arecombattingemployeeretentionsuccessfullyisthrough

strategicautomation.Simplyput,automationistheability

tousetechnologytoperformtaskswithminimalhuman

effort.Morespecifically,automationdescribesthetools,

techniques,andstrategiesdesignedtominimizelabor,

freeinguphumanworkerstofocusonotherresponsibilities.

Automation,alone,isnotenough.But,whenorganizations

takethetimetoconsideremployeerequirementsandthen
