Abstract:
Snowboardingisachallengingsportthatinvolvesawiderangeofknowledge,suchasexercisephysiologyandsportspsychology.Inordertoimprovetrainingefficiency,preventinjuries,savetimeandmoney,thispaperaimstoexplorethe"human-boardintegration"landtrainingmethodforsnowboarding.Throughexperimentalresearchandliteraturesummary,itisfoundthathuman-boardintegrationtrainingmethodscanimprovetheskilllevelofsnowboarding,enhanceathletes'balancecontrolability,andalleviatemusclefatigueandjointloadsduringexercise.Atthesametime,itcanalsoreducethesafetyrisksandtrainingcostsoftrainers,andimproveathletes'traininginterestandexperience.Therefore,thehuman-boardintegrationlandtrainingmethodforsnowboardingisaneffective,safeandeconomicalway,whichisworthpromotingandapplyingwidely.
