棄權(quán) ： (1)各參賽者／參賽隊(duì)伍必須依照大會(huì)編定的時(shí)間出場(chǎng)比賽；開賽後 5分鐘仍未能出場(chǎng)作賽或隊(duì)際比賽的球員仍未全部到場(chǎng)者，作自動(dòng)棄權(quán)論。WaivingofRights ： ： 對(duì)賽抽籤定於2010年5月18日(星期二)下午4時(shí)在新界沙田排頭街1至3號(hào)康樂(lè)及文化事務(wù)署總部1樓視聽(tīng)室進(jìn)行，歡迎參賽者出席。Afixturedrawforthiscompetitionwillbeheldat4pmon18May2010(Tuesday)attheAudio/VisualRoom,1/F,LeisureandCulturalServicesHeadquarters,1-3PaiTauStreet,ShaTin,NewTerritories.Participantsarewelcometoattend.16.裝備 ： (1)參賽者須自備球拍，球拍須一面為紅色，另一面為黑色，膠皮亦須為經(jīng)國(guó)際乒乓球聯(lián)合會(huì)現(xiàn)行批準(zhǔn)使用的規(guī)格。有關(guān)膠皮的詳細(xì)資料，可查閱國(guó)際乒乓球聯(lián)合會(huì)的網(wǎng)頁(yè)：/ittf_equipment/Racket_coverings.aspEquipment ： Participantsshallusetheirownrackets.
