writing.Thislessoninvolvesreadingskillsquitealot,especiallypredicting,skimming,scanninganddigesting.2.ToencouragethestudentstopracticeoralEnglish,andinthemeantimetoimprovetheirparticipationinthisclass.TogetthemtoknowsomethingaboutJaneGoodallaswellaswhatshehadachievedandtherelationsbetweenherselfandchimps;tomakethemhaveabetterunderstandingoftheimportanceofwildlifeprotection.Toinspirethemtobecomethosepeoplewhocandevotethemselvestosomethingthattheyconsiderworthwhile.II.TeachingApproachesAsthisismainlyfocusedonreadingandcomprehension,Iwilltakecomputer-assistedapproachasmymainapproach;Inaddition,theusualtask-basedteachingapproachaswellascooperativeapproachwillbeadopted,astheycanbeofgreathelptotheirgettinginformationandcomprehendingthemainideaofthistext.III.Emphasis&DifficultiesEmphasis:Thewholeunderstandingofthepassage&subject-verbagreementDifficulties:somespecialcircumstancesofSubject-VerbAgreementIV.TeachingProcedures:1.Lead-in&Warming-upLetthemenjoyashortvideo.Assignthemwiththetaskofguessingthewomenandtheanimals.Thenleadinthetextwhichistobetaught.2.ReadingStep1:Fastreading:Matchthemainideasofeachparagraph.Allowthemthreeminutestoskimthetextquicklyandsummarizethemainideaofeachparagraph.Step2:CarefulReading:TrueorFalse:Asksomeofthestudentstoanswerthesequestionsandfindoutwheretheytakeplaceinthetext.FourQuestions:Asksomeofthestudentstoanswerthemaswell.3.Summary:Step1:RetellingFirstIwillspeakitoutasanexampleandthenIwillencouragethemtonarrateaccordingtotheoutline.Step2:ClozeTestEncouragethemtofillintheblankstogether.5.InterviewingLeadinbygivingapictureofMrCuiinterviewingJaneGoodall.Asksomeofthemtoperformtheirinterview.6.HomeworkSurftheinternettofindmoreinformationaboutJaneGoodall.Writeapassageabout“MyDream”.學(xué)情分析一、班級情況分析該班班風(fēng)積極健康向上,班集體團(tuán)結(jié),具有很強(qiáng)的向心力。班里的大部分學(xué)生積極向上,思維較活躍,大部分學(xué)生已經(jīng)逐漸養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣,但是仍不排除少數(shù)一些自控力較差的學(xué)生。這學(xué)期總體已經(jīng)優(yōu)于上學(xué)期學(xué)習(xí),應(yīng)進(jìn)一步培養(yǎng)學(xué)生良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣,爭取引導(dǎo)個別學(xué)生有明顯進(jìn)步。同時做好組織引導(dǎo)工作,最大限度的營造一個團(tuán)結(jié)、積極、先進(jìn)的班集體,讓優(yōu)良學(xué)風(fēng)發(fā)揚(yáng)光大。二、英語學(xué)習(xí)情況分析在本節(jié)課學(xué)習(xí)之前,學(xué)生已經(jīng)完成了高中英語三個模塊的學(xué)習(xí),積累了大量的英語詞與表達(dá)短語,同時已經(jīng)形成了較好的英語閱讀理解能力,fast-reading總結(jié)大意的技巧已經(jīng)有所掌握并提高,在careful-reading方面,一部分學(xué)生已經(jīng)能夠在短時間內(nèi)捕捉細(xì)節(jié)并能正確尋找信息,還有相當(dāng)一部分學(xué)生在閱讀速度以及細(xì)節(jié)尋找方面有些吃力,提升空間比較大。