E-House 吊裝E-Houselifting4.1E-House檢查4.1E-Houseinspection根據(jù)ABB提供的廠家資料，對(duì)E-House尺寸進(jìn)行檢查核對(duì)，并根據(jù)清單清點(diǎn)附件，外觀檢查應(yīng)無損壞及變形，油漆完整無損。VerifythedimensionsofE-HouseaccordingtoABB’svendormanualanddrawings.Inventorycheckstheaccessoriesagainstthelist.Observeifanyphysicaldamageordistortion.Thepaintshouldbeintact.4.2E-House倒運(yùn)4.2E-housereshipment4.2.1道路事先勘察清理，保證平整暢通。4.2.1Checkroadforcleaningandmakesuretheroadissmooth.4.2.2倒運(yùn)是用350T汽車吊，將E-House吊至60T板車上，運(yùn)至安裝區(qū)域。4.2.3Use350tmobilecranetoshifttheE-houseontothe60tlowbedthenmovetheinstallationarea.4.2.3倒運(yùn)時(shí)應(yīng)注意E-House放置平穩(wěn)、穩(wěn)固牢靠，拖車車速不能超過20KM/h。4.2.3e-houseshouldbelaidonthelowbedevenlyandfirmlyandthespeedshallnotexceed20KM/Hduringreshipment4.3 E-House 安裝流程4.3 E-Houseinstallationprocess4.3.1 場(chǎng)地清理及土方壓實(shí)4.3.1 Housekeepingandsoilcompaction4.3.2 場(chǎng)地安全措施的安裝4.3.2 Safetyfacilityinstallation4.3.3 安裝位置確定及標(biāo)記根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)圖紙及 E-House尺寸數(shù)據(jù)，在支撐基礎(chǔ)上標(biāo)記每個(gè) E-House的安裝位置以便安裝一次到位，E-House位置示意圖見附圖 4.3.3。4.3.3 InstallationlocatingandmarkingAs perdesign drawing andthe E-housesize, marktheinstallation location andsupporting1373-BD-NFC-3300-MS-OOO-E-0005REV-0 Page5of17foundationsothatE-houseliftingcanbesuccessesonce.E-houselocationsketch4.3.3isshowingasbelow4.3.4 吊裝前準(zhǔn)備在把E-House倒運(yùn)到吊裝現(xiàn)場(chǎng)后，吊裝前在地面上進(jìn)行臨時(shí)密封板拆除，以便 E-House單元個(gè)體在基礎(chǔ)上組合對(duì)接，然后在進(jìn)行吊裝作業(yè)。ShiftE-housetosite,andremoveallpackingplatesothattheehousesectioncanbeassembledonthepedestals,thenstarttheliftingwork.4.3.5 吊裝作業(yè)根據(jù)E-House的單體重量、尺寸及安裝位置等，采用 350T吊車（參數(shù)見附圖 4.3），利用4根吊帶及4個(gè)卸扣扣在 2根吊裝扁擔(dān)上，再?gòu)拿扛跹b扁擔(dān)上用 8根吊帶及 8個(gè)卸扣扣在 E-House的吊環(huán)上完成吊裝到位。 吊裝時(shí)，吊裝至安裝基礎(chǔ)處 E-House底部必須高于安裝基礎(chǔ)頂部， 以防引起撞擊，采用纜風(fēng)繩牽引調(diào)整方向，由上至下放置就位，完成吊裝。吊裝示意圖見附圖 4.3.4；4.3.5 InstallationworkAsperunitweight,size,installationlocationetc,use 350tcrane(seetheattachedsketch4.3).Put4shacklesand4slingsontotheliftingpole,thenconnectthepoleontotheliftingringbythese8shacklesand8slings.Duringlifting,thenbottomofe-houseshallbehigherthenthetopoffoundationtoavoidknocking.Andleadingropeshallbeusedtochargethedirection.吊裝順序:3300-ER-704(3300-ER-704-3/4,3300-ER-704-4/4 ，3300-ER-704-2/4 ，3300-ER-704-1/4) ；完成安裝，場(chǎng)地處理Housekeepingaftererection5.1 E-House 拼裝在吊裝到位后，E-House（標(biāo)高239.830）3300-ER-704需搭設(shè)腳手架進(jìn)行整體的拼裝，其余各E-House在其鋼平臺(tái)進(jìn)行。E-House每一單元在拼裝時(shí)需利用手動(dòng)葫蘆和千斤頂使其合并靠攏，然后用螺栓進(jìn)行固定。Afterpositioning,E-House3300-ER-704(239.830elevation)needtobeassembledbyinstallingscaffold,andforotherE-Housecanbeassembledonplatform.Jackandmanualblockshallbeneededduringassemblingtomakethemcloser,thenusebolttofix.5.2 E-House 連接及密封準(zhǔn)備 connection&sealantpreparation5.2.1 E-House 內(nèi)部必須加溫至 5度以上以確保內(nèi)部的儀表儀器及電氣元件不會(huì)受到低溫的影響InsidetheE-Houseshallbeheatedtoaminimumof+5 ℃toensurethatinstrumentandelectricalcomponentinsideshallnotbeaffectedbylowtemperature.1373-BD-NFC-3300-MS-OOO-E-0005REV-0 Page6of175.2.2E-House的開口端必須提供篷布以保證溫度達(dá)到要求Uponopening,theopenedsideofE-Houseshallbeprovidedwithcoverstoinsurethetemperature.5.2.3準(zhǔn)備好密封膠，再涂抹時(shí)也需要蓋篷布以確保溫度能達(dá)到要求SealantwhichappliedatthesidesoftheEhouseinpreparationforconnection,bothsurfaceremaincoveredtoensuretemperaturerequirementofsealantapplication5.2.4在達(dá)到供貨商要求后，EHOUSE的鏈接工作完畢Connectionofsideswillbedoneaspersealantsatisfiesmanufacturerapplicationrequirement5.3場(chǎng)地清理housekeeping工作完成后，拆卸腳手架并清理現(xiàn)場(chǎng)。Aftertheworkfinished,removescaffoldandcleanupthearea.11.5233.544.5350T吊車6000600060006000600060A073218000168000513300-ER-704-1/43300-ER-704-2/40300010503
