciceandsnowsportstopromoteculturaldiversityandsustainabledevelopment.Inaddition,duetothepotentialvalueoftheseprojectsinthetourismandsportsindustries,thisstudyprovidessuggestionsfortheirdevelopmentandpromotion.
