rshallnotberesponsibleforthedelayofshipmentornon-deliveryofthegoodsduetoForceMajeure,whichmightoccurduringtheprocessofmanufacturingorinthecourseofloadingortransit.TheSellershalladvisetheBuyerimmediatelyoftheoccurrencementionedaboveandwithin_____daysthereaftertheSellershallsendanoticebycouriertotheBuyerfortheiracceptanceofacertificateoftheaccidentissuedbythelocalchamberofcommerceunderwhosejurisdictiontheaccidentoccursasevidencethereof.UndersuchcircumstancestheSeller,however,arestillundertheobligationtotakeallnecessarymeasurestohastenthedeliveryofthegoods.Incasetheaccidentlastsformorethan_____daystheBuyershallhavetherighttocanceltheContract.22.仲裁(Arbitration):凡因本合同引起的或與本合同有關(guān)的任何爭(zhēng)議應(yīng)協(xié)商解決。若協(xié)商不成，應(yīng)提交中國(guó)國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易仲裁委員會(huì)深圳分會(huì)，按照申請(qǐng)仲裁時(shí)該會(huì)現(xiàn)行有效的仲裁規(guī)則進(jìn)行仲裁。仲裁裁決是終局的，對(duì)雙方均有約束力。AnydisputearisingfromorinconnectionwiththeContractshallbesettledthroughfriendlynegotiation.Incasenosettlementisreached,thedisputeshallbesubmittedtoChinaInternationalEconomicandTradeArbitrationCommission(CIETAC),ShenzhenCommissionforarbitrationinaccordancewithitsrulesineffectatthetimeofapplyingforarbitration.Thearbitralawardisfinalandbindinguponbothparties.23.通知（Notices):所有通知用＿＿＿＿文寫(xiě)成，并按照如下地址用傳真/電子郵件/快件送達(dá)給各方。如果地址有變更，一方應(yīng)在變更后＿＿日內(nèi)書(shū)面通知另一方。Allnoticeshallbewrittenin_____andservedtobothpartiesbyfax/courieraccordingtothefollowingaddresses.Ifanychangesoftheaddressesoccur,onepartyshallinformtheotherpartyofthechangeofaddress