三、課堂學(xué)習(xí)情況分析本節(jié)課“WomenofAchievement”中,絕大多數(shù)學(xué)生能做到認(rèn)真聽講,保持紀(jì)律;同時有一部分學(xué)生相當(dāng)活躍,如:趙一涵、王佳音、閆佳佳、杜鵬程、趙麗娟等,他們平時在班內(nèi)英語學(xué)習(xí)中也起著領(lǐng)頭雁的作用。學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容上,英文授課大都能聽懂并與老師步伐保持一致。另:在以下方面還存在一些問題:1.總體表現(xiàn)仍然不夠積極。相當(dāng)一部分學(xué)生有些被動地接受知識,接受課堂。2.在尋找具體細(xì)節(jié),如TrueorFalse等題目上仍然會有欠缺。3.在鼓勵學(xué)生根據(jù)outline復(fù)述課文時,仍有一部分學(xué)生不能掌握復(fù)述的要領(lǐng)以及理解復(fù)述對于英語學(xué)東西的積極意義。效果分析總體來說,這堂課收到了較好的效果。從英語學(xué)習(xí)方面來說,通過這節(jié)閱讀課的學(xué)習(xí),學(xué)生們比以往更容易去理解閱讀課文,同時能夠恰到好處地運用一些閱讀技巧,比如找關(guān)鍵詞、找主題句、快讀、猜詞意等,來促進(jìn)他們對文章的理解。通過多媒體以及觀看錄像以及小組討論的課堂形式,學(xué)生能夠在形象生動以及輕松活躍地氣氛中參與課堂學(xué)習(xí),調(diào)動大家的積極性。從情感態(tài)度及價值觀來說,通過這節(jié)課學(xué)習(xí),同學(xué)們能夠積極地參與到“偉大女性”這一話題當(dāng)中,同時通過“Astudentofwildlife”這一閱讀課,讓大家意識到保護(hù)野生動植物這一重要性,喚起一種較為強(qiáng)烈的人文關(guān)懷。教材分析本部分為人教版必修四Unit1的Reading部分,同時結(jié)合warming-up以及pre-reading,緊扣“女性成就”這一話題,通過warming-up中介紹的六位不同國度的女性,引導(dǎo)大家關(guān)注Jane.Goodall這一女性,從而過渡到Pre-reading部分,來讓學(xué)生通過思考題來預(yù)測課文的內(nèi)容。閱讀部分以《非洲野生動物研究者》為題,描寫了簡與她的同事們在非洲原始森林觀察非洲黑猩猩的一個片段,并闡釋她從事這項工作的重要性以及她取得的成就。盡管在野外考察的工作又臟又累,但他們覺得這樣做是值得的。他們有一些重要發(fā)現(xiàn)是在學(xué)校的實驗室里不可能獲得的,這正是簡要到非洲原始森林來的原因。她通過多年的研究,幫助人類了解黑猩猩的生活習(xí)性。她強(qiáng)烈呼吁讓動物回歸自然,反對用動物做實驗,做廣告或從事娛樂活動。力圖喚起人類理解動物,尊重動物和保護(hù)動物的意識,而她所取得的成就無疑是對廣大有進(jìn)取心的婦女的莫大鞭策和鼓舞。評測練習(xí)一、課文語法填空J(rèn)aneGoodallhasstudiedthechimpsformanyyearsandhelpedpeopleunderstandhowmuchtheybehavedlikehumans.NobodybeforeJane1.________(full)understoodtheirbehaviour.Sinceherchildhoodshe2________(want)toworkwithanimalsintheirownenvironment.However,thiswasnoteasy.WhenshearrivedinGombein1960,itwas3.________(usual)forawomantoliveintheforest.Onlyafterhermothercametohelpherfor4.________firstfewmonthswassheallowedtobeginherproject.Shespentmanyyears5.________(observe)andrecordingtheirdailyactivities.Shealsodiscoveredhowchimpscommunicate6.________eachother.Shehasarguedthattheyshould7.________(leave)inthewildandnotusedforentertainmentoradvertisements.Shehashelpedtosetupspecialplaces8.________theycanlivesafely.Shehasachievedeverythingshewantedtodo,andshe9.________(respect)bymanypeopleintheworld.Andnowsheinspiresthosewhowanttocheerthe10.________(achieve)ofwomen.二、閱讀理解Notlongago,fewlittlegirlsimaginedtheycouldgrowuptobecomeastronauts.ForyearsintheUnitedStates,onlymenhadthatopportunity.In1983,thatchanged.SallyRidemadehistorybybecomingthefirstAmericanwomantotraveltospace.OnJuly23,2012,Ridediedattheageof61.“Sallywasanationalheroandapowerfulrolemodel,”formerPresidentoftheUSA,BarackObamasaidinastatement.“Sheinspiredgenerationsofyounggirlstoreachforthestars.”Ridebecameinterestedinspacewhenshewasakid.“Ifyouaskedm
