4.2器身檢查前的準(zhǔn)備工作

4.2.2Fortransformertransportedwithnitrogen,thenitrogenshouldbedrainedoutbeforeactive-partinspection.Operatorshouldtakecaresoasnottochoke.Themethodofoilfillingcanbeadopted.

4.2.3Fortransformertransportedwithnitrogen,whendrainingoil,injectcleanoilbarrelsandoilcansthroughvacuumoilfilteringmachineandopentheoilfillingbutterflyvalvesontopcover.Whentheheightofresidualoilismorethan0.2minsidethetank,peopleisforbiddentocomein.Whenthereispeopleinsidethetank,thereshouldbesomebodynearthemanholesoastokeeptouchwithinsiderperson.Forbarrel-typedtank,oilshouldbedrainedouttillitis200mm~300mmlowerthetankcover.

4.2.4Forbell-typedtank,dismantleoperationpoleofoff-circuittapchangerandmakerecordsofitsposition(phaseandtapposition)soastore-assemblebeforeliftinguppertank.Thedismantlementofon-loadtapchangershoulddismantletheconnectionbetweenflangeoftapchangerheadandmainbodyoftapchangeraspertheon-loadtapchangerinstallationinstruction.Themainbodyoftapchangerisplacedinbracketofactive-part.Allpositionsshouldbemarked.Inaddition,dismantletheconnectionbetweenupperactive-partandtopcoveroftank.

4.2.5Liftingdevices,vacuumdevice,oilfilteringmachine,safetylamp,tools,sparematerialandtrialequipmentshouldbeprepare.Makearecordoftoolsandthingsonoperatorsandcountthemfromtimetotime.Cleanthetools,clothesandshoesandsooninsidethetankandmakesurethatnostrangethinsdropintothetank.

4.2.6Thepersonsforinstallationorinstructorshouldbewithqualificationandrelevantguagesshouldbevalid.Themetalandnon-metalthingsirrelevanttoinstallationonthepersonsarenotallowedtobewith.

4.3Tanking

4.3.1Operatorsshouldlookaroundtoensurethatthecraneanduppertankwon'trunintowireorotherhandicaps.It'sbettertochooseaproperenvironment.

4.3.2Forbell-typedtank,dismantletheboltsoftankandinserttheboltholeswithpositionsticks.Adjustthecraneorropesoastomakeuppertankfringeparellelwithlowertankfringe.Theheightofcraneisaccordingtostipulationindiagrammaticmapofcraneheightofpowertransformersample.Makesurethattheuppertankwon'ttouchleadorleadsupport.

4.4Active-partinspection

4.4.1Noteforactive-partinspection

a)thereisnothingonlead,wireorinsulator.Don’tclimbleadandsupport;

b)Don’tputarticlesonactive-part;
