第四章 飛機結(jié)構(gòu)修理要求

STRUCTURALREPAIRREQUIREMENTS一、 ClassificationsofRepairs修理等級1、 TherearetwoclassificationsofrepairsinthisSRM:在SRM中修理分為兩個等級：RepairsthathavebeenevaluatedandanalyzedfordamagetolerancecapabilityandareclassifiedasCategoryA,B,orCrepairs.已經(jīng)過損傷容限評估的修理分為A,B,C類。RepairsthathavenotbeenevaluatedandanalyzedfordamagetolerancecapabilityandareclassifiedasPermanent,InterimorTime-LimitedRepairs.未經(jīng)過損傷容限評估的修理分為永久，臨時或限時修理。2、 Thedefinitionsofthedifferentcategoriesofdamagetolerantrepairsareasfollows:CategoryARepair:ApermanentrepairforwhichtheinspectionsgivenintheBaselineZonalInspection(BZI)aresufficientandnootheractionsarenecessary.A類修理：BZI檢查充分并且不必進行其它步驟的永久性修理。CategoryBRepair:Apermanentrepairforwhichsupplementalinspectionsarenecessaryatthespecifiedthresholdandrepeatintervals.B類修理：在特定容限和重復(fù)周期中需要額外檢查而進行的永久性修理。CategoryCRepair:Atime-limitedrepairwhichmustbereplacedorreworkedwithinaspecifiedtimelimit.Alsosupplementalinspectionscanbenecessaryataspecifiedthresholdandrepeatinterval.C類修理：在指定時間內(nèi)必須更換或進行的限時修理。在特定容限和重復(fù)周期中也需要額外檢查。3、Thedefinitionsofthedifferenttypesofrepairsthathavenotbeenevaluatedandanalyzedfordamagetoleranceareasfollows:未經(jīng)過損傷容限評估的修理的定義如下：PermanentRepair:Arepairwherenoactionisnecessary,excepttheoperator’sncmairitenance.永久性修理：除了常規(guī)維修以外不需其他步驟的修理。InterimRepair:Arepairthathasthenecessarystructuralstrengthandcouldstayontheairplaneindefinitely.Therepairmustbeinspectedatspecifiedintervalsandreplacedifdeteriorationisdetectedordamageisfound.臨時修理：該修理能達到必要的結(jié)構(gòu)強度，但失效時間不確定。必須在指定的周期內(nèi)檢查并且在發(fā)生結(jié)構(gòu)退化和損傷時予以更換。Time-LimitedRepair:Arepairthathasthenecessarystructuralstrengthbutdoesnothavesufficientdurability.Thisrepairmustbereplacedafteraspecifiedtime,usuallygivenasanumberofflightcycles,flighthoursoracalendartime.限時修理：該修理能達到必要的結(jié)構(gòu)強度但沒有足夠的耐久力。必須在指定的時間（飛行次數(shù)，飛行小時或者公歷日）后予以更換。4、ProcessDiagramofClassificationsofRepairs修理等級劃分步驟二、 AerodynamicSmoothnessRequirements氣動光滑要求1、The737airplanerequiresanaerodynamicallycleanshapeandsmoothexteriorforhighperformance.Unrepaireddamage,unfilleddentsorrepairswhichchangetheshapeorroughenthesurfacewillbereflectedinreducedperformance.Everyeffortshouldbemadetomaintainoriginalcontourandexteriorsurfacesmoothness.Exteriorsurfaceaerodynamicsmoothnessisclassifiedintwocategories:criticalandnoncritical.SeeTableI(CriticalAndNoncriticalAreas)andSeeFigure4-2(AerodynamicSmoothness-CriticalAreas)為滿足其高性能，737飛機必須有潔凈光滑的氣動外形。任何改變飛機外形或使其表面變粗糙的未經(jīng)修理的損傷，未填補的凹坑都會導(dǎo)致飛機性能的下降。在修理中，應(yīng)最大限度地保持飛機原始輪廓和外表面光滑度。2、飛機外表面按氣動光滑要求可分為關(guān)鍵區(qū)域和非關(guān)鍵區(qū)域兩類。請參照TableI(氣動光滑關(guān)鍵和非關(guān)鍵區(qū)域)和Figure4-2(氣動光滑關(guān)鍵區(qū)域)CriticalAreasFuselagenosetotheframeatfuselagestation663.75WingupperandlowersurfacesfromleadingedgetorearsparcenterlineandaileronareasNacelleandpylonareasVerticalstabilizer,rightandleftsurfaces,fromleadingedgetocenterlineofrearspar,andrudder.Horizontalstabilizer,upperandlowersurfaces,fromleadingedgetocenterlineofrearspar,andelevatorNoncriticalAreasAllotherexteriorsurfacesoftheairplaneareconsideredasnoncriticalCriticalAndNoncriticalAreas氣動光滑關(guān)鍵和非關(guān)鍵區(qū)域TableICRITICALAREAHIGHDECREEOFAERIOOTNAH￡CES5REGUEREDAerodynamicSmoothness-CriticalAreas氣動光滑關(guān)鍵區(qū)域Figure4-2三、 SymmetryAndIncidenceCheck對稱性和安裝角檢查1、ThesymmetryandIncidencecheckisaprocedurethatcomparesdifferencesinmeasurementsmadeoneachsideoftheairplane.Thischeckprocedurewillaidinevaluatingstructuraldeformationsthatmayhaveoccurredontheairplane.對稱性和安裝角檢查是比較飛機兩邊的相應(yīng)測量數(shù)據(jù)。日的是評估可能已經(jīng)發(fā)生的結(jié)構(gòu)變形。2、 Symmetryandincidencechecksshouldbemadeifstructuraldeformationissuspectedafterhardlandings,severeflightmaneuvers,unsatisfactoryin-flightoperation,orafterrepairstomajorstructuralcomponents.在下列情況下應(yīng)進行對稱性和安裝角檢查：重著陸后懷疑發(fā)生結(jié)構(gòu)變形，劇烈地飛行機動，不正確地飛行操縱或者飛機主要結(jié)構(gòu)部件修理之后。3、 Asymmetrycheckcomparesaseriesofsymmetricalmeasurementstakenontheairplane.Eachmeasurementistakenbetweentwoselectedpointsontheleftsideoftheairplaneandcomparedtoameasurementthatisoppositeontherightsideoftheairplane.對稱性檢查對比飛機左右兩邊選定點的一系列的測量數(shù)值。4、 Anincidencecheckcomparesanglesofincidenceatcorrespondinglocationsontheleftandrightsideoftheairplanewingandhorizontalstabilizer.安裝角檢查檢查飛機左右機翼和水平尾翼相應(yīng)位置的安裝角度。四、SupportOfAirplaneForRepa修理工作中的飛機支撐SeeFigure4-3forLocationofJackSupportsandSupplementarySupports.頂升和輔助支撐位置請參照Figure4-3NOTES[lfmAWILEJIRI1JftCKIMSMINTJACKETF她WHEF"65539叵FR]M#fiVJJIC^CNGP03HTLGCAT1MS袖機禮H Akpj^tKJkSSUWORT3hFC
