Over-speedprotectionequipment電子超速保護試驗 Electronicover-speedprotectiontest672±6r/min,電子超速保護裝置發(fā)出停車信號。Electronicover-speedprotectiondevicewillgiveoffthestoopsignalwhensimulationenginespeedreaches672±6r/min.起動試驗Startingtest3.0MPa開頭,連續(xù)起動柴油機,測定柴油機起動前/后氣瓶的空氣壓力、起動時間,起動3≤10空氣瓶壓力〔空氣瓶壓力〔M冷卻水進機序號No.Pa〕Airbottlepressure(MPa)起動時空氣耗量滑油進機溫起動前Beforestarting起動后Afterstarting間〔S〕Startingtime(s)〔L〕Airconsumption(L)度〔℃〕Inletlub.oiltemperature(℃)Inletcoolingwatertemperature(℃)環(huán)境溫Ambienttemperature(℃)123秒,按下表記錄參數(shù)。The inlet lub. oil temperature≥45℃, the inlet high-temperature temperature≥60℃;continuouslystarttheenginefromtheairbottleairpressure3.0MPa,andmeasuretheairpressureoftheairbottle,thestartingtime,thestartingairconsumptionbeforeandaftertheengine starting,andcalculatetheaverageairconsumption.Therequirednumberofcontinuousstarting shouldn’tbelessthan3,thestartingtime≤10sec.Laydowntheparametersinthefollowingtable.表〔二〕冷起動試驗Table(II)Coldstartingtest機械超速保護裝置試驗Testingonmechanicaloverspeedprotection〔一般在連續(xù)運轉(zhuǎn)后〕空載運行,漸漸加大油門,使柴690±9轉(zhuǎn)/壓油泵齒條回至零位,柴油機停車。Whiletheengineishot(generallyafteracontinuousoperation),operatetheenginewithoutload,graduallyincreaseitsspeedto690± 9rpm,themechanicaloverspeedprotectionwillbeactivatedtocausethehigh-pressureoilpumprackreturntozeroposition,theenginewillstop.調(diào)速性能試驗Speed-regulatingperformance算瞬態(tài)調(diào)速率和穩(wěn)態(tài)調(diào)速率。要求瞬態(tài)調(diào)速率≤10%,穩(wěn)態(tài)調(diào)速率≤5%Performaabruptunloadingtestunder100%loadoperation,recordtherelevantparameters,andcalculatetheinstantspeedregulatingratioandstabilizedspeed-regulatingratioonthebasisoftheactualmeasurements.Therequiredinstantspeedregulatingratiois≤10%andstabilizedspeed-regulatingratiois≤5%.δ1=〔nmax-nb〕/nb×100%δ2=〔na-nb〕/nb×100%δ1——瞬態(tài)調(diào)速率δ1——instantspeedregulatingratioδ2——穩(wěn)態(tài)調(diào)速率δ2——stabilizedspeedregulatingrationmax——突卸負(fù)荷時的最高瞬時轉(zhuǎn)速nmax——max.speedatthetimeofabruptunloadingna the 100% working conditions for delivery test stated in §4.5, the consumptionshallbemeasuredin accordancewithTable(3).Twomeasurementsshallbemadeforcalculatingthefuelconsumption.噪聲測定MeasurementofnoisevalueSC2712SY03柴油機在額定工況下運行,用周密聲計測出柴油機前后左右及中部各點的噪A聲功率級應(yīng)108d〔1m。Inoperatingtheengineattheratedbehavior,thenoisevalueattheeachpointoffront,rear,left,rightandmiddleofengineshallbemeasuredbytheprecisionacoustic-meter.
