本研究采用指紋圖譜技術(shù),對(duì)苜蓿和燕麥草中的黃酮類營(yíng)養(yǎng)活性物質(zhì)進(jìn)行分析與評(píng)價(jià)。采用高效液相色譜-質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用技術(shù),分別測(cè)定了苜蓿和燕麥草中的黃酮含量,并采用指紋圖譜技術(shù)進(jìn)行了分析和評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果表明,苜蓿和燕麥草中均含有豐富的黃酮類營(yíng)養(yǎng)物質(zhì),其中以燕麥草中的異鼠尾草素含量最高。同時(shí),應(yīng)用聚類分析和主成分分析對(duì)指紋圖譜數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了處理,得到了苜蓿和燕麥草不同批次中黃酮類物質(zhì)的高度相似性。本研究表明指紋圖譜技術(shù)在黃酮類營(yíng)養(yǎng)物質(zhì)分析和評(píng)價(jià)中具有較高的可靠性和實(shí)用性。

Abstract:

Inthisstudy,fingerprintingtechnologywasusedtoanalyzeandevaluateflavonoidnutritionalactivesubstancesinalfalfaandoatgrass.High-performanceliquidchromatography-massspectrometrywasusedtodetermineflavonoidcontentinalfalfaandoatgrass.Thefingerprintingtechnologywasusedtoanalyzeandevaluatetheresults.Theresultsshowedthatbothalfalfaandoatgrasscontainedrichflavonoids,andisoorientininoatgrasshadthehighestcontent.Atthesametime,clusteranalysisandprincipalcomponentanalysiswereusedtoprocessthefingerprintdata,andthehighsimilarityofflavonoidsubstancesindifferentbatchesofalfalfaandoatgrasswasobtained.Thisstudyindicatesthatfingerprintingtechnologyhashighreliabilityandpracticalityintheanalysisandevaluationofflavonoidnutritionalsubstances.

Clusteranalysisandprincipalcomponentanalysiswerespecificallyemployedtoprocesstheobtainedfingerprintdata.Thesemethodsalloweddeterminingthedegreeofsimilarityoftheflavonoidprofilesamongdifferentbatchesofalfalfaandoatgrass,whichiscrucialinassessingtheirnutritionalvalueandsafety.Theresultsshowedthattherewasahighsimilarityintheflavonoidprofilesacrossdifferentbatchesofalfalfaandoatgrass.Thisconfirmstheconsistencyinthequalityoftheseplantsources,whichisimportantinensuringtheirefficacyasnutritionalsupplements.

Flavonoidsareagroupofbioactivecompoundsfoundinplants,whichhavebeenassociatedwithvarioushealthbenefits.Theyareknownfortheirantioxidantandanti-inflammatoryproperties,whichmakethemvaluableinmaintaininghumanhealth.Theuseoffingerprintingtechnologytoevaluatetheflavonoidcontentofalfalfaandoatgrassnotonlyvalidatestheirnutritionalvaluebutalsoensurestheirsafetyandefficacy.
